4.5It is simple to redirect and create emails to send them to categories and set a specific schedule for them to be sent, it also offers recommendations of when it is best to send emails to a certain class based on preliminary results. It is easy to see the difference between the emails that are most successful and those that are not, as the former can be easily viewed within the dashboard with open and click-through rates. We have several ways to organize and update contact data easily through the MailChimp tool. It is possible to easily import links to a repertoire from ActBlue or enter them manually if they come from a signup sheet. Mailchimp provides us with the possibility to easily link and generate landing pages on our website. We use a Wix web space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0I like how Intuit Mailchimp now uses generative AI to create and optimize marketing campaigns. It can generate content, personalize my messages, and provide insights and recommendations based on my customer and financial data. It also understands my natural language prompts and can do tasks for me with ease. I also like how Intuit Mailchimp integrates with QuickBooks Online and other apps and tools that I use, such as CRM, analytics, and collaboration. This helps me sync my data, streamline my workflows, and measure my results Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.0Intuit MailChimp has a wide range of features and capabilities that enhance email marketing. The platform is user-friendly and easy to learn. The support and sales teams are helpful and quick to respond. The various design and branding elements have allow you to stay within brandguidelines while creating captivating emails. 4.5We would need to contact the helpdesk, however, if we did, it would be through email and online chat. There is no cell phone number, this could be a difficulty. It is very costly when transitioning to the higher subscription levels. It could be complicated to segment lists in case you want to send a message by compartments to a particularly large list of associates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0Occasional bugs and glitches: While rare, I've encountered a few minor bugs that needed to be resolved by support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.0The free version of MailChimp is effective but is limited and not sustainable in the long term. The pricing is dependant on the number of subscribers so the price can increase very quickly and unexpectedly. Also, the platform has some glitches and random errors that can impact the use. 5.0I loved the entire onboarding process and the workflow. Setting things up was EASY. Adding contacts was EASY. Designing and sending emails was EASY! That's the heart of what I need when I want to do some email marketing, and I'm very happy with Mailchimp as my solution to make that happen. there are more advanced features, but I don't need them, and I don't really know how they work, and I'm happy that I don't need to know all that just to send some emails! Also, the mobile app is very good.

10.0In a previous role, we used MailChip inside of the marketing department to handle all email marketing communication including using their RSS-to-email functionality to share our most recent blog posts to our blog subscribers.
10.0After not doing any kind of broad-based customer communications, we decided upon Mailchimp to send an occasional email to our customers letting them know of offerings we have and helping to educate them on technology and how to use it. We have one person mainly in charge of the process with several of us creating content. The response has been positive both internal and external.

10.0Mailchimp is being used by my office to create landing pages for email marketing and data sharing. It is being used by two departments, though not to maximum usage.
1.0In my experience, it was used for email marketing, but, hopefully, not anymore. In my opinion, my first experience using Mailchimp was dreadful.

1.0I use mailchimp as our way of attracting new customers. It helps to solve our marketing problems.
They clearly don't understand how to create teaching materials; they are confusing and vague at best. Both the videos and the written material are very poorly designed. Probably the worst aspect of Mailchimp and the reason why many of my colleagues have been evaluating other Autoresponders. On a scale of 1-10 its usability rating is 1 because there are so many things going on behind the simple easy-to-use interface that are hidden and difficult to find and change. Anything to do with the forms is very poorly designed and not so intuitive. The link between campaigns, lists and automation is confusing and doesn't make sense. Why does the campaign dropdown even exist? If it's a broadcast email why not use some simple language. It seems to me that simplicity is not a concept they've come across as yet. Except for their user interface but then it hides the complexity and difficulty of using the software. Its system of writing emails is very clunky. On one side you write the email and on the other side the text appears. It is the only email autoresponder that does this. It is well behind the competition in this regard Creating sub-segments is a nightmare when you want to creat a short introductory course and move people into another segment When sending out emails you only have the option to send out emails within a certain time range. Even when you're testing your own emails it can take up to 20 mins to receive your test email. The sending aspect of the autoresponder is unreliable. I"ve received emails at all sorts of times. You cannot predict within one hour when emails are to be sent out. As a power user of AR you need your emails to go out at a precise time not when it suits mailchimp.
1.0A year after I wrote the worst review possible of this terrible company, they have the nerve to try to bribe me with $25 to revise my review. Ok - here is my revision: MailChimp is the absolute worst mail system I ever tried and I will never ever ever use it again. I use Vertical Response and encourage everyone to try VR because it's cheaper and better in every way. MailChimp overcharged me, blocked my entire list and caused me to miss an important campaign. Why? No reason - my valid email list was simply blocked by their system and they have no customer service to help. The worst mail system ever and I will never use it again. MailChimp cost my company valuable time and using MailChimp led directly to a loss in revenue. Never, ever again and I hope MailChimp goes out of business - today! Bye!
Opt in email requires a phone number. However, MailChimp has no phone support. Fail. They block valid opt in email addresses with no recourse to unblock them other than sending their email to MY recipients to reconfirm something they already did. No - you don't get to contact my customers to reconfirm. Overpriced for what they offer. Total waste of money for what I got, especially since they blocked thousands of valid emails on my opt in list.

4.0Overall: I've used Mailchimp on and off for around 20 years. I'm starting a new business now, and although I'll shop around, I know I will be back to Mailchimp. I've never had any issues with emails going out, campaigns have been smooth. I can brand my emails and I'm trying to love analytics. The webforms are invaluable and there are always improvements and new features. My final note - there are so many email marketers now. Go with one that's beeb around a long time, like Mailchimp
5.0Overall: My overall experience with mailchimp has been excellent over the years I've been using them for well over 12 years now has never have any issue the platform just keeps getting better and better and I recommend them to friends that are getting started online all the while and they love the platform as well.
5.0Overall: Overall, a definitely good-to-have tool if you do a lot of internal and external email campaigns. The learning curve is pretty narrow and can be operated by anyone.
3.0Overall: Experience was decent. Its a good platform but I do have some reservations.
5.0Overall: It has been great and a net positive for our orgniazation.

4.0**Here's our short opinion for MailChimp.** If you are small business - MailChimp is focused on that part. They have free plan as well as MailChimp is worth it as long as you don't have more than 10k to 20k subscribers. MailChimp shouldn't be used as Direct Email Marketing tool engaged with cold emails. Often accounts get banned with no detailed explanation, although there are many scenarios when you are totally eligible sender. We at SMTPBOXES recommend MailChimp for transactional,informa...
1.0Their service is just not good there are much better alternatives out there, commercial or open source. Additionally, this company is known for shutting down your entire service over a single tweet due to their political leanings. Just not a good business practice to get a service from a company that may or may not shut your marketing operation down over an arbitrary tweet. Thanks, but no thanks!
4.0It works perfectly with your own contact base as an e-mail marketing platform. It's not a good tool to make coldmails. You can automate campaigns but it's still not marketing automation platform - your possibilities are limited.
1.0Garbage. Hard to use. Their webpage will break if you're using any browser plugins at all. Interestingly, as soon as I signed up for this, I mysteriously began getting bombarded by spam. Avoid at all costs.
3.0Mailchimp is awful their UX is burning my brain, every time I'm trying to send a campaign it's giving an error and I must start everything from scratch.
4.0We are able to manage multiple roles and access the file, and CSV export is available, with full detailed infos.
