    Our team used to rely on an Instant Messaging App (Kakao Talk) to manage tasks and exchange work files. It was a simple channel for file exchanges that there is no proper archival system. It is a transient method of communication that tracking or managing the development of tasks was simply impossible. There may be a manager in chat, but directions were getting lost and communication was siloed. It was a common issue we found with collaborating on an instant messaging system. Swit allows transparency of workflows from the very beginning. A manager can appoint an assignee and collaborators, and you can monitor the appointment process as well. What was especially impressive was that, once a manager creates a task, it gets further developed by the assignee and collaborators without the managers constant management. Through such organic collaboration, the quality of the task exceeds what was initially anticipated, and the manager can retrace the process of it all on Swit. The ability to share tasks to chat is simply ground breaking. The issue we found in assigning tasks via an instant messaging system is autonomously resolved by being able to redirect your assignees to the tasks instantly. This helps prevent any assignments or directions getting lost in communication. In addition, the access Google services like Gmail, Google Drive without leaving Swit makes ones life easy beyond words. for example, I don't have to open another browser for contact my Gmail and Google Drive. This sounds very nothing, but It saves my time about 30 mins in a work day as I roughly assumed. I earn $166 a day. Than if you do the math, that 30 mins is really big for a company. Im sure there are teams that would find Swit as a less than optimal choice for collaboration. I used to work at a General Affairs team, and due to the transient types of work this particular tema handles, creating a project, tasks, or checklists wasnt necessary. At my current team whose primary responsibilities include managing multiple projects at a time, Swit was just perfect to manage all stages of the project until completion. Im just saying, Swit might not be for all teams . I initiated using Swit when I was newly appointed as the team leader of the Product Production team. Using Swit helped me get on board with the new role quickly, and learning a new tool with the team members helped us develop an efficient workflow that made everyone happy. Swit not only helped us settle a new workflow but also helped us grow as a team. Hello and thank you so much for using Swit! We are so glad that we have helped you successfully transition from Kakao Talk to Swit to handle all of your business needs. We take pride in offering transparency for all workflows and offering collaboration across a variety of teams. We also take pride in being a scalable platform that offers services for companies that are big or small. We feel that every business can benefit from creating task cards that contain assignees, due dates, and more then sharing these task cards with their teams through Chat Channels so that everyone is on the same page with each urgent project. We also think that each business can benefit from our Google Integrations so that they can attach Google Docs to task cards, work on a Google Slide with our Tabs feature, share a Google Sheet within our Chat Channels, and share Gmail messages to our Chat Channels. We think Swit can benefit all teams of any size and hope that we can be a business solution for all.

    I love that the ability to have different channels that are linked with smaller teams within the organization. As a scrum master, being able to create and follow tasks of team member is super useful as it makes everything organized and no ideas and tasks are lost. Other features such as tagging team members and having a conversation about a certain topic in a comment keeps chats organized and not flooded with information. As a developer, I wish there was a dark mode to swit. Also I would love to see integration of hosting video calls with large scale on a platform like this. Having community swit workspaces, I would want to host events so that participants can directly ask for help through the channels instead of having to email or ask technical questions in Zoom or Google Meet chats. I would highly encourage organizations and student lead clubs to use Swit as it is an awesome way to keep in touch with team members and track tasks as well! With Swit, I can manage my email, add tasks to the task board directly without having the open my email in the browser. It makes much more sense and it increases my productivity. To host a large scale video call, simply create a meeting in Zoom or Google Meet within the Swit app, and drag and drop it into a channel to share the meeting with multiple people with only a few clicks! Once the event has started and participants are on all the call, encourage them to submit their questions in the channel directly!     I like the capacity to have various channels that are connected with more modest groups inside the association. As a scrum ace, having the option to make and follow the undertakings of colleagues is really helpful as it makes everything coordinated and no thoughts and assignments are lost. Different highlights, for example, labeling colleagues and having a discussion about a specific theme in a remark, keeps visits coordinated and not overflowed with data. As an Engineer, I wish there was a dull mode to swit. Additionally, I couldn't imagine anything better than to see a combination of facilitating video calls with an enormous scope on a stage like this. Having people group swit work areas, I would need to have occasioned so members can straightforwardly request help through the channels as opposed to messaging or pose specialized inquiries in Zoom or Google Meet talks. With Swit, I can deal with my email add assignments to the errand board straightforwardly without having the open my email in the program. It seems OK, and it expands my efficiency. To set your status to Do Not Disturb Mode, simply click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Do Not Disturb for your preferred amount of time. Starting with next month's update, you'll be able to schedule a set time for your profile to go into Do Not Disturb mode where Swit will not send you any notifications for those specified hours for the day. For video meetings, our Zoom and Google Workspace Integrations are highly convenient for creating a meeting within the Swit app and dragging and dropping the meeting in a channel. This will invite everyone in the channel without the tedious task of inviting everyone via email. We hope this information will help optimize your workflow within Swit!

    I love being able to create cards as tasks and move them throughout buckets to sort status. It's helpful to be able to see my co-workers status as they complete projects and tasks that are assigned to them. It's also helpful that anyone can add a project or to-do on another person's to-do list. One huge downside is the inability to schedule tasks for a specific time. For example, if I want to complete "Call Nancy @ 3:00PM" I would have to name the task as what time it should be completed. The inability to schedule tasks is detrimental to my work as I can't be notified right at or before 3:00pm for a task that's due then. Currently, I can only schedule tasks based on they day they are due, not the time. Another issue is that creating a new task isn't exactly "quick." I have to title the task, then click into it to assign it to somebody, then after that I have to click to add a due date, and again to add tags or labels. It should be as easy as typing in: "Follow up with Jack tomorrow" and it should recognize that I wrote tomorrow and it should schedule it for me. The more difficult it is to add a task, the less likely I am to add simple tasks to the list and risk forgetting it. It should be much quicker and take no less than 5 seconds to create, schedule, and assign a task and currently it takes around 10 seconds. It doesn't seem like a big deal at first, but when you have a team of people using this, you don't want to have any difficulty annoyance in adding tasks. I've been able to better manage my team and see the tasks they are completing remotely which is extremely beneficial. I can also give tasks to people more easily throughout the day without needing to speak to them personally. Hello and thank you for taking the time to review Swit! It also combines messaging with a list of tasks and calendars of its functions in a single center for business customers in very large organizations of their current applications The development within desktop computers as in mobile devices can not run through applications without losing the context in the major sources of customer satisfaction, integrations can mainly receive notifications based on very large text leaving high time yields in the work by departments where users must take greater risks.     Our team likes the fact that we can use one platform to communicate, share ideas, share attachments and build out our brand through Swit. As a new business building a new team, it was integral that we were able to easily begin communicating with each other. My team members say it is the best way for me to communicate my needs with them and it is so important to use a platform that your team members enjoy using. I've noticed on the desktop version for Mac that you aren't able to hide the Swit software which is unusual. There are very few downsides to Swit. Often other platforms have too many functions or capabilities and the platform is not built out to easily understand but Swit managed to combine multiple styles of platforms in an easily digestible way. I would start by using Swit. If you or your organizations have ever used other platforms like Asana, Monday, Slack, ETC, you will find that they have limiting factors and are not easy to understand. Swit merges all of these platforms into one AND makes it incredibly easy to navigate and understand. If you start here, you will not be frustrated with your experience and will remain a user forever. I wouldn't call them problems but as a new team and a new company, we are trying to find the best and easy ways to communicate as we work from home. To find Swit when it was just beginning and be able to onboard our team directly into this platform so that we could seamlessly begin working together has been a huge time-saving part for our team. It allows us to share all ideas and keep track of them so that ideas do not fall through the cracks. Hello, thank you for reviewing Swit!     It was an appropriate tribute to the team's coordination and management of events. I recommend and encourage everyone to use it and take advantage of the tools and features provided by Swit to implement the best project management practices, which primarily focus on creating an integrated system that enables team members to understand their responsibilities and fulfill them fully and on time.
    The use of Swit enables distant team members to collaborate, talk, and participate in a productive manner since Swit creates several linked channels that bring together all disciplines of project teams to work together. Swit facilitates and enhances the capacity to actively participate by planning and tracking the responsibilities of colleagues, as well as keeping all updates and recorded notes in one convenient location. I enjoy being able to take notes for colleagues and then discuss them with them, which helps us optimize our operations while also working on documenting those discussions so that they can be used as a reference.
    My frustration with the sign-out method stemmed from the fact that I had to log out every time I concluded my workday. The Swit website does not log me out when I close the window that displays it. It takes time to enter projects or stack events into a project management system.

    The most important thing that we succeeded in using Swit was keeping all team members informed of the delivery dates, by increasing the level of interaction among them, and Swit also contributed to documenting all the updates and entries made by the team, which provided us with an integrated archive of project events.
    Swit has a lot of great features. I found it easy to follow more than one project at the same time and transitioning between their assigned panels was very smooth. Using Swit, I was pleased with my team's ability to respond to changes and properly track delivery times. This strength of communication resulted in a commitment to the action plan, and the input my team provided via Swit was reaching everyone faster than emails, which had previously delayed response. Also, the chat and notification features were great and did their job as required. With Swit everyone is constantly aware of project details, which has had a positive impact on our planning and follow-up capabilities.
    Not many negatives, but the Works Breakdown structure must be reconsidered in order to be able to increase the number of levels, since in the current situation it does not meet the requirements of large projects, and we will only use it to follow up on small projects.

Inexperienced users may find the platform's UI difficult to understand at first due to its broad features.
