    I use Birdeye on a daily basis for communicatin purposes with our patients. With this, Birdeye makes it very easy to build that personal connection with your clients with the easy to use texting system. Not to mention Birdeye's support team is always there on the drop of a hat to assist with any questins or issues you have with the program. Very delightful team.     Birdeye allows our clients to easily provide us feedback as well as reviews as to their experiences with us. It is integrated with our property management software so when a triggered event takes place that we were able to cutomize, Birdeye has the information needed to reach out to the resident to request the Google Review or allow them to give feedback if they want to contact the team directly instead of publishing a review.     I wish Birdeye had the ability to send out "texting blasts" for marketing purposes. Also, I do wish Birdeye was able to make more of a "profile" for all contacts.     BirdEye should also cater to other country currency payments and pricing (i.e. CAD). Birdeye should look into delivering a payment portal as a feature to easily allow users to pay for invoices online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    I use Birdeye every day for my spa. I was getting all kinds of messages from social media, and Birdeye put all of those in one inbox. Also, I can pre-post on social media as far as I want in advance. That is a game-changer! It helps out a lot too because I am able to send surveys to customers as well as to employees. Also, Aditya, who is my representative, is great at explaining things to me and walks me through any questions I have with patience. I recommend Birdeye to everyone I meet!

    We use Birdeye in a variety of ways. Our original contact with them was to inquire about an online chat for our website. Within that process we learned the wide scope of services they offer and we put our online reputation in their hands. We love having "all things online" in one place. We can manage all of our reviews, chats, and referrals on their site. They had a great staff that walked us through the set up process to get everything up and running. We continue to have a monthly meeting with our representative that keeps us up on our progress and helps us to see what is working and what is not. They have always been upfront and honest about the modules that we need and which ones we don't. I think it speaks very highly of their integrity when they are trying to sell something, and they bring to light the fact that it's not something we needed. That is when I knew they cared about me as their customer and not just their sales. We have loved using the Birdeye platform!

    Within our organization we use Birdeye for multiple purposes. We have the Listings, Social, Surveys, and Reviews. We use the reports for almost everything. We recently opened a new clinic and were able to bulk import contacts to send out information to the community quickly. We recently started using the surveys, and I love the fact that we can put specifics as to who gets the email or not. The inbox has a few glitches where we get a lot of inquiries and just don't have the manpower to respond to them all. An auto-response feature for the inbox would be a huge help. The Social feature is absolutely amazing! The reports are very accurate and give a nice overview of each account or everything together. Campaigns are fantastic and I love being able to see who has opened what and our response rate. Reviews are very easy to automate and integrate. No big issues or anything. Integration of the Surveys has been a little difficult, but we are getting there.

    Overall: I'm quite happy with everything. We have run into some billing issues, technical issues, etc, but we did manage to get everything resolved. We were assigned a customer service rep and they've been very helpful in ironing out any problems. I've been with these guys for almost 2 years and I don't have any interest in switching to a different provider.
