Replicon tracks timesheets fairly easily. I have found some reporting features to be useful in management of people and operations data. Adding a company holiday calendar for company days off is also convenient. Overall, the program is useful to our company and the best we have found for tracking/reporting time and leave features. Some of the reporting and settings are not as easy to use as they could be with the further development of AI. Integrations are useful, but could use some improvement or enhanced training/communication - for example, some items that sync via integration need to be edited in Replicon BEFORE editing data in the corresponding program and this was found via trial and error, which doesn't help us keep clean data. While the support team is fairly responsive to issues, the solutions are not always as intuitive as they could be. Enhancing UX to allow for more intuitive sync, data entry and reporting would be huge. Another added service would be localized time and leave consulting to enable regionally compliant timesheet/time off settings, this would be huge. Allows us to track time and leave with ease and sync to other systems to integrate across different company departments. Keeps communication and data management streamlined and allows our company to scale. Thank you for your review! It is great to know that Replicon has helped you manage your timesheets, and other reports efficiently. We have noted your suggestions related to settings and will share them with the relevant team for further action. If you'd like to set up a call to discuss this, then wed be happy to arrange that for you.

I like that Replicon is user-friendly. Every feature is easy to use and figure out. At Kansas Health, we use Polaris, timesheet, and time off tools. I joined the company with Replicon, so I am not sure how it is compared to other companies, but with my knowledge of Replicon, there is no way there is a more user-friendly system with everything built into it. I believe Replicon is user-friendly, but I don't think it is company friendly. There are many different types of companies and I believe Replicon was created for a large company. We are a company of 21 people and a non-profit. We have many people that use the different permission sets and it seems it is set up for certain people to have access to certain areas, but smaller companies have many people wearing many hats. There are lots of places within the software where we discovered salary information being viewed. Before... KHI did not have any real-time data to put on their projects including actual hours on projects and expenses. With Replicon, we now have real-time data to place on all projects. Also, Kansas Health use to use paper time-off requests. We now can submit time-off electronically. Also, all "reports" were completed in excel and now we can create those excel spreadsheets in Replicon to send out those reports on a schedule to employees instead of remembering to send them ourselves. Thank you for your precious time to write this helpful review. We are glad to know that you found our products user-friendly and easy to use. We are consistently trying to improve our products and we hope you continue to enjoy using our products.

very user friendly, solid support team that is always happy and eager to help and provide advice. Gives solid insights into hours spent vs budgetted and allows project managers to create a rolling forecast. Easy access to project information and budgets spent. Solid options for time off registration. Good features for KPI's. Tool saves lots of time when dealing with many projects to manage Not much but do have improvement ideas: - when using tool for allocation of multiple tasks on specific days it would be good to have an am/pm choice - project start screen and task overview of hours spent does not split between billable and nonbillable hours, would be good to differentiate there - in the admin mode when you change the costprice it would be nice if this would be an easier flow... now you have to open the user, change the cost, state complete, then go to save. For the next user you need to revisit the search page. Allowing to immediately go to the costprice line and then go from user to user would be easier Projectmanagement (budget and planning tasks). Time off management. Insight into projectactivities as well as non-billable activities. Provide insight into project and service profitability We are thankful for your valuable review. We greatly appreciate the privilege of serving you. We will surely look into your suggestions for improvement and hope that we can continue to exceed your expectations in the future.

The most helpful thing about Replicon is allocating for hours completed towards projects for which we receive external funding from. The interface of Replicon is highly intuitive and user friendly meaning that you don't necessarily need in-depth training on how to use and manage it, particularly if you are enrolled as an employee. At the moment, I don't have anything that I dislike to report about Replicon with my experiences with it so far. For those that are considering Replicon, you could try out their trial offer to see if it is a fit for your company and your finance administration and management goals. While I find the notification from Replicon that I receive on a daily basis reminding me that I have to complete my timesheet for the payroll period somewhat pestering, I do find it helpful to keep me on track. Perhaps its best to modify the settings of the notifications and reminders for them not to be send so frequently. However, this is the only con about this product.

Reports are easy to use and new templates are added with more options. Project information is easy to enter Adding team members, linking them to tasks, adding allocations are all individual manual tasks. The time it takes to assign this information is longer than it takes to execute the tasks themselves. Drag and drop, multiselect, mass updates would all improve the products efficiency I don't know what improvements Replicon is working on. Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, we appreciate your feedback. We have noted your concern. In order for us to help assist you further, please reach out to me at (sujana.rai@replicon.com). We will connect you with the concerned team and your Customer Success Manager to resolve the challenges you are currently facing. We appreciate your patience.

I like how there's email alerts to let you know if anything is changed/updated. This helps users keep up-to-date with their time off requests and vacations It can be a little more user friendly. There are many codes and you have to ensure you book your vacay/time off onto the right code. It also isnt very appealing to the eye, it can have more tabs to guide the user through the website. examples : how to use guide, send email alerts to let people know how much vacation time they have left/vacay is coming up. -It would help to sync this to google calendars I just used the program to book my vacation mainly and enter any sick leaves, this program helps employees gage how much vacation time they have left and how many sick days they have. Further every company has their own vacay policies s this helps better understand where you stand

As a company that is now working from home, we are able to check in on Replicon and submit hours and time off through this system. It's an easy way to keep track of everyone's balance of worked hours and paid time off use. I think this is a great and easy way to stay organized.

I believe it is not in my power to select the best tool. It depends on whatever company I work for. It just happens that we use a different system (and I don't even know if this is an internal system, or another online tool). But I do like my current system. It has a better UI, and more detailed insights about my time. It also shows my pay stubs and other small neat information like tax papers to help me organize. It also has notifications when something new comes up. All these features I think I lacked in Replicon (or maybe my company didn't have access to these).
I believe it is well suited for a small sized company, like my previous one, that does not want any IT overhead to onboard a new tool. This tool is available online and can be accessed via the internet. It has all the necessary components to help you record your activity. But the solution in its current form is not scalable. [I've] Given few of my reasons I feel this is not well suited for a large company (like the one I currently work at).
It allowed me to fill my work time sheet. Every week I had to fill this. Based on the numbers the company keeps track of which days I worked. It reminded me to fill the time sheets constantly and also notifies me when it gets approved. So I never really forgot to fill it. It allowed me to see my vacation days left, and plan ahead. It had a list of holiday dates which was very handy to plan my trips or vacation. It had categorization by department and my view of time sheets was only limited to me. I could not see others time sheets, and except for my manager, nobody else could look into mine. It had internet access, which meant I could fill my sheets anywhere. It came in handy while working from home where a VPN connection may not be present. I also guess that this service being online meant no extra effort from IT department side.
The UI in my opinion was too simple. Calendar views were pretty stale. I don't believe there was a mobile app for this, or this site worked nicely when opened on small devices. A better view of my time could have been shown. At the time I could only see small excel like boxes filled with numbers. Graphs, or some other visualization of remaining days would have been lucrative. Very stupid login page. We had to fill "company name" at the login page and this name had to match exactly to what was set in the database. It was frustrating and I always had to refer my notes to get that right. There wasn't any preselection option which made it hard to do it fast. If I can only set a few fields (because we had long list of dropdowns to choose from) then this process could be much smoother. A major issue was not being able to see my team-mates schedule or calendar. E.g. when are they taking vacations. So I had to pester them offline to get this information. Many times due to inter-team miscommunication we didn't know about others vacation days during planning. A central place where I could see this information would have helped me a lot.

Our organization uses Replicon for time tracking and management of paid time off. Overall, it is clunky software that does not facilitate the process for either.
I honestly can't think of any. I guess it's nice that you can see your time off balances. I don't have more to say.
My complaints are probably more about the mobile app than the web software, but neither are wonderful. It's just cumbersome software to use. In the mobile app, getting it to retain a new project code seems impossible. Time off is bad in both. It keeps track of balances, but it's never clear whether that balance includes only available hours, pre-scheduled hours, etc. And it doesn't integrate with your Outlook calendar, so after a time off request is approved, you still have to manually update your calendar. And when taking a half day, there's only the option for a "start time." Sometimes I am taking the morning off, or working a chunk of the day, with some time off in the morning, some in the afternoon. The mobile app refuses to let you use a swipe keyboard to put in notes. There is no way to put in earned comp time, so there's no tracking of that bucket, which is aggravating.

The overall experience with Replicon is refreshing and positive. I rely on it extensively.
I use Replicon to keep track of all time spent by most members of the company. It is a great system, easy to learn and it has helped improve most project's perceptibility. Replicon's interface is clean and friendly and ease of scheduling takes less time which is a better choice compared to manual timesheets we used to pass around everyday. The app is exactly what it needs to be as it provides a great deal of flexibility that allows easy matching of time spent on projects against budgeted hours.
Replicon does not have a good deployment for mobile devices, its access is slow and has limitations in terms of reporting. Neither does it allow configuration of different scenario analysis nor allows manipulation over time. Its interface is too simple and I think there's more room for more functions so that we can integrate more work into the system, to improve reporting options for that is more versatile and manageable.

My experience with Replicon has been great. They worked through transitioning us to their Gen 3 platform and it went great. Their support was able to fix any problems we encountered with implementation. They are extremely patient with getting us set up with a complicated integration project with another service.
The support team is excellent and always willing to work through any problem and find a solution to your needs.
Setting up users can be a little complicated.
