I find it very easy to navigate the platform. I use it both as an employee and a broker. It requires little to no training to understand and navigate through it. If I am unable to find something, I can easily search through the many self-help articles that includes screenshots which I love! I also like the saftey features with the 2-factor authentication. Software is antiquated and constantly malfunctioning, customer support is non-existent and non-responsive, sales team is pushy and has no understanding of the product, onboarding team is useless. We use Rippling for our payroll processing, tax processing, benefits management, job candidate management. We also use imbedded apps for background checking and pension processing. We are a tuition-free private middle school, serving urban students who live in poverty. $$ and time for administration is limited so having a fast and accurate way to get these tasks accomplished is critical. I am a retired HR executive and have used many payroll systems including ADP and Paychex, so I appreciate the clear and concise interfaces.

We use Rippling to access all internal information from PTO, to benefits, insurance, payroll, HR hierarchy, and administrative tasks, and much more. Rippling's layout and easy navigation make for efficient use of time for all employees and allows for a high level of confidence when finding and performing tasks. Rippling also is a hub for all of our external sites which makes for great navigation between all platforms. Really a great program to use!

We use Rippling for HR support, payroll, benefits administration, quarterly taxes. It addresses the business problem of the aforementioned services. Previously, we used a provider that would incorrectly input insurance options for employees or fail to facilitate their 401k and other supplemental benefits. That being said, Rippling does a pretty good job of this and only makes mistakes once in a blue moon.

We use it as our HR platform to hire all internal employees. Employees can use it to access benefits, paid time off, vacation time, W2s, pay stubs, and any other HR-related things they need. This is what we use to manage all 1,000 employees. This coupled with our CSS to manage who we are reaching out to and the shifts they work, we don't use anything else.

It's great software, but we can barely use any of the features given the pricing model. It doesn't make sense for us to have to pay $8-$10 for every user per month every time you want to add the smallest feature. These features would make our operations run smoother, but we would barely use them and it doesn't make sense for our business. I really wish there was another way or at least allow us to integrate with other softwares for free. I foresee us jumping ship if there is an affordable way to handle the comprehensive features that Rippling offers. I really want to love this software but they are pricing us out of being able to actually use the software given our staff is mostly all part time. It doesn't make economic sense for us. Really frustrating. Also the support is been really frustrating. The billing is also confusing and doesn't make us feel good about using the platform. Explanations are not straightforward.

Rippling is a game changer in the world of business and they are innovative and future thinking.
