    2. Account Management - I have attended 2 calls with my CSM to express my concerns about suitability for my business and unlocking value and he has failed to produce anything in the point of advise, action feedback, or promote additional F&Bs outside of preset demos. On one call, where I was expressing my dissatisfaction he was paying more attention to feeding his child than on the points I was raising. This system is pitched as a support for scaling, we are scaling rapidly and this system is a hindrance until proven otherwise and I welcome a competent CSM being allocated to this account for us to really unlock value before a decision is taken to step away.     Unlike other HRIS companies I've worked with in the past, the Bob platform is incredibly flexible. I'm able to set up customized onboarding flows, employee fields, and reports for every instance. Surprises come up in HR a lot and HiBob can go with the flow.

    The software feels like it has been created in the absence of any HR feedback. Forms dont flow, modules arent effective (talent management for example is completely 2 dimensional and not aligned to any global talent frameworks), org planning is almost impossible.

    Hibob combines HR management, people's portal, attendance management, benefits budgeting, performance management, communication tools. It promotes engagement in the company with shout-out/kudos features. We use it as an HR management platform, people's portal, attendance management, benefits budgeting, performance management tool, communication tools - all these are crucial for a remote global company we became in the last 2 years. Accurate storage of employee data is another strong point. We store everything on bob from personal data, contracts, right-to-work checks, and basically anything HR-related. With Hibob, it's easy to see what's missing and go on the hunt for it. It is also easy to streamline your core HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, and compensation management using automated workflows to increase your efficiency and save precious time. I like literally everything: data management, onboarding, and offboarding processes, time off feature, attendance, performance evaluation, polls and surveys, reports and data analysis, shout-outs, kudos, birthdays, and work anniversaries reminders, different levels of access for different stakeholders in the organization, etc.

    Hibob is our HRIS tool which we use for storing employee data, employee documents, booking and tracking leave, performance and probation reviews, and compensation reviews. As an HR administrator, I use Hibob mainly for the reporting function. The reports are completely customisable and the scheduling feature allows me to distribute many reports on a weekly or monthly basis across the company. We also view KPIs in an easy-to-understand way that helps our managers, HR, and Finance team make important decisions.

    Hibob is our HRIS. Whether that’s our people themselves (being able to see all of their employment information in one place, being able to book a holiday and see when others have time off), our managers (getting a full view of their team’s details - salaries, job titles, locations in one place and seeing time off in full view in order to capacity plan accurately) or our People, Culture and Inclusion team (reporting, right to work checks, onboarding new folks, onboarding ourselves onto new systems and employment changes) - all of these things get simpler with Bob. We make a great use of the automation of tasks that Bob allows to build, from new joiners to leavers, from probation and onboarding to parental leave, we have created flows that automatically assign tasks to the relevant people, to make sure nothing is missed on important lifecycle phases of employees.
