What makes monday.com a genuine choice for customers is the fact that it helps them add a range of widgets and plugins to the boards to evaluate team performance, check the status of tasks, and get notifications in real time. And it’s a user-friendly design that lets everyone in the team access and collaborates on assignments with ease, which is also appreciated by the users.

4.0I like that I can breakdown my projects into boards to help my team stay organized. We can also add updates to each project or item that keeps our team on the same page and also lets our supervisors know the status or updates on a particular part of a project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.5Lastly, it's worth mentioning that they have an amazing support team! All questions are quickly solved, there is good guidance and they even send you videos in order to understand the step-by-step in case this is needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0The ability to customize the layout and organize all items, tasks, and activities I need to focus on for any given day, week, or month, as well as monitor any associated status updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.5Horrible tech support when dealing with any breakdown that is beyond the basics that can be easily found on your own in FAQ, website tutorials, etc. If there is an issue / glitch, you have to spend an inordinate amount of time going back and forth via one email at time, communicating with different techs who provide one line cookie-cutter responses, which seem to be fed by a knowledge-base like ZenDesk or similar. And when the problem is not solved, the back and forth just continues with no solution in sight. The most inefficient tech support system I have ever seen. Rather than escalating an issue to a higher tier level tech who can probably resolve expeditiously via a call / screen share, we have been stuck, unable to use a very important board, and going back and forth with them for weeks now. Even after the issue was supposedly kicked up to the development team and supposedly solved, apparently they didnt even bother to test it. So, their email was - OK. you should be all set, please go ahead and test the functionality. I do. Only to find that the problem is still there and when I make the tech support team aware, BIG SURPRISE, they request another screen shot via email and now the back and forth email cycle begins yet again. Crazy!!! When we initially signed up with Monday, I was able to place a call and get someone on the line to answer questions and get help, quickly resolving any complex issue. Now, over a year later and after investing significant time and resources on integrating Mondays functionality into our Business processes, it is extremely frustrating to be left at the mercy of their horrible tech support. If we had to make the decision all over again, we would have passed on Monday back when we initially had the opportunity to sign up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1.0LACK OF DARK MODE SUPPORT! Or at least the lack to customize the background color of boards is enough to make me despise using Monday past sundown every evening. Really, really rough on the eyes and decreases productivity to stare at white screens constantly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1.0I think it's an unnecessary platform. I'm not sure what Monday.com is doing in replacement of anything in Google Drive or Outlook in terms of collaboration and organization. The platform seems like an "extra step" that users have to take to organize their information and share with their peers what they are doing. When you could do that in platforms that you are already using, such as Google drive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0What I liked about it is that it allows me to see my work and activities in time and offers me several options to customize the interface as I want
5.0Intuitive and user-friendly interface: Monday.com's interface is well-designed and easy to navigate, making it simple for teams to use and collaborate on projects.Customizable workflows: Monday.com allows users to customize workflows and create their own boards, which can be tailored to specific team needs and preferences.Versatile integrations: The software integrates with a wide range of tools and platforms, including Google Drive, Trello, Slack, and more.Excellent communication features: The software has a robust communication system that allows team members to communicate effectively and efficiently.Advanced project tracking and reporting: With Monday.com, users can easily track project progress, view analytics, and generate reports to keep stakeholders informed.
5.0It was very easy to keep track of drivers for our company
1.0The user interface is difficult to navigate it is very hard to find your way around. You need to be a tech savvy person to consider using this product.
1.0The task allocation and time tracking feature can not be split by team members. Workforecasting is manual. We spend more time on admin since paying for monday.com than before and it cost us a lot of time to configure. They want you to pay (AUD1600 per day) for any substantial ICT support (e.g. outside of what your own helpdesk can do)
1.0I would like more colors to be included for the different states, we are currently evaluating this tool for the sales department.

10.0Our business grows really fast and projects are becoming bigger and bigger. So we needed a powerful tool with an user friendly interface. THANKS for adding the timeline this week, that's why we bought the corporate package.
Timeline (new feature vendor just added) Simple to use Easy to setup
10.0It aids us in the day to day running of our product, from quoting to delivery and post campaign analysis, we rely on [monday.com] as a tool to deliver an efficient end-to-end product. We previously tracked everything using spreadsheets and inefficient project management tools, however having all of this information in one place has allowed us to manage the product more effectively and given us time to deliver more campaigns.
10.0We use [Monday.com] as our organization's main calendar. I love that we can slot tasks by day and see things on a macro level for our organization. Really helps manage and delegate tasks while meeting time expectations. It's effectively decreased meeting times by running everything through different modules and automations.
1.0Dapulse was used across the whole organisation to manage tasks for different departments. It was an easy to learn system that everyone could get started on immediately.
The interface is clunky, slow, buggy, and sometimes side bars pop up and you can't see your content. Support regularly asks for feedback, but doesn't respond to you when you provide it. Bugs with HTML occur where things won't drag, things won't show, and sometimes you can't scroll down the page while dragging.
1.0We have recently stopped using monday.com, but we were using it to manage events such as trade shows and to launch a website.
3.0We use monday.com to track the progress of ongoing marketing campaigns, product development across multiple departments, and ad-hoc project management.

4.0At first it was a great tool to play around with to figure out the best way to track our event and who was working on what portion. The quick look at the colors to see the progress was great. There was a place to put notes and mention people in posts to let them know there are tasks waiting for them. However, the customization was not the best. If you added one column to a section, it added it in for all sections. I did not have the time to take a deep dive but maybe if we got a higher package we would have more functions to organize. It was encouraging/discouraging to see the progress of the event and held people to be accountable for their portion. However, having to update this daily as we got closer to our event got too laborious to do. In concept, it's a good tool, but was not the right fit for my company and I.
5.0At Modernized Mobile (MoMo), we rely on Monday.com to keep everything organized and on track. Each morning, our team checks the Monday dashboard to see which tasks need to be completed for clients such as [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. Monday allows us to easily delegate tasks and monitor progress, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and accurately. Monday also helps us communicate with clients seamlessly, allowing us to provide updates and gather feedback in real time. Overall, Monday is a crucial component of MoMo's daily operations and project management process. It allows us to consistently deliver exceptional results for our clients. Thank you Monday for helping us stay on top of it all!
4.0My company uses Monday.com to keep track of many different projects we have going at one time - we are an events company, so we have hundreds of events in a year that each have individual processes that need to be accounted for. Monday.com has been helpful in having a broad scope of where we are at with each project. We are still ironing out the kinks to figure out what our workflow will be with this, but it is a pleasant platform to use - very aesthetically pleasing and easy to use once you get the hang of it.
5.0Over all my experience with Monday was a 50/50 split some things I loved and some things were lacking in functionality for what we needed. Overall I didn't hate it. At the end of the day it just wasn't what we needed to be productive. I think for other users who are using it for design, and business marketing it would be a phenomenal program and the price is very affordable even if you are a small company. Monday might be what you need to get your productivity up to become an even bigger company.
5.0My department has deployed Monday.com to handle our marketing projects. It serves as a centralized platform for all project work, encompassing silos, processes, files, and tools. By centralizing our project work through Monday.com, we are able to enhance productivity by simplifying workflows and improving collaboration among all teams within the department.
5.0Digital Lift means Monday is free for charities and non-profits. This is a huge win for small organisations like ours as there are multiple functions and features of Monday that can be applied to non-profit scenarios. The support resources are great and additional sessions are offered by Digital Lift to help organisations get the most out of the software.

1.0Monday is a project management app for teams, but I'm looking for a task list app for just myself. Monday has a free trial but no free plan, and subscriptions cost $17-39 / month. I would prefer not to buy a subscription. [https://monday.com/pricing/](https://monday.com/pricing/)
4.0I really like dapulse, it's a great project and workflow management platform, actually the only one we've ever used that we never got tired of after a few weeks
5.0Lots of functionality, may be a bit excessive but its very easy on the eyes
3.0The price 300$/year for 5 users, it is really a nice collaborative product.
