4.0Task management is easy. I can easily assign tasks to my team. I can the work progress as everyone who finishes leaves their comments. It allows adding different tags to different tasks that makes it easier for people to priortize tasks accordingly. All the proejcts files are uploaded to Redbooth and it serves as a backup as well. 3.0Very easy to use, setup very easy. Users can understand it in less than an hour. Task lists and tags csn be set up per project, so it's very flexible. Time tracking easy to use but very detailed to analyse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.5I like its user-friendly interface. It lets you assign tasks to different team members and keep an eye on updates. Redbooth is pretty good for team collaboration, brainstorming new ideas, and also for keeping all the project data stored in one place. You can put priority tags on important tasks and rush jobs which is cool. The dashboard is pretty much like an email that allows you to check your tasks. You can create different workspaces for different teams and departments. It also has the option to get everyone on board and have HD meetings. The reporting system is also good that helps you with different types of project-related details. You can overview tasks assigned to other team members, manage your calendar, do time-tracking, and use other cool stuff to accomplish the goal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1.5There is a lack of visual understanding of your task list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
2.5Redbooth delivered a significant amount of notifications to your inbox, which instead of alerting you to an important task, just quickly became background noise in your inbox that you ignored just to the sheer volume. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
2.5File sharing was a little cumbersome and not easy to track changes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

10.0We use Redbooth every day to manage our design clients, projects and to-do's. It has truly become an integral part of everything we do. We use both the desktop app and the phone app when not in front of our machine's. It's used by the organization as a whole. We are only 4 people right now, started using it when freelancing by myself, and then my business partner and I used it after we formed our current company (Pulse Of Prophets). It helps us to stay organized, on deadline, and also alert each other of when tasks are finished, when we need help, and to share files. I use it on the daily to see where projects are at compared to deadlines, and am just getting used to and acquainted with the timeline view more now.
Creating a project group and then tasks within the project is easy and keeps things organized Assigning tasks, due dates and tagging tasks makes relaying information a breeze Uploading files, syncing files between dropbox, google drive and the computer is amazing Having the Redbooth app on hand to alert me of finished projects, questions or comments is a time saver
9.0We use Redbooth for the entire organization. This helps us keep track of what we do for what customer. Since we're an agency we serve a lot of different clients. It helps to assign tasks to one another and keep track of hours that are spent on working for a client.
Tracking hours worked is amazing. Easy to export to CSV. Assigning coworkers to tasks that they are responsible for. Color coordinating workspaces, this is how we manage our accounts. We all have different colours for our own accounts.
9.0I love Redbooth! What I love about it is that this project management tool automatically incorporates internal email and places within your various projects without you having to file. It's a good time saving tool and I know how much we all love email. This tool would fall into the 4 Hour Work Week philosophy.

5.0Overall: Overall, it is a great experience to work with Redbooth. Every morning, it is the first thing that I do. I go to Redbooth to review the ongoing projects, check the progress, share feedback, and adds assignees according to project needs, and change tags. Simply put, I love this product as it makes my life a lot easier.
4.0Overall: I've used Redbooth both to manage my own freelance work, and small teams. Overall the experience has been excellent for my uses, and remarkably polished. I primarily use Asana now as I work more with large teams these days, but I would certainly still consider Redbooth for other situations.
3.0Overall: I think there are some improvements to be made with Redbooth to where its a little more user friendly
5.0Overall: My experience overall has been great as I have used the product since back when it was Teambox 4
