This program is so user friendly, and has all the information you need in one place. You don't have to use different apps or programs when looking for information, and the Assistant makes it so no customer can slip through the cracks. They also have a help button that actually helps you with step by step videos and step by step instructions so you can use whatever option works best for you. When you log activity it automatically askes you to set a reminder so you don't forget to follow up from that call. You can also set up email templates that you can have premade with attachments you can send out right from Spiro, as well as sending mass emails with custom templates with attachments. You can make custom filters in both the companies and contacts so you can target the specific customers you need to target at one time. There are many other things this system can do that are fantastic but the last one I want to point out is you have the option to choose how many notifications you get sent, and you can set a personality that is in the reminder notification. This feature makes using Spiro fun, seriously the little comments they make just make me laugh and gets my attention every time. The only thing I don't like is that I can't move the columns around freely, and the assistant doesn't give you the choice to arrange the tiles from oldest to newest at the top. Honestly if you are wanting to have a program that will help have all your customer information in one place, and make it fool proof that you won't let any customers or accounts slip through the cracks this is the system for you. Spiro is set up to tell you what accounts you have not contacted in a specific amount of time, and puts it in your face so you can't miss it. The benefits that I have using Spiro over other programs is that you can do everything in one place, make a call, send a text, send an email, and set a reminder from one page. Their dashboard has your stats for calls of the day, see how many reminders for that day and what is past due. They also have a long list of reports that you can see your activity in sales, in your stats for calling, and your sales reports and they are able to customize all reports you are needing.

I appreciate the pipeline view for leads, as it can really help with visualization. I also like that it automatically connects to social media profiles and websites, making it easier to connect with prospects. They recently integrated a campaign feature, which is basically allowing. you to send out emails at a specific date and time, which is good for the "set it and forget it" kind of outreach. I also like that you can group people to a company, but different opportunities, if needed. This helps with larger organiziatiions that have multiple brands. It is not easy to adjust campaigns. You cannot change the date, you have to completely re-add the campaign email template. It is not as easy as I think it should be to add new prospects. You have to go to the "contacts" tab. I wish there was a way to "save and add another" or something similar. The spiro assistant has been changed a lot, and it never seems to show me only my contacts. They also have updated it again, and I'm not really sure how best to utilize it. Keeping all of our leads in one place, calculating our pipeline and sales values, pipeline visualization, close rate, sales reporting, basic automation for sales nurturing.

Some of the highlights are: - easy and intuitive to use - Reminder function is much better than in other CRM systems and a very useful tool - Creating reports and exporting information is very convenient Share reports with colleagues could be easier (like in Salesforce) just add (@ Max) and the colleague receives a notice If you click in error to another window during creating a visit report, all information already entered will disappear and has to be entered again The management of my customers is so much easier with Spiro. With a huge amount of different customers it is not easy to remember every information. With the reminder function and other tools of Spiro indeed it is possible to not forget tasks and important information gained during customer visits and phone calls. Also the opportunities can be easily managed. Opportunities at risk show for example where it is reasonable to invest some further time.

Spiro's customer support and responsiveness, as well as their see-through on user testing and feature set updates. The training and assistance is very prompt and precise. Precise meaning that my account manager(s) are capable of handling everything I throw at them, and can get me an answer/solution quickly. This is not the case with Spiro competitors or with other SaaS products in general and the minute you guys lose that is the minute I will begin to question our future. Please, never underestimate your customer service. On the product itself, my favorite thing is the ability to customize it quickly and utilize spreadsheet import/export to handle my own data engineering. It's a wonderful product with slick functionality, but is even more dangerous when it grows with you/you grow with it. I've mentioned in past reviews that the Reports section is another thing I like best. The Spiro team has gone above and beyond to understand and map out my company data and it has been a game changer of me equipping my sales staff with the knowledge/info they need to be independent warriors. The campaigns feature - I am really looking forward to improvements coming on it. In B2B sales, the more I can free up my salesmen to do quick and efficient targeted marketing, the more I can empower them to be dangerous. Other items of dislike would be some of the navigation pitfalls (i.e. can't set Opportunity Pipeline view as default, can't add an opportunity while on pipeline view, and some misc. wiki-type-navigation upgrades that could make it more efficient to use. That said, it still operates very quickly so the extra clicks aren't too much of a hassle. Note: I am not a salesperson using this as a full time sales tool, but an owner who uses it to dive into data. Also, the notifications aspect of it is something I have a hard time with. We've set up e-mail alerts for new opportunities and such, which are great, but I'd love an "unread" icon of sorts to show up on an opportunity that is new on the pipeline, or a time ticker by one that hasn't been opened in ~10 days or so. Once you get 30+ opportunities in your pipeline, it gets tough to navigate and differentiate. The collaboration aspect of Spiro could be improved. We just got the "Teams" feature added on and am getting some use on that, but there might be some improvements to be made on this. Our use case explained: I have salesmen and product designers. I'd like to be able to have a salesman create an opportunity and assign it to multiple product designers to engineer different aspects of a system for that opportunity. Could be done through a google sheets doc link thrown on the opportunity, however all parties need to be included on just that one opportunity and not the entire company's opportunities (which is how it currently operates, I think?) if that makes sense. My biggest learning experience has been the conversation with my sales team before we purchased a CRM to now. We thought we needed a CRM for completely different reasons than what we're now realizing. That is both good and bad. Bad in the way that we weren't fully prepared for how our sales process would change, our customer interactions would change, the internal behavior/software learning, and so on. We underestimated all of that. The good news is that the growth has been good growth for us, and has challenged us to becoming more organized and more professional. The goal is to do this without hindering efficiency and customer service, and Spiro does a great job of being quick to use and flexible to program to aide in that. The biggest, most immediate problem I solved was getting sales data regularly to my staff. I no longer have to refresh spreadsheets and run pivot tables in my nights and weekends and I thoroughly enjoy that. The first process we really streamlined was our dealer onboarding. Our form collection, dealer authorization and information gathering, and overall collaboration are greatly improved. Achieved through Hubspot API for the form and the passing around of Spiro Opporutnities/Reminders for the collaboration. All info collected about the prospect is housed on the timeline and we have all the material we need to make decisions independently without having to run someone else down to see "if you talked with them yet". We are about two months in to rigorous salesman use, and I am still collecting feedback from the sales team on how the tool has best been utilized overall. Each person is using it a little bit differently. I'd say the one common "aha" amongst all of them is BCC'ing the spiro assistant on outbound e-mails for quick opportunity creation. The real power will be after my team has been using it for 6 months and begins having recurring appointments, where they can go and see everything they've been discussing with their clients. We've never had that before and I am interested to see how much more professional we appear.

The relationships of our company today are more proactive, we work with this software even in the background, to better manage the data of our potential clients and capture it more easily. We have complete visibility of our channeling, improving the precision and focus of our opportunities, we detect anomalies, and we are guided by its tools to proactively attack them, through its artificial BI the sales team works more fluidly and more efficiently . The lack of functionality of working several tabs is a problem that can slow down the work process, and even makes setting up a campaign or selecting more than one contact to be done on a single page at the same time, it is a a problem that is easily overlooked and even for us, as we solve using external tools that supplant this negativity. For those companies within the B2B trade it is a tool that can provide the artificial intelligence that is needed. It provides a professional and traditional CRM so it is very easy to master. It is automated, avoiding the need to proactively introduce data to merchants, and is even supported by the AI engine it contains. You can easily increase leads by a large percentage, building more offers, and many closed deals. We obtain useful information from opportunities, with which we quickly implement new solutions for our clients, improve joint participation. Spiro is easy to use and the staff has adapted quickly, allowing us to successfully optimize our sales approach and close more deals. As it is a very transparent system, we were able to influence our organizational awareness and improve work flow.

I can see the status of all opportunities that are managed in our company and see what problems could be solved or, I can see reasons why we loose costumers. Reports are very easily to generate and to understand.

I am new to sales (about a year and a half in) and Spiro has really helped me learn and organize my leads with where they are in the pipeline. The assistant has become my right hand in remembering when to rebook contracts, reach out on renegotiation and when to close my lead lost.

Obviously the tracking of prospects and activity by the sales team, both inside and out. The proactive interaction with the Spiro team in helping us maximize the capability of the platform so we can best utilize the field sales team time on a daily basis. Overall very pleased with the platform and support from Spiro.
I like the ease of use. I like the fact that Spiro is very engaged on a daily basis with customer support. We are not the most easy company to work with as our demands can be much but Spiro is always responsive to any of the requests we have and are very communicative throughout the process.
There really isn't much that I don't like about the software. If you want to set up a campaign and select multiple contacts/pages, you can only do it one page at a time instead of selecting "select all". Very minor issue.

We use Spiro to organize leads, track the progressions, and house the data for all our accounts. Overall, the tool has been easy to use and easy to customize.
I'm a huge fan, mostly because I have used very expensive tools out there on the market. Compared to Spiro, they are extremely time intensive to set up with very limited support. What I love most is the support team at Spiro. They are extremely responsive and patient! They made the on-boarding process very easy. I was able to add my customizations easily and integrate with other tools with limited effort. My all time favorite feature is the Spiro assistant. This is great for inbound leads via email.
I think this is more of a learning curve - the reporting section is really rich in detail and I just don't have time to sit with all the different reports.

Having multiple accounts, and contacts within each account I am easily able to track my communication on a daily basis. This helps me to know when I have spoken to a customer, and exactly what we discussed. The follow up prompts are automatic, and with one click, I can remind myself to call each customer frequently. Also, the reminders are emailed to me, so that I know daily what I need to do.
I like the ease of use. When I send emails or receive them, they automatically populate in my contacts profile. This makes it very easy to track our conversations. Also, it is simple to email from Spiro, allowing me to stay in one screen.
I have had a few issues with lost contacts, but the customer service team at Spiro has been very quick to help me with this.

This software has allowed us to aggregate contacts and business opportunities across many users in multiple offices.
I think what we at Henderson Services are finding that we like the best about Spiro is the availability to have several people working out of the same group of contacts and to integrate all of our touches and opportunities so that we are all aware of who is working on what. The option to tailor the reminders experience to each of our own personalities really helps drive it home.
Occasionally certain pages are not set up quite the way we would like or do not have filter options that we need to see. Fortunately the Spiro team has been great about customizing our experience and helping use get those things integrated into our version.

Helped me uncover some deals I had forgotten about, called them, and got the business. I wasn't that familiar with running reports, so was hesitant at first to use them, but the customer support people at Spiro walked me through the reporting features and now I use them all the time.
Very easy to get up and running - the customer service team helped me import all of my contacts smoothly. I'm always on the go, so I make great use of the Email Assistant to check on my deals without having to even log into Spiro. It's great. And I love the reports - not only are they easy to use, but they are helping me discover deals that need more attention.

My company has seen an uptake in overall customer interaction and collaboration between sales personnel. It has been a great place to come together on projects with multiple departments being able to utilize easy to access customer information.
This has been one of the best CRM experiences that I have had. I have used several others, but this was a breeze to use, the phone app is fantastic, integration with corporate email was simple: just everything really.
We have had some cases where we needed some more functionality. However, Spiro was eager to address our concerns and has really come through on our requests.
