    Our sales team and executive leadership use pipedrive (5 users currently, growing to 12 next year). We use pipedrive for basic CRM and deal flow functionality. All of our contact information resides in pipedrive and we move opportunities through deal stages. We track sales performer activities and schedule future activities through the system. I use reporting to summarize the total value of our pipeline by service type (we track 3 separate pipelines).
    Ease of data entry - whether entering individually, via Chrome plug-in capture app, or spreadsheet upload. Easy to configure with our lexicon and deal flow. High-level reporting that can be viewed as a dashboard or report, or exported for further spreadsheet analysis. Great reminders with visual cues for when an activity is missing, due, or late.

    Je perds du temps essayer de paramtrer le logiciel depuis des mois. Les vidos tutoriel et de l'acadmie sont gnial, mais de mon ct, il m'est impossible de les mettre en oeuvre car cela ne marche pas. JE SUIS TRES MECONTENTE !
