We should have done better homework prior to shifting to Pipedrive - to try and integrate our TOFU tools/tech we moved to Pipedrive's chatbot. This thing destroyed our page loaded speed and unfortunately we didn't realize it for about 6 weeks. It resulted in about 1/6th of the number of leads via the chat (which was a huge source for us). I had two customer service issues with them as well. I've spent over 30 hours dealing with them on two very basic issues and they're still not resolved yet (we don't expect them to be before we move either) Our company is extremely regretful we made the move over and based on the trust lost through this process we've decided it makes more sense to move to a more reputable platform. It has cost so much time, frustration, and money. Extremely poor tech for the chatbot Very slow customer support - they work European Hours so if you in North America, South America or Asia/Pacific. Expect each query to take 24 hours. Just brutal. Just avoid. They created more problems than solved. We looked to try and integrate our CRM and Chat Function/Bot into a single platform - their technology was inferior to anything else we've used and resulted in a massive decrease in leads via chatbot. CRM is OK. Avoid Pipedrive for Chatbot & Customer Service Hi Will, We appreciate your feedback and we are sorry to hear you had this experience with our Support Team, this is not what we expect at all when in contact with our Experts. Our Support Team works 24/7 for English and Portuguese, and you can verify the different hours for other languages on our article: https://support.pipedrive.com/en/contact-us Regarding the issue reported above, we could verify that our dedicated department has contacted you to resolve the case. We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused and if there is anything we can help with, let us know and we will be more than happy to help! Kind regards, Pipedrive Team

The ease of setup and use and the price is competitive for the featureset. The many bugs found in many features, support are not trained enough to know how to resolve issues or ot use teh CRMs features from a real end user perspective, and require extensive work on the customers part to report issues, often again and again as issues dont get resolved. If you have the budget then bigger companies have better offerings, but for its pricepoint, if you can handle the bugs, pipedrive is sufficent for a small team, however, if your running a big team and trying to use pipedrive, i would suggest there are better solutions as we notice issue after issue with consistent use in a effective sales envirotnment and there is poor support to resolve those issues. Great CRM for our small sales team. Its great to track data and reports on our sales, it has increased customer close rate and productivity in sales Good for basic users, but many many bugs and support are not great Hi Eden, Thank you very much for taking the time to send us this feedback! It is very important for us! We are happy to know Pipedrive is helping you achieve your goals. Regarding the mentioned bugs, we apologize for any inconvenience the experience may have caused in your business, we can understand how this can impact your work. Service interruptions or bugs can be caused by different factors but we can guarantee we will look into any issues being reported carefully and as quickly as possible. Although we could not identify your contact with our team so we could investigate further, we would like to reassure you that our Support Team is here to help you 24/7 and we will be more than happy to help with any questions you might have. Once again thank you for providing us with this feedback. We will forward this case internally and make sure it will be taken into account for future improvements. Kind regards, Pipedrive Team

There is nothing helpful about Pipedrive and their support is very poor We have been a Pipedrive user for many many years and recently moved out. We had built so much tech over it that we kept compromising our experience but finally there was so much business loss with them that we had to move out. I want to tell you why you should think thrice not twice before even thinking of Pipedrive. Their pricing is not transparent, they keep increasing the prices every now and then, and will automatically upgrade you to a new plan with a higher value and your card will be automatically charged for a higher amount. They will downgrade features in the current plan and ask you to upgrade to get the same features. We faced this issue multiple times across our journey of many years. The tech of Pipedrive is outdated, it often goes down and services become unavailable, you might lose critical hours during the day due to this. They have multiple stability issues. We lost business for days when this kept happening. Their APIs get unresponsive multiple times which led to choking out our entire sales funnel. Worst part is the support response time is pathetically slow, it's anywhere between 2-4 days. We use 100s of SAAS products and this one is by far the worst ever. Honestly we should have moved out of Pipedrive years before, it's a disaster waiting for your business if you opt for it. I strongly suggest you take a demo of Leadsquared, Salesforce, and FreshSales if you are thinking of Pipedrive. Also if you like the UI interface of Pipedrive go n try Teamwave, its the price of Pipedrive with almost all features. Regards, Thrillophilia Team They are not solving any problem and their support is creating more issues instead of solving the problem Avoid Pipedrive it's a disaster for your business

Relatively simple and straight forward, fairly solid CRM. Good email integration, glitchy at first but worked in the end. The app is okay, not that we use it very much but I guess its a bonus to have an app for the platform. Forms for collecting data work okay and feed in to pipedrive which is pretty useful. Has a good a mount of integrations which can make it more interesting for advanced users. I used to constantly recommend Pipedrive and think it was an extremely good piece of software. I've recommended the CRM to plenty of friends and clients and no doubt created a lot of business for them. I have however recently had so many issues moving data between our accounts that I'm close to giving up. The data export is far too complicated and I can only assume is designed to prevent people from moving data. Data reverts dont work for me due to a glitch and support are refusing to try upload/revert themselves. The whole process is incredibly frustrating and their support is designed so that the user has to fix issues themselves. It's incredibly sad to see a company lose its way like this. To go from being a huge fan who would refer business to having to write negative reviews as im sick and tired of trying to liaise with their support and move data around. It feels like they've forgotten who the customer is. Looks like as a company we will probably end up leaving them now, unfortunately. The system used to meet our requirements, multiple issues recently have meant that we're likely to leave the platform. We've lsot business recently due to a couple of glitches that have affected our marketing and sales follow up as a result. Used to be good to be able to see different work across all users, setting permissions was as a whole prety good. However due to the issues we've had recently with the system it's hard to name many benefits anymore. Used to love pipedrive and recommend... So many issues Exporting data and dealing with support

Clean UI, Lightweight reporting, Easy to build in new fields, some integrations already built Reporting is subpar for a CRM, no way to track leads without putting them into pipeline, freezes out all the time, inaccurate statistics, terrible support Enhance the system with developments that matter. Widening the column means nothing to me if I can't report on emails as an activity or rely on accurate data. Pipedrive has helped us manage our inbound lead flow, but it has been very difficult to scale with us as we grow. If you are looking for a lightweight CRM, this could work. This is not a tool for any sophisticated sales organization. I've used Salesforce for years and this was a very difficult transition to make-very much numerous steps back. Needless to say, we have since implemented Salesforce to accommodate a full Sales cycle (leads & pipeline). Not a tool for a serious Sales team Hi there, Lightweight CRM is the best way to put it, indeed. The reporting in Pipedrive has come a long way since its beginning and there are many details that can be tracked. The fact is that Pipedrive was, is and will be a tool focused in the work of the sales man, and not so much in the report need of the manager. Indeed, Pipedrive is meant for small teams. Bigger the accounts get, more difficult might get to fully attend every necessity for sales process that requires full control. However we have big clients with more than 100 users that still manage to use Pipedrive. The support is committed to help the customers no matter what, with a CSAT target of 92% and an SLA of 6 hours for the first response. I am sorry the support doesnt match your expectations, but rest assured that we are always searching for better ways to improve. Hope that Salesforce account makes the regular users as happy as the managers. Best regards, Pipedrive support

Simple to use with a fair range of integrations that are mostly easy to set up and work pretty well Lacks a lot of agility. Many functions are locked to admin users only with little functionality to enable certain functions to specific team members. Workflow is pretty basic with little functionality with managing groups of contacts, companies or current deals within your pipeline making it difficult to manage broadcasting activity that may requires different follow activity for each contact - Making lead generation and 'in mass' rather slow moving or ABM workflows time consuming. Unless you are simply managing one deal to the other, don't use it. It lacks any real understanding of sales people or business developer that take a multi-channel approach to lead generation. There is a massive disconnect in the platforms ability to develop activities on mass and to segment those activities down to the individual contacts and companies. When you place multiple contacts to the same activity such as 100 people reached out on linkedIn the follow up is going to be hard to manage without a spreadsheet of all those you reached out to and using it alongside pipedrive (making the activity follow up feature pretty redundant) There are also annoying bugs such as losing the scroll bar on certain tasks where you need to see all the details further up or down the page. Finally, there appears to be next to no reporting in any part of the platform outside of deal value. To be honest not many that a simple spread sheet could solve in the same amount of time. I will say that logging automation workflows within email works well saving to have to update each contact with the specific email sent but I would expect that from most CRMs. Not for the savvy sales person

It enables everyone to add new lead/prospect information without any hassle. You can update their status from pending, waiting on the client, waiting on us, to Closing the deal and it gives a cool little celebratory cartoon popup that's super fun as well. Pipedrive integrated really easily with our company slack channel as well making it even more helpful as it sends the updates across the company letting everyone know the status update on a deal etc.

I've known Salesforce.com to be a "yoke" for salespeople since it's inception. They have acquired several other software companies that I really like, Jigsaw being one of them. But other than that, they're still a yoke. Zoho CRM is a very good choice, as is Insidesales.com. But nothing compares to Pipedrive's agility, focus and total comprehension of what it actually takes to ID, develop and make 'great-customers-for-life'!
Every company that understands revenues create jobs, grow the company and the economy is well-suited for Pipedrive. I can't imagine that leaves any company, or scenario out. There's often a controversial gap between, being called a sales-driven company or marketing-driven company. That gap needs to close. Every company is in the business of speed - filling compelling needs of those who have them (compelling being the operative word). Pipedrive ensures that we all do just that.
Visibility: I can know in one view, at any given time exactly where every opportunity is, why it's there or why/where it may be stuck. Priorities: 'Closest to the close', 'older is colder' are spot-on truisms. In a world of competing priorities, for both you and the customer, choices are made, more often because the solution is a perfect match AND, the sales team follows up in an intelligent & respectfully, timely manner. (not just when it's month-end. So this Actions Today or Overdue visual reminders are what moves opportunities to closure, and create repeat and referral revenues too. Call Center features: great customer support is a key differentiator these days. Customers value knowing they can reach anyone they call in customer support without having to go through their entire account history, only to be transferred to someone else, and start all over. CS can immediately see and understand the why and the where of each customer, in an easy to comprehend visual display - get up-to-speed quickly and answer their query well-informed. Insights: Every customer action/interaction is recorded, providing tremendous insights into purchase (or non-purchase) patterns. That real-time analytics can accelerate sales and potentially drive new market or new product development opportunities. Mobile: Salespeople are mobile. Having full access to Pipedrive on any mobile device lets salespeople do what they do best: listen to what customers are asking for, follow-up and get things done. It makes them want to use the tool, rather than avoid it.
It's priced at SF.com level, already, at a time when many new features keep getting added. IMO: anything less than the Gold package, isn't enough. IDEA: I highly recommend you add in Alexa/Siri capabilities and synch it to my calendar so when I'm en route to a meeting, or just finished one, Pipedirve might text me reminders of today's tasks OR list of prospects/clients(with phone numbers) I've not called for awhile and may want to check in with.

I have used Google drive in the past for all sales activities. It was not easy to manage certain things using Google Drive. But Pipedrive makes it easy to use. I still use Google drive for creating contract docs but I manage these docs with Pipedrive now. So choosing Pipedrive over google docs has been the right decision.
I would say that using the Pipedrive with your sales team is always worthwhile. In real time, it's not easy to manage prospect's activities and we miss them often. But Pipedrive lets you manage it in an effective way. I would just recommend to use it for sales activities for now. I don't see it usable for other departments like HR, PM etc.
Pipeline and Stages: Pipedrive helps with maintaining the exact status where we are with a prospect. For example, when I start communicating with a prospect, I will put them in a Pipeline named "Unqualified Prospects" and the stage would be named as "Initial Communications". We can have a number of stages within Pipeline and a deal can be moved to any stage based on the interactions with a prospect. So managing activities with prospects has become really easy by using Pipedrive. Pipedrive let me work based on my activities. I never miss any activity, as Pipedrive always remind me of my daily activities. Getting a sales report or performance report has been really easy using Pipedrive. Pipedrive has the right statistics which we ned to know by end of every quarter. It allow us to see the total deals and how many deals have been marked as close. As well as, it shows the right status of every deal. Integration with Google Apps is one of best thing to have. I can easily add my Google documents to my deals in Pipedrive. It allow me to track my contracts and important documents when I need it. Organization and Contacts management is again a great feature. This completes Pipedrive as a CRM. I can manage all my prospects data within Pipedrive CRM and retrieve data as needed. The Mail Tab which was recently added to Pipedrive, is really well. Now I don't miss adding prospects to Pipedrive as I can forward my emails to Pipedrive and create the deals from there easily.
When we close a deal by marking "WON or LOST", All the activities regarding that deal, still stay in active mode. But I think the activities either should be closed automatically or I should see a popup with an activity list of that specific deal, SO I can close myself. CSV Import is a great feature. But if Pipedrive can also add a screen like a spreadsheet view, so we can add multiple contact details directly in Pipedrive, that would be helpful. In that case I don't need to first type it into a CSV file and then import. If Pipedrive can add a functionality to give background colors to the Deals on Deals dashboard, It would be great. Then I can manage the deals based on colors very easily. Sometime we need to denote colors and that make lot of extra value.

Here's the main point here. Pipedrive is a superior CRM for Sales in any type of field because it is so well made and focused on managing Sales Opportunities. Although, it can do a whole lot more than that - it focuses on sales out of the box and gets you managing sales opportunities fast. Compared to Zoho CRM it is much more straightforward and easy to use. Compared to ProsperWorks it has much more integration capabilities and in my opinion a better UI/UX. Compared to Solve360 it is simply better at managing Sales, which are the lifeblood of any business. I have used all of these CRMs in the past, especially Zoho CRM and Solve, but Pipedrive trumps them for our needs.
For small to medium-sized businesses, start-up or otherwise, Pipedrive's ease of use and highly customizable nature can make it a very powerful platform to manage sales and salespeople and their associated activities. Additionally, the available integrations a business can implement out of the box make it really easy to add into an existing sales and marketing technology stack. For larger businesses or enterprises, this might not be the most well-suited solution. If a company needs in-depth native workflows and marketing automation features onboard from the get-go then Pipedrive might not be the best fit.
Pipedrive has probably the best sales pipeline visualization and management process - the constant prompt to add the next activity is critical to ensuring deals are pushed through the sales process in a timely fashion. The "Deal Rotting" feature provides a way to see, at a glance which deals are slipping through the cracks and need attention. For users and organizations who know their numbers cold, it can easily show on one screen, what needs attention and what does not. Pipedrive is super friendly to integrating with other Apps and has a great API. Their architecture and team seriously give their platform an almost future proof aspect because they will allow you to connect other tools you use to make the platform more useful to their users while focusing on improving their core offering constantly: managing sales pipelines.
Personally, I would like for their reporting functionality to be a little more robust and easier to use. It looks like they are improving it on a regular basis, but with out using some other data visualization or business intelligence tools, it can be tough to get granular data. For us, not even close to a deal breaker. I would like to see them expand their telephony integrations to include more providers. Specifically DIalpad (hint-hint) - however, since our company doesn't have a call center sales operation maybe this is just me being too picky. I would like for them to an easier to use goal setting and daily activity counter type feature. For example I want to see quickly that each day I need to call 25 leads, set 5 appointments, hold X number of demos etc.

Since incorporating Pipedrive into my company's list of tools, we've found it to be integral in our goal of reaching new wholesale accounts and remaining in conversation with them. It's easy to forget to send a follow-up email to a potential account and lose track of the status of every individual you've been in touch with. The pipelines help keep every account in the appropriate categories so that I know what the appropriate action should be next time I open Pipedrive.
They find it really easy to fill in details and track their deals which means they actually use the software, giving the rest of our organization far more insight into our sales process. Also, the great way that it integrates with tools like PandaDoc has saved us hours and hours of time previously spent on quotes, proposals, etc. giving us more time to spend on growing the company.
I like the clean, minimal layout of the Pipedrive interface. I find it easy to navigate and very user-friendly. The concept itself is one that is strong and it's made my job of keeping track of hundreds of wholesale accounts and potential accounts much easier. The ability to schedule detailed follow-ups for every wholesale account really keeps me on top of my communication goals. The ability to see a snapshot of your ongoing transactions through the dashboard. Every time you complete a task, it asks to feed in the next task for that transaction. This way you are less likely to be distracted from the deal that you in middle of. Mail templates feature is another additional benefit to full email sync in the Gold Version. The ability to see who's clicked on the links is standard now a days but Pipedrive handles it well.
I feel that Pipedrive can do some more work around enabling sales teams to actually get going out of the box with recommend deal flows and processes. I also think that simple changes like including both a delineated first and last name out of the box are quick changes that would add alot of value for practical reasons. Irrespective of what platform you use, it is better to use a trial and implement the product and check how the product meets the requirements. PipeDrive has a good trial plan and their sales team will assist you to set up the platform.

PD is a robust and great CRM for simpler systems and is attractively priced. Currently we have stopped using Pipedrive and switched to Pipeliner CRM, because of its work flow management tools. We would consider renewing our license in July if Pipedrive had more work flow features (and would be willing to pay more (see my comments elsewhere).
Price is good for those needing a simple solution. For those wanting more pipeline activity management (at greater price) I would recommend a tool like PipeLiner.
Helps us know where each customer is in the deal making process. I can review notes, summary of conversations and emails sent in way that is easy to access, use and sort. We can compare our monthly results to monitor our growth and progress. It is very visual. We can add customized fields useful for us to capture.
The forecasting feature is not as robust as I would like. For example [I would like] to create a 3 month target and then see how we are doing with our current deals in play. There are no sales steps per pipeline stage. For example in Stage x, we might have 6 items that need to be completed. Currently we have to remember what they are or refer to list and manually type them in for each deal. It does makes our deal managing process (execution of calls, tasks, emails, meetings) more manual and tedious to manage. Would be nice to see an "If Then" option for task execution. If the customer is X, then execute Y, otherwise go to Z. Would like better security for increasing users. For example as loan officers, we would like to give access to our realtors. Since they run separate businesses, we need to keep their data base separate from ours, but have a way to jointly collaborate around helping to close our shared home-buyers. Building an interface between two companies each using Pipedrive, but the sharing same customers would be awesome. Alternatively, we add them aa a limited user in our system, but give them the ability to create their own lead management system and steps and tie shared ones to us.

Pipeline Deals - prior to Pipedrive we tested Pipeline Deals. these two products are similar as in they are made for small/mid-sized businesses. We felt that Pipedrive was more intuitive and easier for our companies needs. The deal tracking was a real decision-maker for us. They also had much better support and training videos. Salesforce - Salesforce was just way too complicated and EXPENSIVE for our needs. They are obviously just interested in enterprise business.
For a small business, especially one who is just starting to use a CRM, it does not get much easier than Pipedrive. Right out o the box, a company can be up and running in 30 minutes. I think it is important for companies to understand why they are using a CRM and what features are best for their company, then they can measure what is the best tool for their needs.
Onboarding - Pipedrive makes it very simple to onboard your organization with very simple tasks. Workflow Automation - for the price, Pipedrive's workflow automation tasks are very robust. It amazed me how many different tasks, from emails to creating activities, it is fantastic how much time a well designed system can save your organization. Tracking deal stages is very simple and what is nice is now actionable which certainly keeps you on your toes to close the net deal.
One of my issues with Pipedrive over the years has been their UI/UX. It has improved, but I think they can still do better (as most companies can). I find it can be more intuitive. The information is all there. but can sometimes seem a bit cluttered. Sometimes I feel that there is too much functionality that can be overwhelming to a new user. I like that it is all there, but I feel it can be introduced to a user in a better format. More customization of the fields to for for different organizations.

We used to use endless excel spreadsheets and Dropbox to keep the sales/CEO up to date. This system did not work very well and was not helping our sales team and president/ceo keep up to date on the status of contracts 'in the pipeline'. When I saw an ad on Facebook for Pipedrive, I instantly knew it would be a perfect fit for our organization. It's super easy to use All you need is a browser. No more excel spreadsheets, dropbox accounts, syncing issues etc. The sales team / CEO can add new 'deals' in just a few clicks. When I gave my presentation to Management, they instantly "got it" once I dragged a new deal from the first stage "initial enquiry" to the second state "contact made". When I then updated the deal to indicate that a proposal had been submitted, I dragged the deal over to the "proposal submitted" stage and everyone said "aaaaahhhhhh". Favourite Features: 1. Ease of use. - All you need is a browser and there is a mobile app. 2. Deal stages - You can drag a deal from various stages (use the default or customize with your own sales pipeline) to instantly show what stage your deal is in. You can also have MULTIPLE pipelines. For us, we have a Primary and Secondary Pipeline 3. Creating Activities / Tasks - You can assign tasks such as 'emails, lunches, phone calls, follow ups' etc and have them assigned to users. Those users get automatic email reminders the morning the task is due. 4. Indications for overdue Activities / Tasks - You can instantly see (via a green, grey, yellow or red) Icon next to each deal if you have a task that is due today, or overdue, or no task assigned yet. 5. Reporting - You can instantly see in the 'dashboard' your current sales performances such as deals won (and for how much), the dollar amount of deals in the pipeline for each week, month or quarter etc, deals lost etc. 6. Email functionality - You do not have to manually copy / paste emails into Pipedrive deals. If you use the deal specific bcc address, all information in the email is automatically entered into that deal. 7. File uploads - You can upload your presentations, proposals straight into pipedrive. 8. Customization - Just about everything is customizable. 9. Deal Rotting - Deals are highlighted in red when they are 'rotting' meaning no activity over the past X number of days. 10. Dollar Amounts - Each deal can be given a dollar amount.
Ease of use. Deal Rotting Deal dollar amounts Dragging deals from the various stages Multiple Pipelines Outlook Email Integration Mobile App Everything is customizable File uploads Weighted deal dollar amounts Color coded icons for activites that are due, expired, or have not been assigned yet emails for activities that are due that day.
Sometimes when you add a deal, you ahve to refresh in order for it to show. Also when you edit a deal and add a note for example, that deal moves to the bottom or top of the list in that various stage. It would be better if that deal stays where it currently is in that stage, even if you update something in that deal.

Firs of all Pipedrive took me off all the excel spreadsheet, and I used to have hundreds of them. I haven't taken any training, but it wasn't really necessary because you can learn it all by induction. I liked the colors, it's not polluted so it doesn't hurts my eyes. As I was not used to such a tool, it was very uncomfortable for me at the beginning, because it's kind of boring to write down every call you make, and every activity you do and yet remark the next step. But after few days I already got used to that. So after awhile I started to see my days yield more. I started not to lose clients or negotiations, and mistakes was reducing. It was when I realysed how Pipedrive made my routine become healthier, because now I work the same time, but I produce more and I am less stressed because I don't need to bring work home. I Know it's gonna be easy for me to find anything easily in the next day with PipeDrive, so why keep tinhking on that after work?
I really enjoyed the fact that we can format it the way we need to, like add some options or information space, etc. PipeDrive is flexible, that's great! I also like the graphics and results it's given, about the day, the week, the month and it goes on. With this I have a notion of my efficiency and I can monitor myself by this. Actually I liked PipeDrive in general. Everything is good once I haven't worked with almost nothing like it. And the closest tool I used was very terrible. I can tell that the idea of organizing a company as the Mother and others as sisters was really smart. I used to have problems with that, so it made my life easier. At last I assure that the filters are helpful, but it could be better in some ways. But I really do recommend it at all. It definitely changed my routine work for better, much better.
I don't think it's a bad thing, maybe something to be improved in Pipedrive, are the filters or results/statistics, it was good if we could export that to excel. I don't know if the key user can do that (I'm not) but if only him, then I suggest to give this opportunity to all users. The only thing I don't think was positive about all that is the minucius way that now our bosses are controlling our work and results. Of course this ended to be a problem about the person, and I don't know what Pipedrive could do about it, even though I think it is important to say. The last thing I wish I could change is the timing. Every activity has to have at least 15 minutes of during. I wish this could be more flexible, or even better, an idea: somehow we could add an activity and press a button saying we are starting that activity; Then when we finish it, we press end, and it calculates the time we used to do that. For me it sound better and more realistic. But Please, don't take off the option we already have of simply put it as done after it is done already.

It works! Out operation has had 3 CRMs over the past 6 years and none managed things well for a sales outfit in a construction company. (The damage that causes the agents who sometimes have long timelines in the sales process and referral process is excruciating since no CRM is adapted to offload and download data from another We like the flexibility of applying to our sales process and keeping track of each prospects stages/activities and not have to adapt to precepts that don't apply and only get in the way. It really is your CRM. The feedback from Statistics and Analytics is stimulating and encourages one to apply themselves to the system they designed thus developing better business habits which in turn gives better stats and a better view from which management can coach and serve from.
Seems kind of redundant with Review above.
It would be nice to be able to review the Activity list page by our Stages. In other words typically cycles are monthly but what is focused on at the beginning of the month is different than what is at the end of the month. For instance at the end of the month you may want to focus just on final stage folks. Another focus somebody might have is they are working a particular area and want to see what else is left on the table while there and arrange schedules accordingly. In other words just being able to organize on the Activities page by city/county can increase efficiency in the field. Your Contacts page has that option but nothing comes up in the columns for anyone. I don't know if this is a challenge with out set up by our admin. but once we have a the client sold they fall off our radar for the Deals page. We have a few milestones that include us agents which includes pumping clients for referrals and visiting with them on a anniversary date. The only way I can keep them on the radar is to use the Activity page and just label them a Deadline so I can review those by that definition. So all I use Deadline for is follow-up with clients that are purchasing or have purchased. Lastly a small but big 'thang', on the client Deals page where we have a pending activity it would be nice to click the pending activity button and the courser lands on a fresh line above the previously typed material so we can just add an update without having to click to front of material, return and arrow up to update. It's a very repetitive procedure every time you go into an activity.

I've been using Pipedrive as a CRM for my small business for the past year, and I'm really happy with the results. It's simple for me to track and manage my sales pipeline because to the platform's user-friendly and straightforward design. The ability to customise Pipedrive is one of the features I value the most. I may modify the platform to meet the particular requirements of my company, including by adding custom fields and making unique views and reports.Additionally, the seamless connectivity with other programmes, such Google Calendar and email platforms, has streamlined my routine.Overall, Pipedrive is a fantastic option for anyone searching for a dependable CRM solution for their company. I have seen a good effect on my bottom line as a result of it helping me to keep organised and on top of my sales targets.
    1. Interface that is simple and easy to use: Pipedrive features an intuitive interface that is user-friendly and makes it simple for users to get started and quickly master using the platform.2. Customizable: Pipedrive users can add custom fields, design unique views, and create bespoke reports to match the particular requirements of their businesses.3. Sales forecasting: Users may predict future sales and make wise business decisions using Pipedrive's sales forecasting features.
Pricing: Compared to other CRM products on the market, some users may find Pipedrive's pricing to be on the expensive side.Limited integrations: Pipedrive does integrate with a number of tools, but there aren't as many as there are with other CRMs.Lack of some features: Some customers might discover that Pipedrive is deficient in some functionality, such as sophisticated project management or customer support facilities.Pipedrive has limited customization choices, so while it does offer some, some users may not find them to be very accommodating.Complexity: A small learning curve may be necessary for some users to properly utilise all of the platform's features.

I was building a website and setting up social media platforms for a company and asked "where will these leads go?" they were only using email. Everyone was stepping on each other's toes and had no idea who was called and what was discussed. Some inquiries were never replied to (just lost). They told me they'd have to spend $50000 for a specific crm they needed??? Had to do a bit of research; I looked at some options and many of them were just visually confusing, too complicated, too expensive etc I tested out Pipedrive and pitched it to the sales team. They're so grateful and very organized now! They love making notes! I would recommend Pipedrive to any sales team just getting started!
So easy to setup and get started, syncs the email accounts beautifully. I setup forms through our Wordpress site using Elementor, and used a plugin called *Elementor Pro Form Widget - Pipedrive CRM - Integration* to send all submissions directly into Pipedrive. Every form submission shows up in Pipedrive "New Leads" automatically creates a new contact, lead and note using information from the contact form. Very good price for this application! Sales team is very organized now, and accountant was happy we didn't break the bank! The sales team is very experienced in sales, but they definitely learned something new with the activity-based selling process :)
Pipedrive embed form is a bit slow to load in the page, I had trouble putting multiple forms on one page (as popups, didn't load), and limits styling etc but nice to have as a quick simple option to get started. In the end didn't use it. Don't use zapier / zaps to send from web forms, not worth the extra $$ per month - if you use Wordpress and Elementor - get Elementor Pro Form Widget Pipedrive CRM Integration from Code Canyon, makes the connection an absolute breeze with more customization options. There is an issue with using an email alias from our Gsuite account: it keeps defaulting to using the original email address (with old domain) which team doesn't want. We're going to have to remove the alias and make it its own email account for it to show up correctly. We've asked for support from both Pipedrive and Google, and no one understands why our alias doesn't work.

Very happy so far with PipeDrive - agonised initially about using it because of weaker marketing automation features and 1000 email limit on emails, but still its quick and easy to use and less 'how do you do that' than any of the other five or so CRM's we experimented with. Strongly recommend.
HubSpot is just too expensive. As a startup with just three sales people we just cannot justify close on 1000 a month for CRM and email functionality. I think HubSpot have drank the 'charge more' KoolAid and believe once you are trapped you will not escape. Pipedrive with suitable companion apps provide equivalent (or even superior) functionality to HubSpot at 20% of the price.
Well integrated CRM that works. Clear, easy-to-navigate from company to lead to deal. Does not try to pretend to be a jack-of-all-trades. An excellent integrations universe provides options for superior specialist apps to provide improved functionality in that area of speciality. Looking at you Ontraport. Pricing is reasonable:- we are paying 150 for three users. Not cheap - its on the edge of our own affordability, but not as expensive as the frankly ridiculous HubSpot pricing. Nice free trial process and easy to start without nonsense of having to be sold to be some US-based rep for which I just do not have the time. Keap lost out to us here...
Maximum of 1 000 names on an email. Even as a small SaaS business we will be hitting this limit with six months. The work around is relatively simple: we have used MailChimp, for which there is a great integration in PipeDrive. Using MailChimp means we do not need PipeDrive Professional (and MailChimp is cheaper than the extra cost of Professional over Advanced) but I would rather pay a bit more for an integrated solution. Design is perhaps not as slick as HubSpot, but the ease of adding additional fields to contacts, jumping between companies and contacts is better. Weak/no LinkedIn integration. Surely this must be the most important tool for B2B lead gen? Really should be more tightly integrated (e.g. add a lead directly from LinkedIn)

It's good for simple businesses. But if you want to customize it, it has limitations. Although you can make a lot of customized fields but **no formula field.** This is needed for things like sales commission. They seem to have a responsive customer service, but seems to need more knowledge in the ins and outs of how their crm works. Pipedrive seem to have good call logging feature. However, when you're not online or if wifi is bad and you take notes, you should always backup. **Sometimes all n...

Easy to use and setup, intuitive drag and drop. Helps me with the sales cause of the pipeline at its core. So much better than spreadsheets where I came from!
