It is a very intuitive platform that makes creating Boardbooks easy to do. From the director's vantage point, the books are easy to review. Lack of licence for edit only permissions. The system only give admin or director rights. There is an in-between permission needed - for committee secretaries. These have responsibilities for managing the documents for their respective meetings. Admin right is an overkill, and board rights are insufficient. We need someone with permissions to create meetings, create agenda, and upload documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Diligent Boards is user-friendly and offers new and functional features to clients. I applaud how effective the customer service team was during the onboarding process. They communicated effectively and offered around-the-clock assistance. The training sessions are also useful and allow us to learn at our own pace.
Diligent could offer practice runs for board meetings. Specialists could be on call for board meeting postings. Diligent could offer a community board to answer questions in real-time.
