    Worst of all: in each of the situations listed above I contacted Bigin's support department to no avail. Oh, they ANSWERED. But they were not only utterly ineffective at fixing the problem they were seemingly incapable of effective troubleshooting. Compounding that is an inability to listen to the customer. I had to explain the problem on multiple occasions, over and over again, and they still didn't get it. At one point I was instructed to "Contact Google" before they terminated the session. Basically, they threw up their hands and blew me off. This is unacceptable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    The worst is it does not integrate with Zoho Books, there is not point. I spent time exporting contacts from books and importing to Bigin and then realised this is foolish to do. They promised to integrate with books but they also suggested to use zoho flow another paid application. This is not fair as why should i keep paying for applications, they should have offered zoho flow for free as it is their fault when CRM is not integrated with books/accounting

    When importing companies and contacts using the file structures of the sample files, it is irritating that Bigin does not automatically link several fields of the sample files. However, if you ignore the relevant message, the import will take place without any problems. The integration of whatsApp is not offered - at least in the free trial version.

Furthermore, Bigin makes workflow management more effective, after identifying the business opportunities for growth. The email marketing, which is the most reputable digital advertising means have been introduced to Bigin.
    Bigin by Zoho CRM has embedded the marketing automation feature in its operations. Also, Bigin supports CRM, through social media engagement and other working platforms. Bigin provides the management team with customizable reports, after extensive analysis from the entire market segment.

    It was mainly used in my organization for maintaining leads and Managing Sales. It has been used across my organization right from sales department to service department for afterservice purposes. All the data from the different social media platforms are moved to CRM. It has mainly automated the problems related with Excel.

    This is essentially an extension to the larger base CRM that Zoho has. Its great for small business owners and mom and pop shops who look into getting more of a relationship based business approach as to grow by creating trust as small businesses. The tool gives you a hint of what the whole CRM entitles.

    We utilize it for tracking the nursing homes and staff at the facilities we service. It helps us keep track of our accounts, who we service, what their roles are and contact information and more. Additionally, it is important for us for making notes and updates on the accounts. In the nursing home world the staff turns over a lot and it can be hard to keep track of everything and where they are now at. Additionally, it helps us keep track of our leads, prospects, and former clients so that our business development team can prospect and keep their sales cycles going.
    Making adjustments to some of the templates or template options are tough. The ability to reach customer service can be challenging at time as it is mostly international support.

    Recruit 50Plus uses Bigin to manage our clients, our strategic partners, and the deals we win (and lose). It is a great CRM for those who are not ready for the "big league" or want to get a feel for the power of a CRM. For us, Bigin is just perfect for the size of our business. We may move to Zoho CRM in the future, but we are in no rush.
    Share files, notes, emails, etc. between Contacts and Deals. More sophisticated workflows, such as some of the features in Zoho Flow. More than 20 customisable fields.

    I have added a sales workflow that allows me to see where all of my prospects are, and I can schedule all my activities so I can keep my prospects moving through my funnel. Additionally, I have set up a dashboard with all the relevant data that I need to keep my business going.
