The Campaign Builder is an amazing tool that allows you to automate the interaction with your prospects and clients to be sure that they are only getting the content that is relevant to them, and personalize it so the whole experience feels organic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This includes everything from emails, SMS, funnels, etc. The way you can customize your "funnels" is truly astounding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We like the Keap platform's ability to automate emails and the tasks that are assigned daily. One of the best tools that this platform has is to allow us to create segmentation types according to the requirements already coordinated in advance based on the campaigns that are launched, so we have the opportunity to segment the audience according to what we are offering, so we do not have everyone mixed, and we gather all potential customers in the same session to provide a little more attention to it. InfusionSoft also steers you towards highly priced partners such as PowerPay that provide zero value and poor service when you can use PayPal for a fraction of the cost and get great support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their live chat is slow and their entire software platform is not built for ease of use, it's built so you have to spend extra time and money training personnel to run it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The company is difficult to work with and less than ethical. The learning curve is pretty steep and their training times are very limited. Be prepared to train very slowly with long gaps between sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Keap allows businesses to customize their CRM and marketing workflows to suit their specific needs. The platform also integrates with a range of other software tools, including Zapier and QuickBooks, to help businesses streamline their workflows.

It is very rigid and lacks any sort of flexibility, this can be very off-putting for scalable businesses.

The system was setup and the processes were flowing, however, at one point the credit card expired and the account/data got wiped. After heavily researching and trying to find out what happened we found that the account rep only contacted the email they had on file (which was incorrect) before wiping our data. At no point was our organisation contacted by any other means i.e. telephone, other than contacting the incorrect email address. Our data and configurations have now been wiped and are irretrievable. We have been told that our only option is to start an account and create the process again. Unacceptable for a company practice.

It doesnt integrate in the way I need with my CRM Housecall Pro which completely eliminated the need for this product.

We use it as a whole company and we love it! It is very effective and helpful!
It is very organized! It makes it very easy to organize and clearly view all of your contacts and what stages they are in; instead of having to deal with all of the clutter that could be easily associated with hundreds of contacts and their various stages.

the main advantage for us is to segment nd lead score our leads. segmenting them allows us to speak with different people differently. We all know that having a relevant conversation is better.
It allows you to segment prospects and deliver them different messages. It allows us to communicate with first time users differently from existing clients. It allows us to identify referral sources and communicate with them. It allows us to communicate with "lost users" and draw them back. Overall we can run more effective marketing by matching messages to people's behaviors and interests.

We used Infusionsoft for lead management. It is used by our marketing team.
They really need a customer service team. Paying $500 referral fee business model may bring in a lot of not satisfying customers.

We didn't implement InfusionSoft because it lacked the standard marketing automation features that other MAPs have, specifically dynamic content.
Standard MAP features like dynamic content are missing. Without these features, there are other simpler and more inexpensive MAPs and ESPs that you can use that would meet the feature set of Infusionsoft. Better implementation or turn-key process. I found the engagements extremely frustrating. At the onset, I asked the salesperson if they had package to get me up and running ASAP - and minimize the time I needed to be involved in it. He sold me additional implementation hours (3x normal) to accommodate customization. This seemed foreign to our implementation manager. After delivering workflows, providing requirements on the programs we wanted, and discussing these on our call, his first response was "Oh, you can do that yourself. When you're done, we can schedule another call." Lack of integrity. On our second attempt (a restart), the implementation manager shared his screen while he created our program. It took about 3 minutes as he spoke with me and he copied it 6 times. Then, he filled out the SOW on the call. The time he reported working on the account was 10 hours (although he said he was done and that the ball was in my court before he could do anything more). Poor customer experience. Throughout my experience, I expressed frustration that Infusionsoft was not meeting my needs. Getting a business up and running is hard enough. Infusionsoft was a killer. $7500, non-refundable, paid upfront for services and a system that even then agreed "wasn't a fit" because they couldn't accommodate my requirements without programs and updates getting really messy. The services were never completed. The system was never used. So I asked for a refund. After researching the calls and agreeing that 1) it wasn't a fit and 2) I was very frustrated in every experience I had with Infusionsoft, they reiterated that they don't provide refunds. They did ask what I thought might be a fair amount to which I offered, bill me for any time spent and refund the services that weren't spent and the entire license fee since it was never implemented. (That request was unreasonable from their perspective.) Generally, this company is not SMB friendly. I should have read the real reviews before purchasing.

Infusionsoft was used to build client base and automate marketing.
User interface is not intuitive and very confusing. Learning curve is very prolonged and time consuming. Customer support is not geared towards the average user and frequently did not offer solutions that were practical. Start up package did little to get up to speed. Problems with email being recognized as a trusted source.

Infusionsoft by Keap (AKA the "classic Infusionsoft") has been on top of the small business automation marketplace for years, and for good reason. In the right hands, it's a perfect marriage of automation + CRM. Its strengths are best-in-class, and it is refreshingly light on gimmick features that claim to fulfill a business need without offering real capability. That said, there are some noteworthy holes in functionality. Caveat: the power comes with a substantial learning curve, and you *do* need to learn the software well to use it effectively. Campaign builder has many quirks, there are multiple ways to accomplish any result, and the number of settings is astonishing. Infusionsoft's own (paid + mandatory) onboarding at the time we started using it was insufficient. Fortunately, its history means there are many good Certified Partners and tons of free blogs, videos, and other resources to guide your implementation. I recommend having at least one person on your team who can take on the role of Infusionsoft expert and take responsibility for configuring, organizing, and maintaining the app. For a solopreneur whose time is better spent doing the business, or a small organization that's just beginning to figure out its digital processes, IS is likely to be too overpowered and cumbersome. (FWIW, we started with IS too early ourselves. We've grown into it and are now very happy, but the first couple years were frustrating.)

We used keap to manage our customers database. we did email marketing, lead generation , internal forms, email templates and automate campaigns and more. I'm happy to tell you, even we can find lots of cheap CRM systems out there, Keap is the best and it's worth for money. because, everyday they are trying to give us the best experience. we got recurring updates with lots of new features. One more thing to mention. There customer support was very helpful for our staff when they onboarding. Not only for staff but for admin too. timely support is given by them. I would like to recommend Keap CRM for any business out there. go ahead without any hesitation. At first it will be hard to adopt a new system. but when it comes to Keap, They will help you to get there without any troubles.

The biggest problems Infusionsoft has solved for me has been easily tracking and managing all new leads coming into my business, as well as giving me an easy way to stay in touch with and market to everyone on my email list. It's also allowed me to build out nurture systems to automatically send out emails and communications to new leads who haven't quite made the decision to book with me. The best part is all of this is working for me 24/7 behind the scenes without any work on my part now, so it allows me to focus my time on growing my business and working with my clients.

There have been times that I wanted to throw in the towel - remember, I was a brand new business owner and really had no idea what I was doing!! I learned the hard way - by screwing up, then learning how to fix what was broken (hey - I still do this sometimes!!). I will say that it's been a game-changer for me and I'm still learning new things that benefit me AND my clients each and every day. Support is super-helpful and there is an entire community of terrific people who try new things and are very open to share what they learn!!

It provides us with the flexibility to perform a wide range of segmentation operations to meet our specific requirements; for example, when developing a marketing campaign, we can divide our target audience into subsets based on factors such as their level of product familiarity, the frequency with which they make purchases, and their potential lifetime value as customers. It also includes a customer relationship management system that lets us delegate work and monitor both individual and collective productivity.

I have mastered it to the point of obsession and thoroughly enjoy it. It has helped me organize and maintain thousands of data while allowing me to create and send out countless unique marketing campaigns. It's been a long process, and it might be challenging to keep everyone who has to be involved in it well-trained. However, it serves its purpose as a sophisticated customer relationship management system.
