I have used three different Project Management / Task Management / Resource Planning tools throughout my enterprise career, and Monday.com exceeds all of my expectations. The other tools I used were always more complex and had a much larger learning curve to get them to do what you wanted. Monday.com has none of these issues and the transition to it, with no prior experience or knowledge of the tool, is incredibly simple. I have received no training on how to use Monday.com because it just feels completely natural to use. Groups, Tasks, Subitems, Owners, Timelines, Statuses, everything is just so simple and elegant, and it's truly remarkable how well this system is built. At previous organizations, we would use our project management tool and sometimes Microsoft Excel to keep track of certain items, but we would always get emails for tasks that came up that we would never have a spot to keep track of. We did not want to make a new spreadsheet, and even if there was a project that the task could go in, it was always a hassle adding it to those tools. I can safely say that experience is NOT the same when using Monday.com, as I can easily add new tasks or subitems to current or recent groups within seconds. I haven't even started mentioning the collaboration and communication features here, like tagging users to ask them questions or getting their input on your updates. Being able to add files to subitems, view the history logs of tasks, and customize your reporting and layout of the tool, it's remarkable that it can do everything I ever would've hoped a solution could do. I love my current employer, but I don't know if I could ever go back to the other project management/task tracking tools I've used before because Monday.com is just that incredible! There isn't much that I don't like about this application. One nice thing to add to the tool would be the ability to save a View/layout just for you and not have that visible to anyone else on the team. For the primary team board that I work out of, I filter it for all assigned tasks, but I like some columns in a different order than others. I could save all of these settings into a View, but that view would be visible to everyone on the team, and we already have seven Views created by leadership. It would be nice to make a personal view that could only be seen by the user so that we could lay out our work exactly how we want. It's by no means a dealbreaker with the application, but it is a feature that I hope they'd add in the future! We use this tool to track all tasks, issues, and projects in our Data Integration and Data Delivery teams. Other IT teams use this tool for their tracking, but for our specific team's needs, it helps us validate our data integrity and ensure that our future state plans and projects will be met. We solve data integrity issues almost weekly by keeping up with tasks in this tool, which provides more accurate reporting for our end users who utilize this data.

Monday.com is the ideal business automation tool, not only does it integrate with your existing tools but it also automates your day-to-day routines saving you time to focus on the things that really matter the most. Monday is a part of my daily work life! No longer searching for spreadsheets and documents with Work OS, it's all there in one place. You can quickly access all of the related project files and documents, even google docs, on the project boards. And the automations send reminders, updates, and reports for every project, task, and/or process automatically, keeping you and your team informed and updated without thought. Monday.com is for more than Project Management, our team uses Mondays Work OS for KPIs, Personal Goals, and even document repositories, just to name a few! Over the last year, as a Monday.com admin/client/user, the only issue we have encountered was the limitation to adding users within our organization. If you want your co-workers to interact with the boards you have set up, they must have paid accounts. We have found must-use in viewer-only accounts, which is free, but users often need/want to make edits to your tasks, processes, and boards in Monday. In that case, they need to have paid member accounts. There are so many ways that Monday Work OS can be used there are so many ways that it can be customized for each and every team to have their own processes and project boards set up to fit their individual needs. Monday.com saves our teams valuable time by increasing productivity using automation and integrations that work with our other systems like Google and Jira. We are able to increase collaboration and communication all within one place. We are also able to build custom reports using the dashboards in Monday. We can share them with everyone as well as embed them in our Google Sites.

For a start, Monday.com has a great user interface. It is a breeze to use and finding different workspaces is really easy with the quick search. The layout is really simple and intuitive. Boards can be grouped into folders. This makes organization that much easier. Creating boards is great too! You can use templates and get started very quickly. Each board can then have items. For our workflow, the boards have made organization simpler and it's easy to get a quick overview of where items are in the pipeline. Automations have eliminated a lot of copy-pasting and manual labor. Once set up, it is just one click to create an item with all the necessary sub-items and tasks. This really is the best feature of Monday.com. Depending on the size of the board, things can slow down at times. This is particularly annoying when you are scrolling across a big board. You would think that applying a filter to reduce the size of the content displayed would help, but it doesn't. There is an annoying sluggishness at times. This tool will certainly be a great value add to you and your company. It is easier to use than most tools and training your workforce will not require a lot of effort. The biggest problem would be cross-team work collaboration. Our teams are classified based on the specific tasks they do. For us, creating a work item creates multiple different but relevant items onto team-specific boards. Furthermore, the automation makes it so that as the work item progresses and updates are made, the team next expected to take over also sees these changes and has updates on their own boards as well. This has made balancing work a lot easier. Monday.com also acts as our central management system. Administrative tasks such as applying for leaves or lunch reimbursements have been made much simple thanks to the monday.com forms.

Very simple to learn and use with intuitive design Horrible tech support when dealing with any breakdown that is beyond the basics that can be easily found on your own in FAQ, website tutorials, etc. If there is an issue / glitch, you have to spend an inordinate amount of time going back and forth via one email at time, communicating with different techs who provide one line cookie-cutter responses, which seem to be fed by a knowledge-base like ZenDesk or similar. And when the problem is not solved, the back and forth just continues with no solution in sight. The most inefficient tech support system I have ever seen. Rather than escalating an issue to a higher tier level tech who can probably resolve expeditiously via a call / screen share, we have been stuck, unable to use a very important board, and going back and forth with them for weeks now. Even after the issue was supposedly kicked up to the development team and supposedly solved, apparently they didnt even bother to test it. So, their email was - OK. you should be all set, please go ahead and test the functionality. I do. Only to find that the problem is still there and when I make the tech support team aware, BIG SURPRISE, they request another screen shot via email and now the back and forth email cycle begins yet again. Crazy!!! When we initially signed up with Monday, I was able to place a call and get someone on the line to answer questions and get help, quickly resolving any complex issue. Now, over a year later and after investing significant time and resources on integrating Mondays functionality into our Business processes, it is extremely frustrating to be left at the mercy of their horrible tech support. If we had to make the decision all over again, we would have passed on Monday back when we initially had the opportunity to sign up. Investing time & resources into a system that your business, processes & employees come to rely on, just to find that there is no reliable support available to you in case of breakdown and you can literally find your operations come to screeching halt. This is simply unacceptable! Unless Mondays customer support process drastically changes, I would recommend considering other alternatives. Manage Projects; Production timeline & delivery; Improve customer service

Looks easy to use and share with teams and clients, and easy to sign up, but that's where things go off the rails. Admin features aren't intuitive and control of members is lax, resulting in quick "auto upgrades" without onscreen controls. For small teams and sole proprietors on a budget who need a SaaS tool for managing projects externally with clients, monday.com might be useful. If you don't have strict controls on board administration, though, you could find yourself getting surprise charges. If you need to have strong administrative controls across many projects, be sure to talk to a support person at monday.com before you subscribe. Can't merge team members using Monday trials, so everyone had to rebuild their boards. Can't invite other users who have accounts without taking more "members" than your boards allow. My finance team blew a gasket at the "auto-upgrade" feature when you add members to a board and exceed your limits. Not intuitive methods for mangaging users and members. Taxonomy is confusing. Members are seats, guests may be something else, I am still not sure, and viewers are free but all the invitation models use guests and members instead of viewer options. Invite too many members to a board, and you'll get auto-upgraded, which is only authorized deep in the terms and conditions. We started using Monday on a free trial as a tool to manage projects with clients so that they had visibility to projects without having to buy expensive SFAnywhere licenses, and that would conform to clients' security requirements. That's the only benefit we realized, but not at the expense of the confusion and administrative gaps above. We won't be renewing. Hi there, thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review and for your feedback. We will circle back with our team internally in regards to this!

Using it on the day-to-day routine is pretty simple, especially if you're not the one managing projects. The communication features work well. I've recently had to set up a project template on Monday and I'm baffled by how much the usability is lacking o this front. When creating a template, there's simply no way to input the number of days to each task; you have to set imaginary dates using the painful calendar interface on the timeline column. LOTS of clicking around - it is exhausting - and while project dates progress, the calendar feature keeps opening on the starting month of the whole timeline. Gantt and calendar views are only that: VIEWS. When I tried to drag and move things around on both of them, everything became a mess (I'm talking about tasks suddenly changing to the year 1960!). Don't try to use these to set stuff up; you'll have to start everything from scratch. Basically, to set up and implement, Monday a click exhausting fancy spreadsheet. If you want something that is intuitive and easy to set up, go look somewhere else. Also, the time tracking functionality is crazy draconian. Users MUST press play while executing the task or input an exact time and day to account for worked hours. In a company that focuses on autonomy and deliverables instead of Big Brother levels of control and micromanagement, simply typing up how many hours you've spent on the task would suffice. It is a bit better than Basecamp. It has more functionalities and workload tracking. Thank you so much for leaving a review and for your feedback. We will pass this along to our team to make monday.com even better!

monday.com is being used across our organization. It addresses compliance, reminders, email tracking, purchasing, event planning, training, licenses, certifications, worker's comp, warnings, timelines, and much, much more!
Document management related to clearances is a big deal for me. I have a range of 6-10 pages per employee, 40+ employees, that I submit throughout the year to customers by request. These are made into one PDF with a cover page followed by the 5 documents in a specific order by employee alphabetized. The renewal dates for each document are unique to each employee, the PDF is continuously being updated. Updates also include new and terminated employees. It would be lovely to have a way to download the most current documents, in a specific order, by an employee, alphabetized. I use monday.com only for reminder notifications. In the meanwhile, I am using Adobe which works well enough. But you asked.
We run several backgrounds per employee per year for our state and federal contracts. This app allows us to track, remind, and update each employee's status. Won contracts are tracked and or moved through boards allowing departments to work with needed information. Status, document, and date columns keep everyone up to date. Comments allow standing transfer of information for reference, unique notifications, and checklists that can be made for individuals, or departments to complete. Who said or did what when? No problem with the monday.com audit trail. Though the app provides a myriad of ways to provide notifications directly to your email, you can always check the audit trail for anyone's changes made to the board. This app also allows you to add information to a board visible only to you or a select few. Helpful when a status is solely your responsibility but not required to be a view for all involved, helping to keep the board from getting unnecessarily busy. Being able to download the boards into Microsoft Excel is extremely helpful. The data can be made into pivot tables or customized reports. Being able to upload a Microsoft Excel sheet into a board, well that's pure genius. Need to attach a photo, document, or screen shot? Easy to do, even from a mobile app.
I'd like to be able to sort alphabetically from the mobile app. I would appreciate being able to keep emails private to the board from which they are originating. I would appreciate being able to domino boards from a main board with the option to select which columns migrate. Maybe easier than mirroring? Cascading reminders. No one has responded to the first one? Send another one out to another person within a certain time frame.

Monday.com's layout is closer to a spreadsheet, and has better features to categorize and search data. I can go deeper, adding more and more insight to a task, than I could with a card, even when I used premium add-ons. I couldn't get a good grasp on what was going on with Asana. I had to look and search, and sometimes I got lost in the system, trying to find specific information for a project.
When I take on more complicated tasks with freelancers, I give them their own board from a template I made -- deadlines, payments, briefs, and files all go in there, and I can even track progress from a master board. We can message each other and submit updates under specific statuses and sub-tasks. For smaller tasks with freelancers in my time zone, I don't utilize it. Even though I love monday.com dearly, I have to draw the line somewhere and not use it in place of emails or instant messages.Dashboards are handy tools to track progress and growth -- they have very exact reporting views, and also a llama farm, to lighten up the mood. I can create to-do lists there for minor daily tasks, like calling someone. I make step-by-step checklists in updates under the tasks in the regular boards, if they are important to completing a bigger project and not very urgent.
Very visual, so you see what's up at a glance -- you can hide less important info (or pull them up) very simply. It's as logical and simple as a spreadsheet. The extra features make it easier to use, not more complicated. It became an extension of my brain. I no longer have to grind my gears trying to recall what is due when, or click through -- the surface makes everything easier to remember, with subtle color coding and smooth UI. My team is awesome, but Monday helps me appreciate my own efforts without external feedback. I know what I do, and I get better and better about estimating the time and effort needed to complete things, even if they have multiple variables.
I spent 5 minutes thinking about this. No clear answer yet. I love it. They are constantly developing new features, and it's a pleasant surprise when they think of something I will find useful. At this point I feel like there are so many features I don't know what is new that would help me, without researching a lot, but that isn't actually bad.

We have not tried any other CRMs at this time. We did briefly look into some other ones specifically for gmail, but abandoned that idea because Monday.com was able to provide us with all the features we needed.
Our company used to spend countless hours sending Investor Updates to all of our investors who were not paid in full for the month. We have found a way to upload an excel spreadsheet with all of the necessary info, and used an email integration so that we can type a quick update (with the perfect template already in place) and send the email. It has greatly increased the speed at which we send these updates. What used to take us a week now takes one day. We also use a similar process for collecting past due balances. We have 20 different text messages that we can choose from to send to our residents that are behind on rent. We can also note their payment dates and schedule auto text reminders for them to pay, and follow up messages for updates.
Customer service is amazing - I always receive a detailed reply so quickly. They listen to their users! They are always adding new features based on what their customers ask for! The automation and integrations are really what make our boards pop. It's visually pleasing! We love the colors and the user-friendly functions. They offer apps that can add all kinds of functions based on your specific needs.
This may already exist - but I would love a video that tells us about all the latest features. I would recommend a cheaper plan for single-person use (or perhaps for a family?) I could see a teacher using this for their classroom planning. A group for similar companies to connect with each other and share their use-cases would be awesome! I haven't seen any other property mgmt companies on here, but I would love to chat with any that might also be using Monday. The ability to upload an excel spreadsheet *after* you've made the board and set up the automation & integrations. This would be a great time-saver for us.

Monday.com is used as a project management tool across the sales department. Its main purpose is to gather information about future prospects and active sales deals. I don't know if it's used across any other department because each department in the company works as an individual team when it comes to project managing tools (each department can choose what tool suits it the best). For us in sales, it's a great mix between a task management tool and a CRM, and it really helped us to gather all relevant information, next steps, and pending tasks about or future clients.
monday.com is best suited as a sales and CRM tool. I especially recommend it for prospecting and sales pipelines where many of the interactions with your future clients can be automated. Also, it's great to easily keep track of what your team is doing and who is managing each account. I don't think it's the best app for software projects; there are cheaper and better-suited solutions for software projects (like Jira for example) and it's still a bit raw in software-suited features.
Amazing user experience. Everything is just there, easy to find and really intuitive. Very useful automations. You can automate almost every step of your sales pipeline with interactions from your prospects. Sometimes much of the time your team has to do mailing/calling/prospecting searches is lost in doing manual tasks like updating the status of a prospect. monday.com is amazing at freeing your team's time with this feature. Added to this, it has tons of integrations to power up this feature. Everything feels right in place. I know this might sound strange (and it's strongly related with the great UX), but sometimes apps fail to be intuitive and easygoing. With monday.com, you just know what to do, even if you don't have much experience or if you have just started using the app. Your team will rapidly learn and take advantage of all the cool features monday.com has.
For me, it's a little expensive if you want to take full advantage of all the pros monday.com has. The limit in automations in the standard plan is a bit slow. It would be great if it had more types of columns (I'm aware it has lots of them but the more you see, the more you want!) and if you were able to customize the symbols you use in each column.

The Black Sheep uses monday.com as a project management tool. We use it to manage our campaign requests from their inbound all the way through their completion. We've built our boards to work linearly so they move from group to group and are easy to comprehend. The problems we face are that our day-to-day responsibilities require a ton of small updates and communication. The commenting system works great because we can keep all of our comments organized within each item that refers to each specific campaign we're working on. Seeing as we have so many requests from clients coming in so frequently, having boards to organize each campaign by client, company, service, manager, and a variety of other variables allows us to stay incredibly organized. The archiving system is also especially useful so we can save space. monday.com functions similar to most social media platforms so it's relatively user-friendly, especially for our young group of employees, many of them interns. We utilize monday.com primarily for to-dos and requests. This is especially helpful because everyone knows exactly where to look to find if they're assigned to a request or a project. It also allows us to give context regarding that project and organize those projects by their assigned due dates.
monday.com is best suited for simple project management people. It's great at organizing and assigning simple tools. It's also a good place to store communication between coworkers. If you need a complex system where you'd like to create and implement certain automation and other features, monday.com is not the best tool. monday.com is very user-friendly if you can get it to do what you want.
    Assigning items/notifications. Linear functioning. User-friendly.
It's not cohesive. There are times we wish we could integrate certain automation but it's not possible. It doesn't have as much space for the amount of data we need. It has an inbox and notifications, only one of them is really necessary. It just provides unnecessary notifications.

We use/used [monday.com] for the entire project management of all three companies. This includes sprints, general information for all users, holiday planning, as well as interchange with clients and project partners. We also use automations, integrations and individual dashboards. At the beginning we used a lot of templates that [monday.com] provided. We soon changed to design our boards from scratch as this helped us in the process of having something that fits our processes. The major impact [monday.com] had for us was to easily cooperate with all employees - even and especially if they are not sitting in our head-office - so, about 50% of our team. The automations help to safe a lot of time and provide reminders for tasks. So, once you set them, you can forget them :)
[monday.com] is well suited if you need simple integrations/automations and you don't have very complex projects. We miss milestones and a real native integrations of important tools such as Google Drive. As we work a lot with scrum we miss a native possibility to have a backlog. (Yes, once can build almost anything on Monday, i.e. find a way around, however, this is not the perfect workflow.)
Automations for tasks Individual design of boards. This helps to easier fit them to the company structure Filter function for dashboards to build one that suites you perfectly Very good visual layout. This helps to see things with one glance
Native integration with other software It is limited on a vertical level. We would have needed to dive deeper on certain issues Milestones in it's typical way are missing There is no easy possibility to have task templates that can be linked with one clock to other projects or milestones There is no backlog

We initially selected Monday to plan and manage a large project that we were starting. As we became familiar with it, we found that is was a much better way to manage, track and plan nearly everything we do. The ability to allow guest access to specific boards, to automate notifications, and to collect information via web form has greatly improved our day to day processes and our capacity to responsively interact with customers. Using a combination of the web, mobile and windows 10 apps, we use monday throughout the day, in the office, while traveling, and during onsite projects. Monday has also helped us eliminate siloing of information. Like many companies we used to have a combination of spreadsheets, text documents, emails and texts to store and communicate project information. With monday we have nearly everything in one place that we can access from anywhere. This has made us much more efficient and helped us do a better job of keeping up with the many small tasks and deadlines that go into a successful project. After you use monday for a while, every problem and job begins to look like a monday board to be created.
Monday is very easy to use, has excellent help and tutorials, and extremely responsive tech support. They regularly add new features and improvements. Through interactions, automations and integrations, monday can interact with many external products and can automate a lot of the routine steps and notifications in our workflow. The best thing about monday is its flexibility. Once you start using it, you find many different approaches and tools to manage projects, workflows, customer interactions, data storage, tracking and analysis. Monday is colorful and appealing to work with, making using it a pleasure.
Many of the items I would have listed as missing from the software have been added in the time we have been using it. For example, many users requested subitems and before long it was rolled out as a new feature and has evolved into a very useful aspect of monday. For some of the more in depth features, there is a bit of a learning curve. But that is to be expected with software that can do so much. This is mitigated by the learning resources and very good support that the company provides.

Monday.com is a terrific cloud/internet based project management software that keeps our projects moving towards our deadlines. While the user interface is not very intuitive, once you take the time to learn its features and functions, you can truly build management boards that keep your tasks and projects well on track for any deadlines. The software has a treasure chest of functions and features that once learned and understood make Monday.com a novel tool.
In an entire company, Monday.com is wonderful because it truly allows each team and department to build entire boards to manage projects, deadlines, and people specific to their team. These boards can remain visible or private to the remainder of the company; controlling which information is shared and when. Additionally, the seemingly endless amount of editable features on a board allow you to make a board that is very custom and specific to you and you teams needs. For example, you are able to track progress, set deadlines, assign projects, add tags, link to other boards, and upload/link to files. Monday.com can also integrate to your email to send you notifications daily or upon being mentioned.
Unfortunately, Monday.com's greatest con is that it is not user-friendly, intuitive, or straight-forward to learn. Amongst our organization, I have taken the time to learn the software in greater depth than most and I regularly find myself having to assist and educate my colleagues on how to do what they are trying to accomplish. It does not make for a satisfy initial experience and can often discourage first time users. Similarly, when a user does come across an issue or something that they are unable to complete, their customer service and online forum is not very helpful either.

It is the best project management platform I have seen on the market. Free trial, very reasonable pricing. A very flexible user interface that satisfies every professional need regardless of your field.
Monday.com offers a lot more customization and a lot better user interface.
I signed up for the free trial version of monday.com and immediately realized what a great tool it is! I have worked with Asana, Slack and Basecamp before but they don't even come close to monday.com. It gives you so many options for customization that no matter what field or profession you are in, you will find the right setting and layout. They offer great tutorial videos and the user interface is very easy to use. You can keep all your tasks and projects in the same place, assign people to tasks, add deadlines. One of my favorite tools is that you can ask for an update on a pending project with 1 click - instead of constantly emailing and calling your team - which can make them frustrated. The other great tool is the automatic notification builder, that helps you stay up to date and constantly notifies you based on your settings. You can even build up tasks that depens on the previous task so your team members will know when you rely their task to be completed so you can start your part. The pricing is very reasonable and they are customer service team is great, too!
I have been using monday.com for a few weeks and never had any problems with the program, the only annoying thing is they push their social media and youtube advertising really hard, so I keep getting ads every day but that is how they grew.

At first it was a great tool to play around with to figure out the best way to track our event and who was working on what portion. The quick look at the colors to see the progress was great. There was a place to put notes and mention people in posts to let them know there are tasks waiting for them. However, the customization was not the best. If you added one column to a section, it added it in for all sections. I did not have the time to take a deep dive but maybe if we got a higher package we would have more functions to organize. It was encouraging/discouraging to see the progress of the event and held people to be accountable for their portion. However, having to update this daily as we got closer to our event got too laborious to do. In concept, it's a good tool, but was not the right fit for my company and I.
It was easier for us to update a spreadsheet that had all our data in already. We were able to customize columns easier with excel.
That I was able to see what my co-workers were working on and their progress with the task. They used easy-to-view color-coded options.
You are able to clearly see the progress of your co-workers, however, it is hard to make updates or edits to the task. There is an area to make notes, however, it is not in the front for people to see right away. You need to click in to the whole task. Also, when you make a column for one section it creates it for all. Some columns are not necessary for each section and can be confusing when updating.

It is a very complete platform, which allows team members to interact collaboratively from multiple devices, automates project execution flows, and parameterizes actions so that they do not require human treatment, all of this increases productivity and favors the follow-up of projects in one extraordinary way.
Monday.com has multiple functionalities, integrations with third parties and a very competent support.
One of the most used functionalities in Monday.com is precisely the ability to manage and parameterize the email notifications that we and our coworkers receive daily, by implementing actions that must occur so that we can indicate who we want to notify. In addition, within the platform, we have the possibility to limit access to the boards, identify columns that will not be visible to everyone, or restrict editing, in addition to being able to combine these permissions based on the functions and role of each member of our team.
Monday.com has become a platform for project management in cascade or under agile methodologies preferred in many organizations, partly due to its ability to adapt to the particular needs of each company and the number of integrations with third parties, but also from this, new products from the manufacturer are constantly being released, so we must be vigilant to take advantage of their maximum capacity and grow within the organization with the new features that constantly appear.

Monday.com makes productivity addicting! Our small team likes seeing our progress and watching as tasks/"pulses" turn green and complete. It's very flexible and customizable. If you can figure out google sheets, you can figure out Monday. Their support team is also pretty good at answering emails quickly and they are very friendly.
Better integrations, easier to use, more flexibility
    - Monday.com is truly flexible and as easy to customize as a google sheet, but with way more power through smart columns, formulas, automations and integrations - The color coded status column(s) make it easy to see how things are going at a glance and it's addicting to work as a team towards "all greens"! It's like the professional version of "closing the ring" on apple watch or reaching step goals on fitbit. - The mobile app is almost as powerful as the web version, though I do wish they would bring "info boxes" on pulses to mobile since right now you can't see or edit those :(
    - Monday.com is a bit expensive if you're a small team. I wish they had per user licenses for small teams instead of bundles. - The My Week feature is nice to show you all of the tasks from all projects that you have due coming up, but I wish Monday.com let you create a "timeline of timelines" similar to Asana portfolios that let you see how all of your projects are progressing and how much (planned) time is left on them before final deadline etc.

Monday is a project management app for teams, but I'm looking for a task list app for just myself. Monday has a free trial but no free plan, and subscriptions cost $17-39 / month. I would prefer not to buy a subscription. [https://monday.com/pricing/](https://monday.com/pricing/)

I really like dapulse, it's a great project and workflow management platform, actually the only one we've ever used that we never got tired of after a few weeks

The price 300$/year for 5 users, it is really a nice collaborative product.
