Not able to make great Gantt charts. I think many other apps did a better job. Freedcamp is a bit behind. I am sure, you can improve the zoom in/out function in Gantt charts a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is not intuitive. The learning curve for Freedcamp is a lot steeper than it is for Clickup, Trello, and Asana. It takes a long time to set up and maintain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We needed a tool to develop network designs for end customers, working with the technical, engineering, admin and finance, and salespeople. This tool is perfect, it allows various people within the companies at various levels of technical ability, from near zero to high, to be able to work on a common project and achieve the end goal. Freedcamp is ideal, it allows Gnatt view, KanBan, and table views and switches between them with milestones as set by different departments, from Sales, Engineering Admin and Finance.

Moreover, they have a great support team who solve queries quickly and they also have many videos that take you through all the software features. Overall: See above Switching to another tool (basecamp) was something I lobbied and asked and could support myself through my organisation but the project coordinator who liked the tool was not in favour of any changes. The project is almost over, I will be happy to forget this nightmare. Please do more usability testing and make software user friendly!
