Nifty is simple to use, but at the same time has a lot of features. It's intuitive, so no need to get a whole training to be able to use it. In the company, we use it mainly for project management, task assignment, docs organization, and client communication. Even the less tech-savvy client is able to use it with no major issues. The customer and technical service here is the most horrendous I've ever encountered. If you have any technical or billing issues, don't count on them being resolved. If the support team encounters any issues, they will direct you to a person named Sky, who is seemingly the only person available to help. Unfortunately, he is often unresponsive. Another thing to avoid is purchasing Nifty from Appsumo. If you accidentally want to rename the workspace and delete it to start from scratch, that's it. You'll lose your money. Moreover, nowhere on Appsumo does it mention that rebranding or deleting the workspace would result in a financial loss, even though it's supposed to be a lifetime deal. With Nifty we can create shortcuts to the views we use most frequently to make our work easier and more efficient. Setting favorite views is found as an option in the side menu and is an easy way to visit the most used features. And any project screen can be bookmarked, including roadmaps, discussions, documents, and much more.Another widely used aspect is the ability to create custom fields, plus we can control their visibility for guest users, who do not directly belong to the execution of our project.

Very poor communication, expensive and impossible to cancel subscription. Even when my credit card expired I still go charged even though I thought I had cancelled. I found the software complext to use and the only communication I got from the company was when I converted back to the free software. Basically trying to get me to upgrade, without any recognition that I had paid for the upcoming year (even though I didn't want to).

Nifty's currently the primary software for all project management. For years I've struggled with finding a project management software that would satisfy our needs across the board, usually having to use multiple platforms. Nifty's allowed us to have everything in one central location which has streamlined processes in a huge way. In the past we'd used Basecamp (for projects that required long-term collaboration or projects and file uploading from clients), Trello (for internal projects and SOPs), and Glip (for communication, calendar, video meetings, and tasks) together to achieve the project management and system processes needed and have replaced all three with Nifty. The ability to create versatile, multi-view projects has been invaluable, leaving less open to being overlooked due to confusion on where the information is located. Nifty's intuitive, all-in-one platform has saved us time, confusion, and money. Being able to have one central location for all projects has been a gamechanger.

Task management - Nifty helps us with ineffective task management through comprehensive Gantt chart functionality which we use all the time! Extremely easy to use and setup with institutive user interface Inbuilt Chat functionality - it is great to have an inbuilt chat feature to have all the conversations related to a project localized in a single place ensuring great accessibility Capability to integrate with various document management and meeting platforms

Time Expense could be improved since we cannot edit the previous/past time logs entered. Lacks expense management and Purchase order management functionality Newest product updates are not always stable and I had to reach Nifty's support team a couple of times in the past to fix the issues with new updates e.g. our document management and meeting integrations had to be re-authorized

It's not a pretty platform (it's extremely intuitive, but the color scheme and fonts are less than visually appealing) Tasks can be broken down once into subtasks, but I'd like to see the ability to break them down infinitely Due to the frequent improvements and feature upgrades, I have to re-authorize the Zoom integration from time to time - no biggie, unless realizing the need to re-authorize when needing to hop on a call

The ability to view tasks in a variety of formats, including Kanban boards, lists, and timelines, as well as participate in group discussions and share files, helps teams work together effectively. It is easy to use and flexible product. Software is matured and well done, has all main functionality project management tool would need. I find it easy to do project and task management for myself. It also has a good project collaboration functions but I haven't tried them yet as I use it only for my personal needs.

I think it's great that there are checkpoints along the way. It's a visible reminder that I need to prioritize catching up on older tasks rather than adding more to my list right away. It reminded me a lot of Asana. I appreciate the timer so much since it allows me to keep track of my progress.

Nifty's what my team has been waiting for. We needed a PM tool as we scaled, but too many of them are focused on features instead of experience. Nifty was easy to use from day 1 and was easy to grow into the more powerful tools it offers as our projects became more complex. The built-in messaging is awesome as well! I highly recommend Nifty.
