We mainly use Infusionsoft to provide content for our leads to get them to convert to members in our style program. We also use it to provide our current members with information. We use it to promote events for our brick and mortar as well.

The email deliverablity is a huge issue for them. We had hundreds of customers/contacts that were not receiving their emails. Before we joined Infusionsoft and after we left Infusionsoft our customers were receiving their emails again. It was the longest year of my professional career trying to set up infusionsoft for it to not work correctly after I set it all up. Now after trying to cancel, I can't even cancel because I have customers making payments through the WePay merchant that Infusionsoft offers. Complete waste of time and I feel misled.
