4.5The ease of use for users and administrators. The simple and easy customization of fields and report building. Reports auto update without having to rerun a query manually as an administrator. Lots of customization of user views in both the CRM and the reporting sides to ensure that private information or user-sensitive accounts are kept secure. 5.0Very customizable. the Spiro team helps adjust the software to us.
5.0I like the idea of having an application that allows me to keep my customers' information up to date, including all my interactions with them. I can also view past and current sales without any effort.
5.0I like that the information can be entered easily, wich makes it friendly to the user, also the generation of reports is not exhausting or difficult. They are visually understandable.
3.0We're missing notes and some notes are duplicated under the wrong providers. It's difficult to sort a report and there are a lot of unnecessary fields in the reports. Limited reports available through the app. On certain screens, you can't use the "Tab" button to move from field to field.
4.0I wish I could connect Sales Navigator in some way to Spiro.

5.0Overall: My company has seen an uptake in overall customer interaction and collaboration between sales personnel. It has been a great place to come together on projects with multiple departments being able to utilize easy to access customer information.
