I find BigTime very easy to use for both myself and our employees. It has a very fast learning curve, so we can get down to business right away. I also love the fact that their customer service is always very good. I just had a chat with Jake Stempel for an issue I was having - he logged in fast, found my issue and solved it. Support delay - our business operates in real time - I have missed deadlines waiting on support. When we initially started using Bigtime (2 years ago) support was in real time via chat with very little delay. It is common for us to get responses asking us to wait a day now, but if I need data for a meeting and am unable to save records with no specific error message - it leaves me with very little recourse except to blame it on software - its not a good look. The Knowledge base is lacking is background needed to understand HOW things work sometimes - so some experience with the system is needed to get a good understanding of how the system actually works. Overall I don't regret our move to Bigtime - the platform is remarkably more flexible and usable than what we were using before, but over time the documentation feels weak and slow support can be an issue. It sometimes feels as though issues that are a big deal to us are just commonplace things that happen. One example is that recently they updated the look of their interface - but in doing so we lost the button for posting our invoices. The answer was to toggle back to the old look, but there was never any follow up that the new interface was fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
