Bigin is a very intuitive application you can use to set up CRM for small company. It provides a simple method to add contacts, deals and other information. The report screen is an awesome way to see how well the company is doing. What I like best about Bigin is how well it stores the critical information you need to have at your fingertip. I like the simplicity that it offers, and it is quick to input information about contacts, deals and other info. If I could improve something it would be to be able to create more custom fields for Contacts, Deals, and Companies. Also would like to have a clearer visualization of the Deal screen. It would need to have an easier way to file notes and have them readily available when you go to any particular deal. Also, find storing or uploading documents for a particular deal is awkward and time-consuming It solves the following problems: 1. keeps an up-to-date list of contact 2. It converts the contacts into the deal 3. Allows you to store basic information about each file 4. Allows you to integrate the email so that emails are stored in the actual deal/contact. 5. Allows keeping track of Deals that are pending and shows them at what stage they are at. 6. Allows to keep track of tasks, with due dates, and best of all provides reminders. 7. It forces you to keep your work well organized, less or no paperwork needed

It is a CRM that clearly helps you organize your deals through a timeline so that you can see the progress you are developing with each of your customers and prospects. It is also an assistant that helps you keep track of emails, calls and all the history of activities you have with each of your customers and prospects, and not only is it also reminding you what activities you have today to make a correct follow-up Guides to start since when I started there were no tutorials that taught you how to use all the tools that this CRM has, which delayed my learning and the use of this great tool for my team and my business. More tutorials and specifically for each of the tools that crm offers The help it gives me to have clarity of the stage in which I am with a client or with a prospect and to be able to give the appropriate follow-up according to the stage in which it is. Assist me with notifications of calls and activities that I have to carry out with each of my clients and prospects. Finally it has helped me to have clarity with what has been done in my business by showing me more clearly what is being done.

This compact, ideal CRM, very easy to use, automate processes, is ideal for any startup, small business or independent person who works with clients and wants to improve their follow-up and relationship processes. The following happens. If you have never used a CRM, at the moment of experimenting, you are left wanting more. You have to understand the concept of this CRM to later grow and improve to the broader version. I like being able to see the finances of the clients but I would also like to be able to register the payments. I would like the social network to be LinkedIn instead of Twitter. If you have never used a CRM this is ideal to start or if you have already started and you are not satisfied, you feel that your current CRM is very complicated, try Bigin and everything will be better. The ease of tracking in a single system is one of the most powerful features of CRMs. We no longer have to keep track of separate systems. We have everything that is most important in one place.

I really REALLY wanted to like Bigin by Zoho. It's minimal but packed with useful features for a reasonable cost, making it a perfect choice for startups and solopreneurs. I'm a solopreneur and I have an affinity for lean, effective tools. I've used Less Annoying CRM and Streak in the past, and loved them both. I wanted to love Bigin the same way, but they blew it. It's buggy to the point of being dysfunctional. Using Bigin actually lost me money in lost productivity. And their customer service team is inept and useless. On three separate occasions I lost over 200 contacts -- Poof! Disappeared! Luckily they were in Bigin's recycle bin but this regime uncertainty doesn't encourage trust. NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT TO AN ENTREPRENEUR THAN THE INTEGRITY OF THEIR CONTACTS. Bigin does not take this responsibility seriously. Worse, on two occasions (that I know of!) I had prospects text me telling me they had filled out my contact form, but I never received them. I asked them both to re-submit with the same result. Who knows how many potential customers I've lost because of this? Worst of all: in each of the situations listed above I contacted Bigin's support department to no avail. Oh, they ANSWERED. But they were not only utterly ineffective at fixing the problem they were seemingly incapable of effective troubleshooting. Compounding that is an inability to listen to the customer. I had to explain the problem on multiple occasions, over and over again, and they still didn't get it. At one point I was instructed to "Contact Google" before they terminated the session. Basically, they threw up their hands and blew me off. This is unacceptable. None / Zero. I've literally LOST money because of this fiasco - lost productivity, hours spent engaging with their team and manually correcting the fallout from the bugs - all money down the drain. I've received neither an apology or a refund. At this point, I just want this nightmare to go away.

A tool that allows us to have the whole team working in one place, share contacts, track tasks, send emails and create notes. In addition, we can have all the activities of our customers, suppliers and contacts in a single address book. Know everything that happens with our contacts, be able to visualize all the activities from the same tool. We can see up to the information of the emails sent within our contacts. We receive instant notifications, we can quickly review all tasks and offers from the initial panel through notifications. Also post notes and share them with the team or send direct messages about upcoming meetings. There is nothing that I do not like this system at the moment, however you can identify that at the beginning I had some setbacks to merge the contacts, but the rest has been easy and very useful. I would like to be able to sort the custom fields or even mix them with the fixed fields in a different way to the alphabetical order and maybe it would be nice to have more integrations. A tool that allows us to integrate other applications with Zoho ContactManager and take advantage of its advantages to complement, expand and improve our business. Send campaigns by email, synchronize our contacts in various applications and communicate with our customers on social networks, all in one place. Assign, prioritize, follow and manage all tasks easily, visualizing them quickly to make decisions knowing what each one is about. Zoho ContactManager is a perfect tool to manage contacts, tasks, agreements, emails and collaborative activities in a simple but effective way. We can track tasks by following them completely. This correct contact management helps us make better decisions and therefore, we get better results.

I could really say that we have not presented problems with this tool so far, the only thing that could be mentioned is that it has too many options and this could be overwhelming at first. Zoho ContactManager is a complete contact management tool, in which all the users of a company can share notes, contacts, tasks, emails and much more. In addition, it is possible to have all the activities of customers, suppliers and contacts in a single address book. Zoho ContactManager has a mobile app version for both Android and iPhone so we will always be up to date with everything related to our contacts and we can continue working from anywhere. With this tool we have been able to improve productivity by using a wide range of task templates and email. We have been able to maintain communication with our colleagues in real time through the same application, assign tasks, share information, tag colleagues. And basically we can say that it is a great advantage to synchronize mailing lists, send and track campaigns from Zoho ContactManager.

Bigin by Zoho CRM captures opportunities, and gives the company ways to tap and work towards making them more effective. Also, Bigin integrates/connect with the customers emails, making it friendly or simple to communicate with them immediately. Bigin introduced the single sign on procedure, which boosts the security of the entire system and ensure no attacks in any form.
The CRM role more so for the medium size enterprises is what Bigin by Zoho CRM has done so effectively. Also, the contact list of employees together with their specific details have been well stored and secured by the application. The application made us introduce the marketing automation process, which double or significantly increases sales. Lastly, the social media engagement and involvement from the tool makes us reach to audiences in a wider scope.
Bigin by Zoho CRM has embedded the marketing automation feature in its operations. Also, Bigin supports CRM, through social media engagement and other working platforms. Bigin provides the management team with customizable reports, after extensive analysis from the entire market segment.
Bigin by Zoho CRM fails to efficiently operate on Apple products, which serves a wider market. Also, focuses on small and the growing enterprise, and I think the application can even help the big corporations. Furthermore, Bigin integration is swayed on Zoho products, and its right to include other external applications.

Bullhorn was a much better platform that Zoho, but Zoho is more affordable. Salesforce was very complicated, but Bullhorn was amazing at customization, specific full cycle tracking, as well as it was an all in one so you could do the recruiting cycle, sales cycle, billing and HR functions all in one whereas with Zoho they don't talk to each other and you have to have a different system for each process so it isn't all-in-one and accessible like other programs.
It is great when you have a lot of clients and names to track. It is very easy to update and manage as well as it is great that others can see your notes. It is less appropriate for doing large blasts as it isn't as user-friendly for that. Also tracking each employee's activity is very challenging as a manager it is not very easy to see exactly what their statistics are.
Documentation. Ease of use. Great app as well for the phone to utilize on the go.
Making adjustments to some of the templates or template options are tough. The ability to reach customer service can be challenging at time as it is mostly international support.

We use it to keep tabs on the staff members and nursing homes at the places we support. It assists us in keeping track of our clients, the people we work with, their positions, contact information, and more. Making notes and updates on the accounts is crucial for us as well. The personnel at nursing homes frequently changes, making it challenging to keep track of everyone and where they are currently located. Additionally, it enables our business development team to prospect and maintain sales cycles by keeping track of our leads, prospects, and previous clients.
Because Bigin by Zoho CRM focuses more on individualized customer interactions and join that result in relationship prospect growth and sales, it is a good fit for smaller companies of all stripes. It provides you with a taste of Zoho's mass CRM as well. The beginning of your CRM journey
Lead Control Management of Customer Relationships Simplified sales funnel.

For the most part, I have had a good experience with Bigin
The first time I came across Bigin, I wondered why a company would have two CRM tools (Zoho also has Zoho CRM)... but then I understood: Bigin focuses on the pipeline aspect of a CRM. The one thing that stroke me the most at first was the fact that Bigin was really a mobile-focused CRM. Pipelines, workflows (another name for automations in Bigin), and activity management are powerful, but I think that it is really in its mobile-first approach that Bigin shines. Its Signals are the perfect way to make sure you never forget to do something, and if you are an Apple user, you can even write or use a pencil on your iPad. Something I really enjoy is the ability to create widget to add to my smartphone homepage. This is great because I can easily get an overview of different things - e.g. tasks I need to carry out, upcoming appointments for the week - without having to be in front of my computer or without having to log into the Bigin mobile app. A simple swipe from my phone's home screen and I can see all of that.
Depending on what you would like a CRM tool to do for you, you may find that Bigin is lacking some things... For me, the main con is the fact that the premium plan has a limit of 50,000 contacts/record (though it is true that you can add more by paying)

Quite good and offers value for your money, once one can get the hang of it, its smooth sail all the way, and once they can improved on it better, it definitely will be the stock Software for all management task
Bigin Zoho CRM makes business achieve organizational aims and objective a lot faster and manageable, from leads creation, marketing ,to finance productivity and eventually sales, every process is captured and monitored. whenever I get called upon for presentation my number one go to CRM is Bigin Zoho because it gives me comprehensive Report of my leads so far, solid email marketing and full automation of tasks when I don't have the time to repeat a task.
Despite the fact that I choose Bigin Zoho CRM, I am of the opinion that some features can be better improved on: Limited customer support, they don't really go the extra mile when one is faced with a problem also the initial set up can be tiring as it requires a lot entry to be done manually. More also when extracting data from excel sheet and a column or row variation occurs with Bigin Zoho CRM templates, it doesn't self correct rather it extract the data so and this may cause variation in data presentation if one is not careful.

Very positive. I can recommend it as a starter CRM for most practical applications.
Alot of you are asking me, what's the best CRM to use? I always answer: The one that you will actually use. If you are stuck on this question, my suggestion is to just GO. You can always migrate data into a new one as your needs (MOST DEFINITELY 100%) WILL change when you grow. Bigin, provides alot of value and lots of customs fields with Zapier integrations for a low price. This is a good Pipedrive replacement.
Workflows can be better explained, maybe even some sample workflows. More training videos.

An attempt at a CRM system that needs a lot of development. This may be appropriate for some industries e.g. call centres, but not for managing financial services pipelines etc.
The pipeline is simple to manage, but it's clear that this is not a CRM system that was designed for financial services.
Bigin is very inflexible and amends or additions to your setup come at a cost. The system is also very basic and clunky: for example, dashboard reports cannot be exported as a view of the whole report, instead you only have the option to export an individual graph at a time.

We have had a great experience with Bigin, it was a great alternative while lowering our costs. It offers a great value for the money we pay for it.
    Cleaner interface, best price
While trying to lower our costs derived from the health crisis, we searched for CRM alternatives and ultimately we choose Bigin, due to their clean interface and the functionality they offer, as well as their low price (but great value overall)
Limited number of custom fields, no email templates and difficult to create email templates on my own.

Overall I have been very satisfied. There are a couple of key features that are needed to make this a true small business CRM solution but what is there works very well.
I like the simplicity and ease of use. Its email and automation features also give it a huge edge over other CRM platforms.
I really dislike the fact that there is no dedicated leads page. It makes it very difficult to differentiate between leads and normal contacts. It would also be great to see a phone calling automation added at some point.
