Love the feature that lets me know when my email was opened by prospect or customer. One thing that comes to mind is the year of the task doesnt show up so when you see you have 3 tasks listed for the customer and one could be in two years maybe because it will time to renew their contract. The other two could be either over due or next week. You see the month and date but not the year without opening the task. Implement immediately. This is by far the best one I have used. No problems. Easy to use and operate. I couldnt imagine a better CRM.

The calendar! It gives a good overview. I can easily send a calendar invitation to a customer. I want a sales area where I can place what's in my pipeline. Where I can easily add or remove. I can easily see which customers are most likely to come in. It gives me the opportunity to focus on the most important thing. I can also see which customers, by their size, build the best deal.
