It is very convienient to use , leads are arranged in a very easy to use manner , proper information about the leads are available , as a client i am also able to customise the filters . Seperate tabs are available for all the leads . Has inbuilt report section where app usability gets tracked , It also gives a knowledge of the leads where calling has been made . Customer support is also present as the activity of the customer can be tracked through LS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I am looking to made a customized report or dashboard in LS which requires Lapp, then there is dependency on Support team which works on chargeable basis.
