    I use Birdeye every day for my spa. I was getting all kinds of messages from social media, and Birdeye put all of those in one inbox. Also, I can pre-post on social media as far as I want in advance. That is a game-changer! It helps out a lot too because I am able to send surveys to customers as well as to employees. Also, Aditya, who is my representative, is great at explaining things to me and walks me through any questions I have with patience. I recommend Birdeye to everyone I meet!

    We use Birdeye in a variety of ways. Our original contact with them was to inquire about an online chat for our website. Within that process we learned the wide scope of services they offer and we put our online reputation in their hands. We love having "all things online" in one place. We can manage all of our reviews, chats, and referrals on their site. They had a great staff that walked us through the set up process to get everything up and running. We continue to have a monthly meeting with our representative that keeps us up on our progress and helps us to see what is working and what is not. They have always been upfront and honest about the modules that we need and which ones we don't. I think it speaks very highly of their integrity when they are trying to sell something, and they bring to light the fact that it's not something we needed. That is when I knew they cared about me as their customer and not just their sales. We have loved using the Birdeye platform!

    Within our organization we use Birdeye for multiple purposes. We have the Listings, Social, Surveys, and Reviews. We use the reports for almost everything. We recently opened a new clinic and were able to bulk import contacts to send out information to the community quickly. We recently started using the surveys, and I love the fact that we can put specifics as to who gets the email or not. The inbox has a few glitches where we get a lot of inquiries and just don't have the manpower to respond to them all. An auto-response feature for the inbox would be a huge help. The Social feature is absolutely amazing! The reports are very accurate and give a nice overview of each account or everything together. Campaigns are fantastic and I love being able to see who has opened what and our response rate. Reviews are very easy to automate and integrate. No big issues or anything. Integration of the Surveys has been a little difficult, but we are getting there.
