    The Solution covers all needed processes to streamline and control your customer's experience and collaboration. With Membrians possibility to use the API connectivity, it provides a seamless workflow and is easy to use for everyone who has access to the system. Marketing, sales, support, and management. Including the Membrain app, we don't miss out on any interaction with our customers or in our internal communication. Our experience from the first contact to where we are now is very professional and well performed with fantastic support. In all system there is room for improvment but so far there is nothing I would like to add. Membrain works continusly on improving the system and they are keeping us in the loop all the time. The investment of Membrains onboarding is worth every penny. The ROI is favorable for your company. Membrain is, without doubt, a system for the sales/ marketing and management team to use because it's easy and fun. The soultion, together with the data we register, will enhance our value proposition and business proposition and monitor and improve our own customer experience. We can grow endless in Membrains platform.

    Makes complex sales fun with a crips and clear process. The ability to integrate with various services and continously improve the way of working without a lot of work or cost is incredible. In my work as a sales manager with a team spread out geographically Membrain has become the natural and most important aspect of our sales collaboration. The team appreciates the guidance and structure and for myself I enjoy having both control and being able to change our way of working easily. We use the Sales Projects for our complex sales, Account Growth for our strategic account planning and follow up and product revenue import to track the actual value of our customers. And it just works! Hard to find anything to dislike since Membrain has really worked great in our organization. Sometimes the level of automation could be higher and thereby replacing the manual work done, but that is just a minor flaw. We wanted our sales team to work more streamlined and avoid the unhealthy business that previously proved to hurt our financial status.

    I like the the exploration part of the sales process amd customizing the qualifiers. The prospecting tool, we tried it and it was not great or had the functionality we required. It's organizing our checklists for the sales process and execution pipelines. Hi, thank you for taking some time to leave a review about Membrain. Its integration is very wide and flexible, in some cases some common errors occur regarding the annex of other software solutions, certainly in a software with so many functions it is very likely that this happens, for this we do not give it much importance and continue using it and using its tools to achieve our short-term and long-term goals. It is the best platform for small, medium and large companies, Membrain is a combination of CRM and Sales Enablement, which makes the sales process much more efficient, focusing on how to sell to obtain a better sales flow. In a short time you can see the effectiveness of sales, allowing in turn to drive the behaviors necessary in even the most complex b2b sales to increase sales effectiveness and achieve consistent performance. The entire team will have the tools to adopt the behaviors necessary to increase the effectiveness of their sales and consistently reach the objectives.     This software has provided our company with powerful tools in terms of sales, we were able to project, position and channel potential consumers, thus generating more detailed reports that are visually quick to access and understand, including the status. of such information. Its interface is very excellent, professional and at the same time easy to use, thus promoting new capabilities of our workers, to create an efficient workflow. Cleaning idle data previously imported into the software is a bit complicated and can become a slow process, therefore, improving the system in this regard would be essential for its total fluidity. However, Membrain is a very efficient software, so its positive characteristics help to ignore the small errors it could contain, so it is still one of the best and works perfectly for our organization. It is a very organized, professional and clean software, it is an excellent way to manage projects and channel sales, it is also feasible to store the data of potential contacts. Membrain in the sales process, together with the skills and abilities of our work team, we can achieve extraordinary goals and maximize the return on time and money invested in projects. For its part, this software is very flexible, allowing it to adapt to the workflow of the company and therefore it is very intuitive, helping us to focus on the customer and obtain a more secure sale. Thanks to its incredibly simple and easy-to-use interface, it helps us foster new skills in our workers, to create an efficient workflow.     It incorporates the tenets of the Checklist Manifesto (by Atul Gawande), which is extremely valuable. It helps create a true step-by-step approach to a sales process. The processes are easy to set up and have most of the attachment, details, resource assignment and other tools within each step. We reworked our sales process from the ground up when implementing Membrain, and of course, not everything went as planned, and with Membrain, you can make process adjustments quickly and easily. Their pricing is substantively higher than the marketplace. I could be in Salesforce for pennies compared to what Membrain charges. Additionally, they're not always particularly clear on the use or value of some of the modules within their application. Content Hub, as an example, is a GREAT idea, but we've never gotten it to work effectively with our sales force because it's not organized in a way that's meaningful to us. As an example, they make you organize content by "context", but they don't do a very good job of telling you what that means or how to use it. We watched the help videos on it and were told that to use context, we should organize by context. That's like describing the color "blue" to someone by telling them it "looks blue". We 're not happy at all that their newest capabilities around account planning is an add-on module, costing more. Customers are customers, and if we're buying a CRM, I expect it to be for the relationship between my firm and our customers, not just certain portions or activities within our relationship. Instead, we'll probably use one of their "sales processes" to build our own account planning module. It's not rocket science, so there's no commercial justification for the upcharge when I'm paying an excessively expensive monthly subscription by the user. As with any CRM, we solve the problem of monitoring and reporting our customer interactions, and ongoing sales operations.
