2.5Ease of deployment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0Mobile App crashed constantly. Experienced 8 outages in 3 months, not a suitable solution for call center or 24x7 environment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0Non-existent customer service. We cant activate our license key and 3cx "customer service" asks for 75 EURO to solve it. We had same issue last year and after paying 75 EUR they simply sent an email saying uninstall and reinstall. If what you want from your phone system is drama, then 3cx is your choice. 0.5Constantly having to provision the application.... Can't count calls unless it is done manually. Phone numbers have to be input manually as well. It's is just a highly unproductive tool... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

10.0My entire school district uses the 3CX Phone System. It has allowed us to have a phone in each room, facilitating private conversations with a specific teacher, now the building or district office can not only talk privately with individual teachers, but teachers can also contact parents in a more convenient place and time. Switching to 3CX Phone System has also slashed the phone bill by two thirds. Anything that can save the school district some money is a great product, and that savings alone paid for the phones that were purchased for each classroom. It also allowed us to remove the intercom cables too, as it replaced our intercom old system as well.
10.0We use 3CX for our phone system. It handles all incoming and outgoing phone calls and all internal phone calls between departments. It works with our toll-free number for customers. We switched from 8x8, Inc. because we wanted a less expensive option as well as an easier to easy and manage system. We worked with a 3CX reseller to set up and install the system which involves a 3CX phone server and the web-based control panel. The actual set up was pretty simple. We were able to reprogram all of our current phones and didn't need to buy any new phones. We are running the 3CX over a fiber-optic ATT line with 50 Mbps and use the 3CX plan with 16 calls. The plan costs us around $800 a year (which does not include the ATT line) verses the almost $800 a month we were paying 8x8, Inc. so quite a savings for us. We have had no major issues with 3CX. We did have to tweak some settings after we went live but the adjustments were easy to make on the web cpanel. 3CX also has a very nice app for cell phones.
Good sound quality Solid uptime (may depend on your Internet connection) Easy to use web-based control panel Nice app for cell phones.
9.03CX is our corporate phone system, we use it across the organization for all the landline needs, ACD, auto attendant and voicemail. We are planning on exploring all the unified communication options the system has to offer. We currently have about 200 users on the system, running on a virtual server and Yealink phones.
Flexible. 3CX can run on a Windows Server, Linux or as an appliance. It can also run on the Public Cloud. Simple. 3CX is very simple to configure and easy to upgrade. Management Interface. Easy to read and intuitive to find what you need.

5.0Overall: We have switched to 3CX as an organization for several months now and we are very satisfied. Before the transition, we used open source applications and it took a lot of effort. Setting up and using 3CX was very easy and hassle-free. The best part is that it supports all vendors. Establishing links with other branches or exits and redirects is very simple. Compared to other telephone systems, the prices are very affordable. The part I like the most is the mobile application. So, if you are not near your desk phone, you can easily manage the calls, even you can manage the calls from abroad. Another advantage is video conferencing, which frees you from the licensing and financial costs required for other video conferencing solutions.
3.0Overall: Overall, this system is significantly better than what we had previously. The options of having call recordings and being able to go back for quality control or customer issues is worth having the system alone. We don't have much to compare to, as our previous phone system had not been updated in a couple decades, but the implementation process was completely handled for us which made everything simple and effective. As far as things they could do better, they could work on allowing users to be able to make changes to their call forwarding or be able to block of holidays instead of having to call any changes in.
4.0Overall: 3CX feels like it is a step up from a normal landline, but I don't see any wow factors that I feel like I could get from some of the other VoIP names. If you're looking for something less expensive than Ring Central, Phone.com, and OnSip, then you should be able to find a small VoIP provider willing to offer you a hosted package with 3CX for a lower price.
5.0Overall: Our on premise system had a number of issues. As it was not hosted it would only work in the office. Sometimes when we had an outage random users would lose their voicemail greetings. There was missing call queue and forwarding functionality that we required.
4.0Overall: VOIP is widely used today, so we needed a software to manage our calls. We choose 3CX for its reliability and its ease of use, anyone will quickly learn to use 3CX. A really good product, worth the price.
