    The thing I like the best about Replicon, is that whenever I have a problem, I can call customer support and they are very helpful. If necessary, they'll set up a Zoom meeting and take over the controls to show me exactly what to do. Once completed, they send an email detailing what was done.     Replicon has been great for our field offices, we utilize the platform across Latin America and Asia. It has helped us get real time updates at HQ. The platform also allows for excellent customization by region for time zone, language, currency, etc. The platform is very user friendly, so our staff have found it easy to navigate. Additionally, the platform operates well even in low-band width countries which has been a huge benefit for our staff in more rural areas abroad. When compared to similar platforms, Replicon is easily the best bang for your buck! HQ staff will have live real time access to over see time keeping, manage personnel, track accruals and also determine outstanding expenses. Another great aspect is the reporting feature. The system really allows you and your team to build custom reports that can help Project Director, Managers, Payroll managers and the Finance team coordinate and review everything through our field offices. I would recommend that individuals train and research the platform to really understand how best to customize it.     The UI and UX are horrible. It is not a very intuitive product and the reporting is not as flexible as they make it sound. In fact there were a lot of errors in the data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    As a company that is now working from home, we are able to check in on Replicon and submit hours and time off through this system. It's an easy way to keep track of everyone's balance of worked hours and paid time off use. I think this is a great and easy way to stay organized.

    Our overall experience to date has not been productive or satisfying. I would not recommend this product to any design firm working in Canada that uses QB.

    I had to use this tool at my previous company which was my first job. Since this was the first time using such a tool, I had no previous context. Now when I look back, I feel like it was okay and did its job, nothing more. I mainly used it to track my hours worked, book time off, and of course fill reimbursement forms. Company-wide this tool was being used for the same 3 things (as far as I know). The basic business problem it addresses is to share a common platform within a company to track time and expenditure. Had such a tool not existed, we would have to use probably Excel or other spreadsheets to track all of this manually. It is not so fun but is a critical tool to have.
    It allowed me to fill my work time sheet. Every week I had to fill this. Based on the numbers the company keeps track of which days I worked. It reminded me to fill the time sheets constantly and also notifies me when it gets approved. So I never really forgot to fill it. It allowed me to see my vacation days left, and plan ahead. It had a list of holiday dates which was very handy to plan my trips or vacation. It had categorization by department and my view of time sheets was only limited to me. I could not see others time sheets, and except for my manager, nobody else could look into mine. It had internet access, which meant I could fill my sheets anywhere. It came in handy while working from home where a VPN connection may not be present. I also guess that this service being online meant no extra effort from IT department side.

    The UI in my opinion was too simple. Calendar views were pretty stale. I don't believe there was a mobile app for this, or this site worked nicely when opened on small devices. A better view of my time could have been shown. At the time I could only see small excel like boxes filled with numbers. Graphs, or some other visualization of remaining days would have been lucrative. Very stupid login page. We had to fill "company name" at the login page and this name had to match exactly to what was set in the database. It was frustrating and I always had to refer my notes to get that right. There wasn't any preselection option which made it hard to do it fast. If I can only set a few fields (because we had long list of dropdowns to choose from) then this process could be much smoother. A major issue was not being able to see my team-mates schedule or calendar. E.g. when are they taking vacations. So I had to pester them offline to get this information. Many times due to inter-team miscommunication we didn't know about others vacation days during planning. A central place where I could see this information would have helped me a lot.

    Implementation was brutal. Once we were up and running, we've encountered some issues, but mostly due to our own user error. The great part, and saving grace, has been technical support. Anytime we do have an issue, someone is there to jump on a Zoom or call with us and fix it quickly. Ganesh and others have been our lifesavers.

    Good for small businesses who want to track time, expenses and vacations and manage small, non-complex projects. As soon as you talk about managing larger projects with tasks, resource allocations etc., you quickly come to the software's limitation.
