For sales beginners Pipeline is easy to set up for the novice. Pipeline is consistently having connection issues with AWS. The mobile application is just broke, you can't access portions of your data from the mobile app. Tech support is non existent. Features like birthday tracking don't exist and custom features like adding additional modules aren't possible Shop around, there are better companies out there with many more features. Spend the extra money, it's worth it. I haven't, that's why I cancelled and went with another vendor
