    We've moved our entire HRIS to Rippling and it was an easy transition. We are using Rippling for Recruiting, Payroll, Onboarding, Performance Management, Mentoring and Global HR/Payroll. It's SO much easier than our last HRIS. Glad we switched! The ease of the implmentations and customer support we have received during the switch was so very helpful.     Basically everything. Payroll- they cannot handle importing hours from multiple locations that have common employees. It enters total employee hours to both entities and you have to audit. They don't have reliable customer service whatsoever- you have to contact via email. They are often lazy in their service and don't respond in a timely manner. I had a quarterly tax return issue that took them two months to answer. I had another issue with the ESD that someone "forgot" to take care of and then responded to months later (after I handled it myself already). The Q4 returns they filed for us all came back with late fees from government agencies, when I contacted Rippling about this they not only took too long to reply but they blamed it on the agency. This is an extra headache that I don't need. I could spend an hour explaining why I would never recommend this company. The only time I can see Rippling being OK is if you have one entity/location and only run one payroll at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
