After having a deal with our 150 employee org, Darwin Box suddenly started acting pricey and withdrew the deal Citing change in policies' reason. We had given a notice to our existing hrms vendors and now are forced to hastily evaluate,select and deploy another one. They apparently don't know how to handle business.definitely can't handle customer relations. Disgusted to the core. Don't and can't have good wishes and good word to spread Darwin Box. Mobile application is good. I am not satisfied with desktop version. Need to improve stability and visualization. in HR Document Tool all documents are in un-even numbers should to improve in indexing.

Since October, we needed to switch to a different HR Processor since the previous product we were using was expiring. We came across Darwinbox from recommendations. Darwinbox has been integrated with our payroll system to provide the best automated process. At times we use this feature for all of our employees.
Maintaining Attendance from payroll with HR. Employees self portal to ask for PTO or to check hours. User Interface is user friendly for our employees.

The app version is a bit lankier than the pc version. Interface customization would be great for individuals wanting to change style. No other real issue to improve, possibly lower the price but that's not too bad.

I have been using Darwinbox HR for almost 2 years at my organization now. It is pretty easy to adapt and work on the leave application, employee appraisal with seamlessly managing multiple stakeholders. The only issue I have noticed is sometimes the website loads slowly and few UI issues in the mobile application. I would say it has been a very good experience on an overall level. For a Medium to Large scale industry Darwinbox can be quite useful.b

I have been using this application for more than a year. It is one of the software that i have to use daily. I mark my attendance, submit my reimbursement, check for my leaves, access to all my HR documents, compensation details, and best part we can find our internal employees in the employee section using their Employee ID. Not only this it keeps me updated on all the events happening in the organisation including birthday's and anniversaries.

Earlier we were using HR Mantra which was easy for tracking your attendance and leaves but it lacked some major areas where one can use it for their benefits. With Darwinbox this has never been an issue, it almost provides every available feature for an employee to make sure they can utilise the HR Management without any issue.

Overall experience is good, Attendance tracker to track absentism on company level, Profile details of all the employees can be tracked easily. Leaves can be applied and approved on internal level between teams
