    There's a notable delay time from the moment the customer's submit their questions and responses, and the moment we are able to see them at Bazaarvoice.     Bazaarvoice's biggest flaw is their user interface. There are multiple login screens that require multiple username/password combinations. They are currently working on this issue. The next largest flaw is their workflow process around addressing concerns around existing integrations. There was a bug created by their code on our website, flooding our log center with messages and their response was to not use their product features and charge us more to use an updated alternative that might resolve the issue.     We use Bazaarvoice for our ratings and review module on our website. One of the issues is that we want to collect reviews from multiple touchpoints and it is difficult to aggregate that, but Bazaarvoice syndication options are best-in-class and hence we switched to Bazaarvoice.

    We used Bazaarvoice at Astral Brands for a influencer/consumer product gifting earlier this year for the relaunch of our bestselling product. We were trying to expand our customer reach and have a new set of users try, review and post about our foundation makeup product on their social media to help garner brand awareness. We collaborated with Bazaarvoice to create the packaging and send the mailing.

    We are using Bazaarvoice for review moderation and syndication, and we are using it on our own web page. We wanted to have a trustworthy platform for reviews and to be transparent with customer opinions and have their thoughts be heard on other retailer sites too. This affects the whole organization but it is managed and implemented by our IT team.

    Overall: From choosing (see title) to implementation it was a bit rocky to be honest. The code and the process are easy to understand which is why it is disappointing that the back end tools are so clumsy and the service from the team is somewhat spotty. It could easily be a home run on both fronts but it ends up making the initial rollout more of a fumble.

    Overall: Overall, implementation has been smooth, but a little slow. Part of that is my own internal roadblocks. The Fulfillment process in the US has ben very smooth and my local sampling coordinator (Madi Even) is amazing.
