Reveal helps us make the right strategic decisions in our partnerships teams. We use it to evaluate potential opportunities and set reasonable goals with our partners. It gives us immediate visibility in mutual customers to better prioritize which integrations to build as well as gives insight into prospect and customer overlap to better determine what can be expected in terms of sourced, influenced, and accelerated pipeline with partners. Reveal enables our teams to connect the right people and significantly optimizes their workflows for time savings and major improvements in partner sourced pipeline generation efforts. The way that Reveal approaches overlap reports is second to noneincredible filtering capabilities and makes generating very granular/specific account maps a breezeit's ease of use make it a path of least resistant for our team to get their job done with incredible efficiency. There isn't a lot to dislike about Reveal! The Salesforce integration has driven major engagement and excitement among our sales team so they love to bug our partner managers a lot more now. A good problem to have! I'd like to see more aggregate-level reporting on partner impact to sales acceleration. Particularly in opportunities where partners are engaged: deal size impact, win-rate impact, deal cycle reductions, etc. I would like to see their Pipeline features integrated into Salesforce ie. if a deal is added to Reveal Pipeline, automatically tag the partner to the deal in Salesforce (a very complex feature but will increase usage of this great feature!) If your Ops or Security teams have concerns account mapping (and using account mapping software), show them the Spreadsheets you're already using. Account mapping is industry standard practice this provides a more secure way to manage account maps. Reveal enables a process for sharing account maps only when an NDA/Partner agreement has been signed and enables you to turn off any partner should the partnership need to be terminated. Spreadsheets don't have this level of access control. - Better evaluation and prioritization of new Technology Partners - Improved strategic planning around which partners to engage for specific campaigns based on customer and prospect overlap (ie. Which partner to engage for a FinServ campaign vs Automotive campaign) - Much more strategic account executive alignment which takes AE to AE conversations from transactional one-offs to strategic relationships that span discussions across multiple accounts. - Account maps are always up to date! No more spreadsheets that become instantly outdated!

Reveal has several differentiators that set it far beyond its competitors but the most useful feature for tracking referrals and connections for our business is the Pipeline feature. It allows us to easily document, track and measure the value each individual partner is making to our business and allows us to focus our efforts on high-performance partners. The value of this feature combined with real-time account mapping with our partners goes beyond the monetary value though. It is easy for partners to use and it saves our team so much time. We have used Crossbeam in the past and we can honestly say Reveal sets the new bar for platforms of its kind and continues to develop the product with Partnership Teams like ours in mind. Their customer support team is also extremely responsive and works hard to help get our partners onboarded and engaged with the platform. We continue to get incredible feedback from our partners adopting the platform and have nearly 100% adoption among partners invited to connect. That we didn't find it sooner...There are of course additional features we would love to see, mainly the ability to add to partner's pipeline but we hear this is coming very soon. Instant account mapping with partners Ability to restrict the level of detail with partners and customize by partner Strong Salesforce integration that includes SFDC reporting and an internal-facing SFDC widget tool for sales team visibility Ability to create individual pipelines with partners and track BD activity over time Ability to track and attribute new opportunities to partner referrals and influence Free to connected partners (We use the paid license for premium features and integrations) Safe, secure, and compliant (Reviewed and approved by PAR Security and Compliance)

Time is a precious resource for me and Reveal truly helps me claim back much-needed time. Features I rate: - Partnership Overviews to quickly check overlaps - Instant and secure account mapping - The 360 Mapping feature to see all the partners that are involved across my accounts - The revenue multipliers are very useful to help me understand the impact of partners on our sales KPIs - Salesforce App brings all of the valuable insights into our CRM - Can easily define a high-level strategy based on the info that's given in Reveal - Informs new partner potential Reveal highlighted a massive gap in our account overlaps to accounts integrated ratio. I dislike Reveal for creating a hell of a lot of work for me to do but I also love Reveal for highlighting there's a hell of a lot of work for me to do :) - This tool keeps getting more powerful with the more partners in there. - Consider the Salesforce App. My sales reps are now empowered to bring up their own pipeline with the Reveal partner mapping on Salesforce, which speeds up the process and has taken a lot of upfront work off my plate. Additionally, it makes reporting that much easier as well. By freeing up time and giving me quick access to the easily digestible data I need, I can spend more of my workday analyzing our current operations and making informed strategic decisions. I no longer have to refer to dodgy spreadsheets that are outdated as soon as they're shared. Automated account mapping - what's not to like!

I used to spend hours and hours putting together account mapping docs in Google Sheets, manually looking up accounts to determine where I had overlap in customers, prospects, and pipeline with dozens of partners before using Reveal. I now save countless hours because I can use Reveal to connect our CRM to other partners quickly and identify which partners have the best overlap. From there, I can more easily align our sellers with the partner sellers to collaborate, share intel, and make introductions into target accounts. This has dramatically impacted our ability to more efficiently source and influence revenue. It has also helped us determine what partners we want to approach for certain events. For example, if we're going to focus on an East Coast event or an event targeting financial services customers and prospects, I can quickly go into the account mapping with each partner and filter based on location and industry. The easy filtering feature in Reveal makes it effortless to determine which partners would be most ideal for co-hosting an event based on who works with those types of accounts. Also, there are automatic alerts that inform you when a partner has closed or opened a deal that is one of your target accounts or where you have an open opportunity. These alerts have lead to faster closed deals on our end because we were able to make quick connections between the reps to help with deal support. I recommend anyone who has a partner program, wants to accelerate revenue / growth through their partners, is sick of VLOOKUPS or isn't Excel or Google Sheets savvy, wants other partners to know you are serious about collaboration / pipeline contribution, needs help attributing partner revenue and show partner win rates go up through account collaboration, and accelerate co-selling and co-marketing activities, I would absolutely look into using Reveal! Nothing. Even if there is something you dislike or you find missing from the platform, all you have to do is explain your feature request and the team at Reveal always seems to build the new feature for you quickly. The support is phenomenal! Faster time to identify ideal partners, better rep alignment and collaboration, faster deal support and time to close, higher win rates, accelerated pipeline and revenue growth, and a massive amount of time saved on manual account mapping.
