Nifty is software that you can use your way and however it is most useful and easy for you. I can create a workflow for sales links and greater commercialization of the products offered by the company, this task takes a process, which goes through a review and after that it is approved and if it is already finished, this is something that I like about Nifty because it organizes my work and allows me to accomplish daily goals. On the other hand, it is a very dynamic software, the client-company relationship is more proactive, making project planning and future sales successful, likewise, it allows you to incorporate several users into the team to achieve a better job. It contains training materials that teach you how to use this software. Finally, another aspect that I like about Nifty, according to my experience, is that I achieve the objectives in the sales area, every day sales are increasing thanks to the organization that this software provides me, it is notorious that daily productivity is increasing. I consider that Nifty is a very good software but it should improve in certain aspects: 1. Within project planning, for good sales management, there should be other tools that facilitate digital marketing because this is a marketing enhancer. 2. I would like them to integrate more social networks. Broader field with greater scope. 3. I feel like it has very little storage capacity and I handle a lot of clients. Since I have been using this software I have seen many improvements in my work. Nifty offers great support in making sales happen through its features. Previously, we had poor sales strategies. we could not correctly manage the information that came to us, but thanks to Nifty we can fully organize the marketing plans to achieve our goals. On the other hand, I find the forms very useful because it solves a problem that we had before now we respond faster to proposals and customer requests.

One of my favorite features is the integration of chat within the CRM. Chat has been implemented in other project management CRM's but the way it is done in Nifty is very 'Slack-ish'. Awesome! One of my favorite non-features is the interface. The interface is intuitive and team members are able to update me on all of their projects and tasks - all automated. As tasks are moved between statuses, there is the option to provide notifications or additional automations. Think Trello, but better. The intuitive interface allows for easy onboarding. Nifty is better than many project management applications that I have used in the past. One thing that I would like to see is the ability to change colors for the dashboard. Currently there is only options for classic, light, and dark. Nifty has replaced Asana, Trello, and Slack for us..so far. This is key since previously we would jump between applications. While the platform isn't fully customizable, it can be supplemented. Don't let some of the non-customizability deter you. Nifty understands project management in a way that I haven't seen with other applications (even full custom CRM's that employ a full time local development team - and sometimes even then the mark is missed...) Now that everything is in one spot, we make heavy use of templates. Now, when we onboard, it is one login, and only have to delete one login when offboarding.

Nifty's user interface is very streamlined and clean. It's very easy to find what you're looking for. Our most used modules or (tabs) are the "Discussion" and the "Tasks". They're literally one click away once you access Nifty. Besides the great UI/UX that Nifty offers, I like how fluent is the communication with a client. You can invite your collaborators as guests to any projects, where they can join the discussions, complete or create tasks, but they have limited privileges, so the project management is all yours, no one can do any damage. Nifty is still in its early days, you might find some bugs here and there, but the team is always very fast to respond when you report something or if you send a feature request. Regarding its interface, there's nothing to dislike. I think Nifty is headed in the right direction, it just needs a bit of time to mature, but in the meantime, it's perfectly functional and does what it says, making project management easy. Also, it would be nice if it would integrate better with invoicing tools. We collaborate with our web design clients using Nifty. We can eliminate long chain-mails or the problem of file sending. It's also super easy to track your projects' status with Nifty, so your clients will always know what they can expect. Lately, we tend to use it only with the team though.

What I appreciate most about Nifty is the capability to add almost everything a team could possibly need or encounter. We can upload files, create docs (that we started building an SOP/Checklist library), Plan out a project with Milestones on a timeline, easily *adjust* those milestone deadlines ;-) And keep conversations tight, having relevant comments on a single card (task) as well as tagging and setting due dates. It's very comprehensive. Sometimes software can feel a little bloated. Like Microsoft Office, how over the years, MS just kept trying to add all these bells and whistles only to make the experience more confusing. So that being said, Nifty aims to be very comprehensive however, there can be a bit of a learning curve. I wish the notes (that I can write on a given task card) were more flexible (like Trello, using various characters like # to create bold headers, etc.) I wish that I could paste a list into a checklist -- and Nifty would automatically divvy out my list items into their own separate items to be checked off (like Trello) And I wish the Docs were more flexible. I could TOTALLY see using these as an SOP library but what keeps us from completely adopting that is the fact that they auto-order themselves (the Docs) according to the last one edited. It'd be really cool to be able to embed *within* a Doc too. THAT WAY, my small team could COMPLETELY set up an SOP system *for* particular clients we have. -- because that's reality: you have clients and there's just no way around it: they have their own special unique way of achieving something that needs to be repeatable and easily passed down to future team members. I still feel like there's much more to Nifty than I'm even getting to within this review. I'd love to get savvy with tackling the Milestones feature. I'm not one to be especially good at completing things *unless* there are deadlines and someone counting on me. So I can envision Nifty working to help that -- where I add a collaborator (a client) and layout the Milestones (deadlines). The team also has been responsive and open to my hurdles and constructive criticism The problems we're solving: We're getting tasks centralized and keeping tabs on them easier. Since my assistant can comment me in on the particular task, and can even comment/mention me at various levels of the organization (task level, overall team communication level, project comment level, etc), I feel good knowing that we're not littering another channel (like Telegram, Slack or the email inbox) with little comments that just make a thread bloated and difficult to search through.

Nifty is a tool is use very often in my business and I do like the fact that it is extremely flexible and it will work on every scenario, even using it for personal use. I have my children use it for school to help they stay focused. One of the thing I really enjoy also is the fact that it is very easy to use. I've used other similar products but they were not as user friendly as nifty. Nifty works great, give you awesome notification and reminds you of your tasks. The support is terrific, they get back to you really quickly. When I have an issue or if I'm stuck or just trying to do something, I always contact support and each and every time, they've always help me. For me, you can have a great product but if you don't have great support to back it out, customers/clients will not be happy because when they need assistance, they can't get the help they need. I am happy over all with this Nifty and I will continue to use it because it just works for me Honestly, there are not much I dislike about Nifty. I use it quite often; Almost every day. I do quite a bit, run multiple businesses and it helps me to stay focused. The app isn't as robust (in my opinion) as the web version so I find myself using the web version much more often than the app but the app still works great and I do recommend it. Nifty solves so many problems for me. I run multiple businesses so I have a super busy schedule and I have two teenage boys that are active and I want to be there for them during their sporting events. It helps me manage not only my schedule but my tasks. I really enjoy how you can have sub-tasks. I think the developers of Nifty have really thought things through and have taken feedback from people like me to make it so much better and they are continually in development. I really like that.

Task management visualization is a breeze. Switching between task list views like swimlane, kanban, and calendar are very smooth. The ability to drag and drop projects on a calendar view makes task management very visual and easy to use. Private chat is clunky. It's fixed positioning on the screen makes it hard to use. On project discussion pages, read receipts are unreliable (and create a high pressure work environment). The real problem however is the timekeeping. Even admins cannot log time retroactively. Time logs don't have note/comment sections. It's simply not possible to annotate/meaningfully edit time logs. If price is a consideration, Nifty is a serious contender to any industry leader out there. It's very affordable with loads of features, and integrates nearly everything we would expect from a project management tool. While some of the features are clunkier (like chat) or sometimes seriously underdeveloped (timekeeping), we have not found a single feature Nifty is entirely missing that we expected it to cover. We are a marketing agency and we were looking for a one-stop-shop to combine team chat-project management-timekeeping, and reduce screen clutter along with SaaS cost. We moved away from one of the industry leaders in PM management, especially because Nifty's chat feature looked more appealing and the previous tool had failed at replacing our separate team chat service. After an initial test period, the chat feature failed to stick. Still, the task management portion has been very helpful, and a clean start helped reorganize all our projects with the useful features of Nifty.

Nifty is an excellent platform that automates many activities associated with the project execution flow, as well as the possibility of generating reports for our client clients and maintaining fluid and updated communication with each of them.

Overall experience was very poor. Once you start using the product, the performance will degrade gradually till a point it becomes completely useless. Even worse, Nifty doesn't give any option to export you data out for migration to other products. Their support will pitch you higher plans as a solution to improve performance rather than addressing the core issue which is clearly poor software implementation.

Basically, terrible. The customer support was helpful at first, and now they just kind of leave our issues hanging and close the ticket. I've asked for a refund, as we would really like to leave the platform, but we cannot get one. We're stuck, and that's about it.

There's no comparison. Nifty does what all of these do all in one place (with the exception of slack's community aspect with hashtagging - not sure if Nifty can do this, never tried) Nifty even has the ability to import directly from many other platforms - I've personally imported projects from Trello and Asana, saving tons of time in migration.
I've found myself recommending Nifty to other business owners as well as for personal use. I've personally found it to be invaluable when it comes to: Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly recurring tasksCreating templates for company processes such as new product creation, marketing strategy, on-boarding, quarterly goals, content managementHaving forms zapped into a new task from multiple locations ensuring they're never overlookedHaving clear milestones and timelines for projectsCommunicating on projects, tasks, and just in generalAssigning different components of projects to different peopleCreating prior requirements that must be completed before completing the task
Versatility Project Management Neurodiverse - Allowing user to choose view of their choice (kanban, swimlane, list, calendar) Ability to break down projects and tasks with multiple variables Task Management Integrations Consistently adding new features / improving software
It's not a pretty platform (it's extremely intuitive, but the color scheme and fonts are less than visually appealing) Tasks can be broken down once into subtasks, but I'd like to see the ability to break them down infinitely Due to the frequent improvements and feature upgrades, I have to re-authorize the Zoom integration from time to time - no biggie, unless realizing the need to re-authorize when needing to hop on a call

The one thing that makes this nifty stand out from its peers is its ability to support everything that one can think of while working/managing a project! It has got effective timeline management, charting capabilities, chat functionality, document storage, and the ability to integrate with several meeting apps, existing document manager,s and emails! No other project management has such comprehensive features as that of Nifty!
I would positively recommend Nifty to anyone looking for project management that has got all the basic to advanced features. Nifty has all the must-have as well good to have features in it, and that is what makes Nifty stand out from the huge competition of plethora of Project management tools out there.
Task management - Nifty helps us with ineffective task management through comprehensive Gantt chart functionality which we use all the time! Extremely easy to use and setup with institutive user interface Inbuilt Chat functionality - it is great to have an inbuilt chat feature to have all the conversations related to a project localized in a single place ensuring great accessibility Capability to integrate with various document management and meeting platforms
Time Expense could be improved since we cannot edit the previous/past time logs entered. Lacks expense management and Purchase order management functionality Newest product updates are not always stable and I had to reach Nifty's support team a couple of times in the past to fix the issues with new updates e.g. our document management and meeting integrations had to be re-authorized

We've tried several project management tools and most of them lacked the features we exactly needed. Jira was the last we tested and it was complicated to handle as projects grew bigger. Nifty is structured well and has major features that can handle big projects and does well in keeping track of current and past projects. The whole team loves Nifty.
Nifty speeds up project lifecycles, aligns teams to work together to avoid missing deadlines and automates the process of reporting. Individual team members use Nifty to set their own project goals so that they can complete tasks on time. This app brings feedback together and offers teams dynamic collaboration to help them focus on the completion of the project.
