Since we've come online, I've never had a problem getting assistance through the live chat or sending an email. As a nonprofit, we're most excited about the customizable general ledger options. I have been on hold for over 2 hours trying to get a simple question answered. I had to give up and transmit my payroll for it to process for my employees. Since the beginning of this year there customer service has gotten worse and worse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Paycor's Time and Attendance, Payroll, Onboarding and ACA modules have been used by our company in the last three years. All of our departments benefit from Paycor being our payroll vendor. We are very pleased with their quick responses to questions and implementation of new modules to help with new federal requirements. Paycor offers great solutions for businesses of all sizes!
Support Specialists are quick to respond and provide answers by email or phone call. They explain things very well and also have a sense of humor, which means they are real people and awesome to work with!! Webinars are a great asset in helping prepare clients for upcoming federal changes. They are not a "hard sell" to purchase new products. If you are interested, they just ask you to let them know at the end of the webinar survey. New products are developed as needed and updates to tweak current modules are done quarterly. Users can even impact tweaks by rating issues as they come up.

We use Paycor for Human Resources, Payroll and Time/Attendance. The Employee Self Service feature has reduced our workload somewhat and that is a great benefit.
Paycor excels at customer service. Whenever I have had a problem, our assigned specialist, or another specialist if ours is busy, has dedicated time and attention to help me resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I have never sensed any impatience on their part or felt rushed if I was asking multiple questions. Paycor's employees are knowledgeable not only about their product but about payroll rules and laws as well. It is so nice to work with employees who are aware of all facets of their job. I very much like the ability to view employees' payroll history for any given time period quickly and easily, just by entering the appropriate start and end dates.

Since implementing Paycor, our HR department's output has grown dramatically. Previously, we had to manually enter employees' time on paper timesheets. Now, they can just use the Paycor mobile app to clock their hours, and those hours will be imported into Paygrid.
