When we made the switch to Run Powered by ADP, I was very nervous and anxious as we had been with our former payroll provider for over 12 years! However, implementation was a breeze! A few reports were asked of us and it only took a few days for them to get our company setup. It was so easy, that I just added a second company to my User and it took less than 24 hours to get the shell created!!! Customer Support has always been extremely responsive in the 2 years that we have been with RUN - help tickets are answered almost always within a day. If I have to reach out via phone to a rep, I have always been greated with the kindest of people and they are always willing to go the extra mile to help you get your task completed. Once I had the online account made, it was simple to login and take care of payroll as well as give access to my accountant. For the short time I've used it thus far, it's been easy to navigate, the customer service has been helpful, and it's become a quick process I can do any time. There are so many benefits to using ADP Run. First is my rep - David - he has been my rep since I started with ADP 10 years ago and he is AMAZING. ON the product side - I love that it's so easy to use - I run businesses in mutliple states and ADP takes care of all the taxes, unemployment etc so I never miss an important date. I can also run reports at any time, update employee information or allow them to do so , post jobs on ZipRecruiter when in need. I have our retirement plan set up through ADP and also workers comp - so many things that need to be taken care of are all taken care of in one place! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

W2' s messed up twice and wage garnishments (Child Support) not getting sent out in a timely manner so your employees and their kids get to suffer. Customer service doesn't do anything, I don't think they can. You just get a run around. They will sign you up telling you it can do one thing and it can't so then they try to sell you a hire priced ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

[RUN Powered by ADP] processes my bi-weekly payroll. Provides information in regards to State and Federal Regs that I was not really getting when my bank was providing payroll services.

RUN is being used to process payroll for one person in my organization on a weekly basis. The service solves (or so I am told) issues with making sure taxes are filed and and reported to the proper state and local agencies on my behalf. The use of a web browser/app and internet are how I access the service.

We've had [RUN Powered by ADP®] for a long time and [in my belief] you would think they are an ethical and professional company. [In my experience,] they are not. It's now the 2nd time they take money out of our account without notifying us. The first time was $8,000 which was ultimately returned but [in my experience] it was an ordeal and [I believe] we even caught one of the employees lying. [My understanding,] the 2nd time was recently when they took $20,000 (!!) from us without notifying us. [In my experience,] once proven to be wrong, they returned $17,000 of it without as much as an apology and still [in my belief,]falsely claimed that the last $3,000 was owed, even though it was not and [I feel] we can prove it. [I feel you should] use ANYONE but RUN Powered by ADP®. [...]

We signed on with RUN by ADP to manage payroll and HR. The sales process was very easy and the rep was great. However, the product was definitely misrepresented from our team's perspective. All of the additional features are also additional logins and bolt-on systems, so an SSO experience is impossible. The implementation itself felt like something out of 1995 riddled with 3-way phone calls and difficulty creating accounts etc. The response time for e-mail help is very slow. I would not recommend this service unless you absolutely have no other option. Hindsight 20:20, we would have probably gone with another company and will definitely be looking in the future.

My overall experience with ADP RUN was phenomenal, not only because I loved the user-friendly site that made my life as the administrator so much easier, but the customer service I received was top-notch! I had my own personal representative every step of the way. Any time I needed anything and reached out whether it was via email, text, or phone I would get an immediate response. I loved RUN so much that I made multiple referrals to them. Did you know that you can earn gift cards that you can use anywhere when you refer someone who signs up with ADP?! And each time you refer another person/business the amount of the gift card increases!!

So, when I decided to leave ADP, they didn't file my quarter 1 even though I changed right at the end of quarter 1. Thus resulting in my filings being late, late fines, headaches, etc. I would not recommend ADP to anyone I care about.
