    The platform is composed of various modules, which are all first-party and designed to work as a cohesive whole; most other systems have at least a portion of their infrastructure dedicated to white-labeled components that can seem incongruent or just plain broken. Amazing built in workflows for fast-growing companies. The system receives significant updates on a monthly basis. Support is fairly responsive and accurate. Excellent supervisory tools for brokers and consultants. For all the hand-holding the system gives you when adding a new hire in a new state, I feel it should add similar guidance when terminating the last employee in a state (i.e. ask if you plan on hiring in that state again). Some rare limitations for certain use-case scenarios that prevented potential clients from onboarding. It reduces the actual administrative load for employee management by 80%. Hiring and onboarding are done in minutes -- including the propagation of new SaaS accounts like Slack and Google Workspace. Benefits management on both client side and broker side is best in class in terms of ease of use and configuration time over Ease and Employee Navigator.

    I would have enjoyed their worklow and payroll integration with our 401K provider but Rippling customer service, or lack there of, trumps any benefits. Customer service is non-existent. Sales team is available until you sign the contract then they disappear. Extemely disappointed If you expect any semblance of customer service, then I do not recommend Rippling Payroll and 401K integration but they just aren't enterprise savvy. customer service is horrible. We will be off as soon as humanely possible.
