4.0Qrvey's implementation and support in the post-sales process are stellar! They listen to your needs and do their best to assist in getting solutions either creatively using existing features or planning future enhancements. They seem to understand the rigid nature of legacy BI solutions and put their efforts into being both responsive to their clients and being modern in their approach. 4.0Support is responsive and knowledgeable. Has most functions that users would expect from a BI tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.5Great support and communications with account management. The product also has the potential of being great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.0Would have liked to see more customization options for themes and styles, and more granular permissions within a widget to limit access to certain functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.0The lack of features for providing error handling capacity to the parent application when something isn't working is what I would like to see as improvements in the future versions of Qrvey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.0Hosting cost can be a little hard to predict. The infrastructure pricing is all based on consumption within AWS, so if some unexpected activity spikes up, it can quickly drive up the hosting cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0My litmus test for analytics software is whether you can use it to drive insight/action that offsets the license & implementation cost of the tool - I think Qrvey is more than capable of this. It can ingest and harmonize a wide range of data, and ever supports creating forms for data collection The UI is very clean, but also manages to pack in a lot of features and customizability. Comes with a full fleshed-out workflows/automation tool out-of-the-box. This makes it possible to set up scheduled exports and integrations without having to bring in a separate automation tool. Extremely customizable in the embed scenario - you can put a chart right into your own web app without iFrames, and even embed the chart builder. If you already use AWS, it fits right into your environment.
5.0We had a choice of using other analytics solutions and the reason why we went with Qrvey: - The platform deploys to our AWS instance which gave us the ability to manage ourselves - The feature of easily embedding visualizations into other applications - The powerful features like workflow automation
5.0I love to no code low code functionality, the versatility of use cases/instances. I am impressed that Qrvey App is capable of handling many different types of data structure/unstructured
4.0Due to a comprehensive platform at times it can be hard to know where to start. Sometimes too much functionality can be confusing.
5.0Qrvey is a relatively new player in the analytics space, which means it doesn't yet have the kind of ecosystem around it that something like PowerBI does. For our use case, though, the difference in featureset (chiefly embeddability) outweighed this. There are some more obscure chart types I'd like to see added, but I believe it's on the roadmap. If you're not familiar with APIs or cloud services, some administrative tasks might be difficult. There is a graphical administration page, though.
5.0This is always hard question to answer because everything has it's flaws, but in the case of Qrvey, we haven't found anything as of yet.

10.0We need an analytics platform that we could host ourselves and distribute embedded visualizations within our platform. Qrvey made sense for us as it leverages the AWS environment which we are very familiar with and is extremely easy to deploy. The added bonus of having workflow automation and other power features made it a no-brainer.

9.0I managed the implementation and maintenance of Qrvey-based analytics as an embedded module in another software product. Qrvey is an ideal tool for the embedded analytics use case, as almost every component of the solution can be embedded, either as an iFrame or as a script element that adds the appropriate component directly to the page. In our use case, the customer was looking to embed surveys, analytics, and a chart builder directly into their web app.
Embedded charts and surveys. Workflows or automations based on new data or alerts. Integrated surveys and analytics.

Merges between heterogenous datasets can occasionally be problematic The dashboards/pages are already very powerful, but more interactive elements would always be welcome. The administration of a Qrvey instance and underlying datastore can sometimes be complex, but the Admin app helps make this a smooth process.

5.0I've had a great overall experience with Qrvey, both as an analyst using the tool to generate reports/insights and as a consultant setting up Qrvey installations. It's a very powerful tool that also manages to be easy to use and teach.
4.0My experience overall with Qrvey was positive. As I said, the platform is comprehensive. However the ability to connect various datasets is valuable. And the reports and dashboards are stellar.
5.0From day one the Qrvey Team have been awesome to work with, we created synergetic environmental of shared mutual success.
