    Being able to embed a milestonne centric sales procress directly into the CRM including video to help users as they go. Easy of transitioning a a lead to sold to project. Having used all the heavy weights over the last two decades as a user and also having been in the Tier 1 & Teir 2 ERP integration space, this is by far the best milestone centric CRM system.     It's just made for salesprocess. It's also made to easily tweak to your needs. This means you can put in your sales pitches directly in the process.     Doesn't do what was requested. Requested changes haven't been made as they are to busy to correct faults in the system. Constantly having to scroll down. pages don't flow. On Salesforce you could see everything on one page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    Because of the focus on salesman interaction, we struggle to do automated marketing and education to our clients. The salesman interaction is great, but it's hard for them to easily send company information to a specific set of clients based on product type, age of client, etc. The separation between prospects and clients sold means tracing a single entities entire interactions with your brand is a difficult task.     Membrain is a salestool helping you to focus on what is important. Intuitive enough to manage any kind of sales process, although the focus is on complex B2B. Automated reminders and "milestone management" helps you to stay on top of your sales opportunities in an easy way.
