    Well, Onehash CRM is a part of Onehash ERP.Onehash System is highly customizable based on your business requirement, and it's easy to add a new feature on the fly. It provides the freedom to customize the codes, which enhances their use and productivity. It has all the modules one enterprise would need: customer relationship management, human resource management, sales management and many more. Being in the healthcare sector with complex business requirements, the team understood our requirements and helped us go live within just 6months. The team showers much support to fellow users. The pricing plans are also very cost-effective, so it doesn't take a toll on the accounts of start-ups like us. It's very rare to get all requirements on a single system, so the Onethash system comes with its own set of drawbacks, 1. Permission managers are essential for limited data visibility to users. We have found the system to be highly complex to set. 2. Point of Sale of Retail system requires upgradation. It's outdated. 3. CRM is not B2C friendly it's more inclined toward a B2B environment. 3. The entire system is much more inclined to a B2B environment, so it becomes tough for B2C businesses to adapt to the system as it involves many unnecessary steps. 4. Offline mode is not available; the system fails in remote locations 5. Accounting module is yet to adapt to the standards of an advanced system like tally 6.     I like the ui especially how user friendly it is. Also how the design is so simple and elegant. But its not only the UI that shines, the developers have thought the logic for multiple complex real time use cases to automate as well as possible and minimise the number of clicks for a user The 2 complaints that I have majorly is - The mobile app sucks and since I have a distribution business I need my on field employees to be able to use the mobile app to complete their work The second things is customer support, this could be much better considering chat support is not always effective and a lot of time is consumed in just explaining the issue over a chat. If someone needs urgent support there should be an option of on call support Also please target medium to small scale business and help with the migration and implementation setup or refer partners who are willing to do so at reasonable prices Onehash has automated my accounting and inventory management problems, it has helped in reducing a lot of manual work that was being done previously. Plus the management reports in a detailed manner help me out a lot in running my business as effectively as possible

    OneHash is an economical SaaS-based CRM and ERP solution with an excellent customer support team. They have integrated some of the advanced technology in combination with a visually appealing interface. This software helped me a lot in streamlining and automating many tasks. Because of the intuitive in-built Cross Channel Interaction system, I can now achieve a seamless and effortless customer experience by integrating all customer interactions into a single point. I don't see anything faulty or any disliking feature of this software regarding the usage and performance per se. Still, I have one message to the Onehash team to streamline the onboarding process by providing up-to-date videos and guides, as someone might feel lost in the interface, resulting in delayed implementation. OneHash helped immensely in our overall sales as the system-driven communication improved our productivity and eliminated unwanted tasks. Team performance can be monitored easily with an in-depth analysis report, including sales forecasts broken down into stage-specific categories.

    OneHash is a well-integrated solution that helps us increase our effectiveness. It allows us to store all of our information in cloud storage. There are a lot of options, and customizing it for any business is a snap. Strong foundation with lots of customizability possibilities. All CRM features are available for a very low price. With a single click, assistance is at hand. It's easy to get it running once you've done the installation. Even though we haven't used all of the options, there is still plenty of room for improvement. Everything works fine from the OneHash standpoint, but the UI could stand to be more user-friendly. A few things need to be fixed in the onboarding procedure. It takes some time to get used to the system, despite its excellent design. To make the user experience better, I plan on changing the user interface.But theres still room for improvement, as Ive pointed out. Simply start using One Hash and learn as much as you can about it from the manuals. Its all in one place, so its convenient - that is all I have to say honestly. Using OneHash, a robust CRM system, our business has found many solutions to common challenges. We can use it to keep track of our CRM initiatives and to plan our resources. Overall, the system is well-designed and well-researched. They simplified automation, and I could even connect the system to others.

    Overall, I can manage to write up some nice Delivery notes, although I cannot easily make changes to any of the forms. Making changes to any item is frustrating as the changes do not follow to the BOM's. Which means more work. Making any changes are difficult, even as the administrator.

    With OneHash, we are expecting to use it as one stop solution for everything apart from our e-commerce site operations, whether it is CRM, Production management, Quality and Feedback management, Email management, KnowledgeBase, Finance/ Accounting management, to name major few. We have been able to get some benefits from CRM, Feedback and Email, but yet to use it at optimized level.

    With OneHash, we are expecting to use it as one stop solution for everything apart from our e-commerce site operations, whether it is CRM, Production management, Quality and Feedback management, Email management, KnowledgeBase, Finance/ Accounting management, to name major few. We have been able to get some benefits from CRM, Feedback and Email, but yet to use it at optimized level.
    1. Public webform facility, which post a good training a non-technical person can also use. 2. Module/ DocType based approach for each and every activity is unique, and that helps user to have a good control over customization options. 3. Sequential process driven mechanism can be used to optimize the productivity/ output, if designed strategically. 4. Almost every module has it's own custom facility like Listing, Dashboard, Reports and auto-notification facility. Being so vast on module level and built on a unique concept of DocType, it also makes it sometimes complex to work on. We have integrated it with our small e-commerce site, which took us time more than expected, to understand the system architecture and API call relation before development.
    Facilities related to ease of customization and custom field types must be improved. The unique USP of the software "Module/ DocType based approach" is also one of the major critical aspect, which needs to be improved as it creates problem with creating bridges between external systems or few times even in internal modules. We have integrated it with our small e-commerce site, which took us time more than expected, to understand the system architecture and API call relation before development.

    This is an entery level WMS, it allows access to multiple areas concern for manufacturing purposes as well as inventory management. The training modules are nice to help out with learning the software.
    It is not as easy as some programs for making changes to reports. There are reports that I would like to have such as the ability to review cost of ingredients over time. Second, I would like to have customer profiles for that could have individualized product costs. This would also include time limits for the costs. As of right now that is not something that can be done. Changing an item is difficult, you have to not make the product not default, you are unable to inactivate the product if it is used in another product. Duplicate, make the changes and then it changes the label. Afterwards you need to change all of your product BOM's with the same process. It would be nice to print out the BOM's for each product to give to the employee to write on batch number so that they can be processed accordingly. Why is there a point system? It seems illogical to even have one, as there is no prize to being the one with the most points. Lastly, it seems to have multiple layers of save and submit. Can there be both buttons in which you could save or if everything is done a submit button is there to save and submit?

They have literally made it as easy as possible to store every single data point of your business and scale it exponentially without even breaking your bank. I highly recommend every entrepreneur to give Onehash a shot and you won't be able to find a better alternative at the moment. Special mention to the support staff who have been proactive in solving users queries. [SENSITIVE CONTENT], one of the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is literally in direct contact with users which shows the amount of dedication and passion they possess towards the product. I am highly impressed, wish them all the best and hope they take this product to new heights. Cheers!!!

    It is a polished product covering all the small details. The system is fast and has a clean attractive look. The support was not helpful in fixing the problems. I hope they provide better support.
    We used OneHash for setting up a learning institute. It was fast and able to setup many options like semester, teachers, grades, and students. I t also provides a login for the students to access their information like grades and syllabus. It covers all the steps in setting up and a clean and professional school. It also has other industry setups like manufacturing and retail.
    I could not get the self attendance option for the students to work correctly. I contacted support. They could not help. I think if they provide better support and some videos on how to setup up the attendance system they would get more customers.

    My overall experience was good, because I was a new user of this. Apart of that I have learned lots of new things in this software and it is very easy to learn. My best experience is with this software, that was customer support service.
    I like in this software is overall design, working conditions & linking process is best. And one more thing, we can customized this software basis of our requirements. It is the best thing in this software.
    In this software have one major issue is foam design. There are only 12 columns in front of page. But as per my experience Onehash team should think about on this. if I would be developer of Onehash then I will provide at least 20 columns in single form page. Because in manufacturing companies have lots of data at time of order punching.

    Overall my experience was positive. The platform is fairly easy to use and it looks like it would have been ably to accomplish everything I wanted. Unfortunately, a last-minute decision was made to go with another platform that the rest of the team was familiar with that was slightly cheaper. Don't overlook OneHash, I think you'll be happy with it.
    I really like OneHash's feature stack - I was looking for a replacement for a much more expensive CRM platform (you can probably guess the one) and this one was a very high contender. It's sleek and fairly easy to use. Don't overlook this one.
    There's really not much I can say in the way of negatives. You'll likely get what you're looking for out of a CRM with OneHash.
