    Frdelen med Upsales r att det r s komplett. Det kan tillfredsstlla behoven som finns bde hos sm fretag, och hos lite strre. Man kan variera integrationerna gentemot vriga system, vilket underlttar anvndandet av CRM:et i HELA organisationen. ven ekonomi och fakturering. Graden av komplexitet gr att systemet inte r s intuitivt. Det r svrt att anvnda som prospekteringsverktyg. Det r svrt att jobba med mallar och utskick till kunder p ett smidigt stt. De flesta saker (som man inte gr dagligen) tenderar att ta vldigt lng tid att gra. Det tar helt enkelt tid att lra sig nya moment. Samma sak med uppfljningar, och ndringar gentemot andra system (fortnox). sna r svra att gra snabbt. En stor nackdel r allts ocks att CRM:et krver en del av sin anvndare. Jmfr man med LimeGo s r det i enklaste laget, men frdelen r att en ny anvndare r igng p 10 minuter och dessutom i princip utan att man behver g igenom systemet med vederbrande. Jmfrelsevis r det ocks vldigt mycket smidigare att anvnda i sin prospektering av nya kunder. Tv omrden som Upsales skulle behva frbttra r: 1. gr prospektering smidigare. Underltta fr en sljare att lgga till kunduppgifter i CRM:et utan att det blir en merkostnad fr arbetsgivaren. 2. gr utskick - bde enstaka och flera - enklare. Utskick kan hanteras direkt gnm CRM:et - och delvis valideras. Liksom en del av prospekteringen. Sammantaget leder det till kad effektivitet, kad kontroll och drmed ocks att man sparar en del tid. Men att Upsales lmnar en del kvar att nska r helt klart - vi jobbar till exempel fortfarande med kundlistor/prospektlistor i Excel drfr att vi uppfattar det som tydligare, enklare och mer snabbfotat. Idealet hade varit ifall Upsales varit s pass smidigt att vi kunnat jobba ven med kundlistor och prospekteringslistor direkt i Upsales.

    Upsales provides tools for all our daily sales processes & helps to collaborate with our teams so that we can effectively promote sales through the full sales cycle. Using its advanced filter options we can segregate and have a clear view even if we huge amount of data is involved. It can also generate & upload leads, track all our daily sales activities and integrate seamlessly with other applications for receiving notifications on a real-time basis. Nothing in particular to dislike about the services offered by Upsales. It helps us notify on our orders, booked appointments and other opportunities through its integration with Microsoft Teams. It also aids us to analyze our sales history & provides effective recommendations on smart action plans for closing deals. Upsales is beneficial in saving a lot of time while managing our sales lifecycle. We can customize our deals pipeline as per our client's expectations through its fields & attributes sections. We can easily track our customer emails, sales flow and important meetings in a single pane of glass thanks to the Upsales platform. It also provides valuable insights between project work & recurring work from which we gain clear observability of our orders.

De hnvisade till att deras kunder grna vill ha lnga avtal. Nja, inte den hr kunden i allafall. Skulle testa en mnad nr de var en del av Fortnox men precis d avslutade de sitt samarbete med Fortnox och vid nsta inloggning fick man ett lngt avtal att godknna som tydligen gjorde att jag blev uppbunden p ett r. Kontakta dem men fick inte bryta avtalet, de hvdade att de hade lng bindningstid med hnsyn till sina kunder... Fretag som tror p sin produkt behver inte ha lng avtalstid. Inget Hej Linus. It has Upsales for your organization to optimize the management processes of managing potential customers, includes other extremely important functions such as leadership management, field sales management and management of opportunities that are extremely useful functions for any agency, I must also emphasize the ease with which you can develop marketing campaigns using upsales because you do not need to be an expert to work with the functions provided by this great platform and finally we have its technical support which provides clear and rapid response Within the main disadvantage that was achieved within this tool was the high cost of its service, also mobile applications are almost useless nothing like the web domain, the cloud or SaaS, despite offering a large number of tools lacks collaboration functions, there are also few integrations with social networks which is really very negative taking into account that it is an application for marketing management and most customers that are captured today are through social networks such as Instagram, Twitter and Facebook Firstly Upsales is a platform with a high cost for small organizations and its price is aimed at large companies for which if I recommend using Upsales because it is a platform designed to manage large databases, the software is simple to use all the information is provided by the technical support and the many options for help that has this one of the reasons why I recommend this software and finally also recommend it for the ease with which you can manage marketing campaigns Upsales has been a great solution for many of the needs that are presented to us in the marketing and sales departments despite having some negative things we have been able to carry out marketing campaigns, manage calls, do social marketing, manage contacts and manage the database of our customers a lot of functions that are really important to us who are a relatively large organization and that is why we decided to stay with Upsales because in the past we worked with other CRM software that simply could not handle a database of so large and another reason was the facilities provided by this program to manage a full cycle of sales

    I'm not an organized person and I just feel like upsales have to help me tremendously in my work. To keep track of my sales, leads, prospect, and contacts. having everything in one place is great, with other CRM systems I've always felt like I've needed to use a freestanding calendar or notes to feel like I've got everything under control. The only thing I would like to see is and better task manager. it would make the tracking of contacting leads and staying in touch with almost finished sales a lot smoother and make it effortless. It would make upsales go from a 10 to a solid 12. Don't think about it, just do it. Upsales is helping me be more organized and work more efficiently. I'm diffidently closing more deals since we started using upsales. I'm all around performing better now!

    The previous CRM was used more like a database for our files instead of a CRM system and it felt really clunky to use. Also our COO had experience with upsales which made our switch much easier.
    I really like how easy the system is to use in general and how you can use the system for follow up on sales through the Analytics tool and Upsales Insights. The modules that can be added on are also great such as the Sales TV or Advanced order logic.
    Whilst the system is great it is not perfect. Like I said it is easy to use but sometimes when you are looking for information for a company, for example a comment made from the salesperson, the comment isn't easy to find. It might be on the compant card or the sales oppurtunity or even on the original meeting. If these would be gathered in oneplace the experience would be better. There are other kinks with some Apps, such as calender syncing and such that could be better aswell.

    Using only one software instead of many - clearly a big advantage. Then maybe Uppsala is not the absolute best in all areas. But due to new features and good thoughts, it just gets better and better
    The price and that it is not a bit developed yet like many other services if you choose a service that only does one thing. But it's still really good!

    It's a great CRM-system.
    Lots of reasons. Upsalse was much more modern and ease-to-use platform then webCRM. Also much better Marketing Automation
    It's very intuiative and easy to use. It's also a powerful tool for all necessary reports that you need.
    We tried out the agreement-module two years ago but it didn't meet our demands. Recantly there have been some updates, so hopefully we can use the module in the future. It would be great to be able to have all our customer contracts in Upsales as well.

    It is easy to work with opportunities and the user interface is quite intuitive. As a manager is easy to get an overview of the pipeline and activity status in the list views. The reporting and dashboard tools are nice to work with as well.
    I miss the social interactions that exists in other CRMs, eg to add a comment when someone in the team has closed a deal och converted a large opportunity to the next stage, or ask the sales rep to update the opportunity card :)

    Very poor document management, they focus on article sales and discounts. Does not really fit the way we work. Can not handle several different sales companies in the same system
