I like that everything HR is in one place and my employees can access it all at any time. Right now we use BambooHR to track time and manage Benefits. It made it nice when renewing insurance this last year. We set up all the options for the employees to chose from and pushed it out to them electronically. That was great. Also, the time tracking feature is nice. They can clock in and clock out from their phones and we can see on GPS where they were when they clocked in. We are a service based company so many times are guys are going straight to the jobsite and its nice to have the feature to see where they are using their timeclock. Also, we had never had a writting org chart. After getting all people in the system we actually could create it on BambooHR and get everyone assigned to a supervisor. That was great too. BambooHR is easy to use and comes with a lot of great out-of-box features. We were originally interested in BambooHR as a means to consolidate our company personnel records and better manage our PTO requests and tracking. As we got more familiar with the application, we found the onboarding, offboarding, and recruiting features to be extremely helpful toward streamlining other internal processes that were very time consuming. For a company our size (small), BambooHR offers a very competitive pricing model that allows us to grow without immediately increasing the price. We've found great value and efficiency with this user-friendly HR application, and our team has great appreciated the enhanced transparency and communication that this platform offers. I can't say enough great things about BambooHR. I have used the system for many years and it is the #1 system I recommend to all my HR clients. Their customer support has been amazing, the implementation is super easy, and the features it offers are just what my small to medium sized clients need. It also integrates easily with other systems my clients may be using. I have many clients that currently use it and I am in the system on a daily basis - just so easy and fun to use. The feel of the software is that it will make things easier and simpler for you, the interface is gorgeous - it is aesthetically pleasing. It will basically help you to streamline HR processes - everything from onboarding, tracking of hours, time offs, payroll, benefits management, employee data, announcements, employment programs, taxes, etc. Personally, this platform has helped us a lot with our productivity to be more efficient. I love that we use this platform as a time tracker, it streamlined the process of our onboarding which includes all paperwork. We also have the option to track hours, evaluations, payroll, applicants, etc. We even get extensive reports that would allow us to generate data and quickly analyze it. And of course, their customer service is really great. They listen and consider feedbacks. Great communication overall.

The worst payroll software in history! Sold me a bill of goods that everything was integrated, however, they use a remote link which is clunky and extremely frustrating to use unless everything is "just right". Do your research - there is better out there along with excellent customer support. I had to manually add employee PTO each pay period as their system was not integrated with their Payroll software.

Here at Dashlane, we use BambooHR to store all our employee information and use their organization chart to make it easy to find out who is reporting to who. This information is also imported into Small Improvements, which is our tool that we use to help facilitate our feedback checkpoints during the performance review process. We heavily rely on BambooHR to make it easy to control all this data, from a user's first day until we off-board them from our company.

The documents required for their long-term experience in the company. We also keep salary information there and people can go back and track their growth and pay raises. Our plan was to use BambooHR and Trax payroll to have a single solution for our HR and payroll needs. We were okay until we started to implement their time tracking app and realized that they could not manage some basic payroll functions and no fix was anticipated. Many issues identified in the interim and wrote up several things at their request for them to consider addressing, none of which has been changed. For example, most employee name drop-downs are in first name order. Some are in no intelligible order. Basic, basic stuff. Most recently, about half our employees received half of their vacation accruals for no apparent reason. The "Support Hero" advised that it must have been one of the Admins on our side who adjusted the accrual dates (definitely not the case). Had to go through four people before it was taken seriously and then took two weeks to address, and even then required my reviewing and notifying them of further issues. Just one example.

We used BambooHR to track all human resources information. It held all of our employee documents like new hire paperwork, payroll paperwork, reviews, and other employee documentation. It also managed hire, termination, and change data. We used the access to Indeed for searching for new employees as well. BambooHR was used by the entire organization.
It was a stand-alone product. It didn't have any payroll processing. There wasn't any place for goals and incentives.

Overall, this is a great HR application for small businesses. There are a lot of very useful out-of-box features available, and the pricing model doesn't change if you are under a certain number of users so there is room for growth without continuously increasing your costs. Compared to other HR applications we researched, this was the most user-friendly for the best price. If you are looking to automate some of your HR work, I highly recommend implementing BambooHR. It has greatly improved the organization of our HR processes.

Bamboo has been a great software to help us perform so may of our tasks, both frequent and infrequent. It is user friendly, accessible, packed with training, and easy to modify. There are some walls that we hit that come with hyper-specific needs we have, but since Bamboo is always reading feedback and updating accordingly, we have hope in its expansion and improvement.

BHR is great for smaller business needs. The functionality of the program for smaller HR/Payroll teams is great. For larger employee count that does multiple bonus and other unique payroll needs are a bit more manual in getting the system to work the way needed.
