    Mega flexible, mega customizable. If you think it does something you don't like, or you want it automated, you can do it either with workflows (UI enabled scripting without needing to know scripting) or scripting directly.     The complexity of the Mont Blanc SPA version is nearly impossible to manage. We are working with the SuiteCommerce success team and it takes the developers weeks to correct what seems like a simple fix. You also must pay for every customization or basic development outside of the original SOW. We had to wait weeks and eventually hire a NS developer to simply change the fax number on our footer. There are not many guides to teach you how to use the Mont Blanc version because there have been so many updates since. The pages load very slowly. The search index has a mind of its own. SEO is a mystery with many different NetSuite experts giving conflicting advice on best practices. The "My Account" center isn't integrated with our customer database in the ERP. The basic template is rather unattractive. DO NOT purchase the basic template without thorough examination of what customizations you may need because what seems like an affordable launch has tripled. Also for a "Quick Start" it took over a year to implement and nearly three years later we are still working with developers to fix very simple errors. Our latest problem of the week, is that the site automatically selects pick up/delivery at checkout and does not allow customers to select another method. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
