    I've been using Leadsquare for almost 2 years now, and I truly like the features. We can make changes to our chat, phoning, and note-taking activities. We may also make a task and follow up if we wish to follow our lead. Through Leadsquare, we are able to track and send letters. You can send the email once we save the material you wish to send in the email library. There are stages in the life cycle. Lead status and other relevant lead information will be accessible. You can examine the information of your leads in smart views, and you can quickly filter the lead status and life cycle stage. The ease of Integration is very good but the ease of implementation is very well. We use ameyo to integrate it with it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    It is very convienient to use , leads are arranged in a very easy to use manner , proper information about the leads are available , as a client i am also able to customise the filters . Seperate tabs are available for all the leads . Has inbuilt report section where app usability gets tracked , It also gives a knowledge of the leads where calling has been made .     Though they mentioned that a lot of samples are available to create the email for bulk marketing. There was nothing in the portal infact they were giving the excuses and trying to provide other stupid options.

    LeadSquared is being used by our Marketing and Business Development teams in order to make the email marketing and outreach process more efficient and move leads through the sales pipeline. We also utilize LeadSquared to send weekly eNewsletter and Job email blasts, and also track our sales activity with the sales team.

    As a digital marketing agency, we use countless software programs to not only analyze data, but present that data to our clients. We first tried LeadSquared six months ago, and had three criteria that the program needed to fulfill as we tested it: 1) the program needed be able to accurately record data across landing pages, email campaigns, phone calls, and instant chats; 2) it had be flexible enough so that as we added pieces to the marketing funnel, the software would also record those new data points; 3) the software needed to have a robust reporting feature, with which we could provide instant snapshots to our clients, of the leads in the marketing funnel. After a extensive testing, LeadSquared fulfilled all those criteria, and we began migrating all existing clients from competing marketing programs to LeadSquared. If you are looking to improve your marketing and sales automation, I recommend giving LeadSquared a try.
    Tracks customers extremely well. Provides good reporting across several different platforms. Displays reports for customers in a nice fashion.

    It is at the primary implementation stage - the marketing automation .Once all this thing is done we will be able to evaluate and certainly credit score for the product and technology.
    It is really not functioning with complete mobile sales crm feature at all on IPhone - a big disaster , they are blaming that IPhone is blocking the features wherein - there is requirement to have their technological upgrade for both platform - There is absolute no solution to this . Infact it is not working on another staff's Android version too we are completely struggling on mobile sales crm version - which is completely big failure. At times it appears just an eye wash in name of advance technology. Another Big shock which they will not say - the meeting invitation is not working at all, then you will be asked to change your system completely - such important things are suppressed , this should be writing on their website about their technological limitations. If you call on landline - then you cannot add a note on your mobile sales crm [this is only available when you call on mobile numbers] Sheer lack of bare min basic feature requirement from the sales mobile crm - is sheer failure This is our request to Leadsquared to focus on contribution towards its customer by its product and technology - making it more process oriented . Your contribution towards your customer's growth will remain your achievement throughout.A satisfied customer will be endorse your product and service Just a small input - Look forward to see more creative mail campaigns template

    Simple to use. It is easy to see new leads and track them through the sales process.The support is outstanding, any questions are answered in good time and any features we have requested to be incorporated into Leadsquared have either been action-ed or are being considered. If they cannot do something we request, they suggest alternative ways around the problem. This is a rapidly evolving product and I feel they are up there in terms of features with the market leaders. The ability to score leads and have an engagement score is a great feature, helping us to identify leads that will potentially convert faster.

    Overall: Working with LeadSquared has been a nightmare. They took six months to implement their system, during which they made numerous blunders and constantly changed developers. This caused us to lose business for an extended period. Their customer service is abysmal, showing a lack of concern for the issues we faced. They seem more interested in manipulating situations than resolving them. Even now, we continue to struggle with their platform."
