    We're in the process of switching our CRMS, from AgileCRM.com, to a new CRM. We're evaluating lots of CRMs (Including Zoho, Freshworks CRM, Nimble, Nutshell, Pipedrive, and others). We believe SalesMate is by far, the best value for our money, based on the features we need. It's simple, yet complete, easy to use, and very affordable Lack of lead scoring, and more advanced Zapier integrations I was ready to jump into buying Zoho CRM for our organization, when I bumped into SalesMate because one of their marketing staff reached out to us looking to be a guest author on our blog. So I decided to check out SalesMates website. As soon as I landed on the page, I was very impressed about what I saw listed in the features, their beautiful design, and their easy to reach support via live chat. Within 30 min, after reading a lot on the website, I decided to sign-up for the free trial. Im the type of guy who loves to test, click, open and see all the settings and features I can customize to truly get a feel for the software. I was very quickly impressed at how beautiful the user interface was, how well organized all the settings and features where, and the impressive level of customization the software allows. I then started looking at my list of features that I required for my team, in order to more seriously determine if this app was a real potential CRM we could use to replace AgileCRM.com, as I went through my list and searched for the functionality and features we needed, I was shockingly impressed how it checked almost all but two of our requirements - VERY impressive! No other CRM we had evaluated so far was this good in terms of features, pricing, and value for our team. The closest other one was Zoho CRM. So yes, Im quite impressed how SalesMate built this CRM to be sales focused, including multi-channel communication with our users and contacts via Email, SMS, and VoIP calls (all built into the app, no 3rd party app needed). They also have full native integrations with Gmail, Google Calendar and other apps we use (Such as Quickbooks Online). So yes, we love this so far!     I use salemate to save me a lot of time in admin when I can send emails with tags and see who has read my emails. If there are iussues, they are quick to fix them. Their customer support is amaxing and very friendly. I love how I can emails to group of people which need for my business and saves me time having to find the emails and typoe them one by one. I love how I can create email templates and use which one I want when I email prospects information as it saves me a heap of time re writing the email or copy and pasting. It's a breeze. I also love the fact I can store all my contacts and information and assign tage to each one as well as the companies. Very handy. Their improrting feature is excellent which easily stores CSV files instantly. Very handy migration tool. Salesmate have many other features such as calling and email sequencing which I havent used as yet, but heard it's very good. A great product and worth investing not a lot of money. It's one of the smaller CRM companies but I find they are one of the best as we aren't just a number. They value feedback and their support take their time to listen to us and help whenever I need it. Tech issues time to time but they are quick to fix them when they arise. I would like to see a bigger Salesmate UI email body screen to type emails. Screen is a little small, but I use Gmail UI using the Salesmate Plugin so it doesnt matter unless sending to email tags. Be awesone if I can use Gmail with salemate Plugin for tagging instead of using the Salesmate UI. Less admin time. Easilly store contacts and their information and can see the email threads in their contact. Very handy when need to see the emails you have sent to customers. email tagging. Using it every month. Saves me a heap of time as I can send an to a group of people without having to type their individual email. Email tracking. Love it. I can see who has opoened and read my email including attachments.

    I really like the very intuitive interface. It's easy to get ahold of it. They have a lot of very interesting functionnalities, that allows me to keep in track with my demanding clients. The support is extremely reactive. I usually get an answer within five minutes and the second level support is very very reactive. I've a few issue here and there, especially with migrating from an opponent, but it was quickly solved. They are also very open minded. I once needed a functionnality for one day from a higher plan. I just needed it for one day, in order to finish up a task. They agreed to let me use the higher plan for free for almost a week! How appreciated. I can't think of anything in particular. The few issues I've had here and there were resolved. I did have a few functionnality suggestions, but I can't think of anything right now. This is quite a great product. I've explored many CRM, and salesmate is by far the best for me! Make sure to be extremely aware of all functionalities. I discovered some afterwards and regretted not using them right away. Also consider the plan you want to go for. If you ever need to contact the support, make sure to be very precise and your issue will most likely be resolved fast. I needed to have a CRM that lets me follow-up with each clients individually, withouth overwhelming me with tasks. A simple example: They have a functionnality that automatically creates a to do task if the client doesn't answer the e-mail. This is extremely helpful for follow-up and it's not overwhelming. No repetitive useless work.

    The ability to customize this software to do exactly what you want is incredible, you can create workflows so repetitive that literally the media will configure it to copy and the field routine you want. The email is fantastic the views and the reports are beautifully designed and everything can be edited to my liking. Extract data from social media profiles, you can create as many email templates as you want. I love that there is excellent customer service I also like that it is easy to use and that you can send and track emails through the system. What I dislike is that sometimes the software may be delayed a bit on the desktop, but nothing that discourages me. For this to be the definitive solution for my business, I wish I could create agreements without having to add a contact that would be amazing and would pay for that. I would suggest adding social media links from Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube as standard, since they are obviously very popular and it is also great to see them try. SalesMate offers a set of features that is virtually complete and competes against CRMs that cost much more than SalesMate. The integration of Google is very good, the capacity of the template is excellent and there are workflow capabilities, I waited a few months to write this review since I am used to try the software and discard it once I discovered what really helps me Now I trust him completely and it is a natural part of my workflow. This software helps us fully satisfy our need for sales, maintain the database and record all communication with each customer, which is our basic need, we have been using Salesmate for 6 months now and they helped our team transfer all our database from a previous sales platform that was in place. The Salesmate team has always been quick to answer any questions we have and solve any minor problems we have had about the product.

    Ease of customization and very lightweight tool, it is cloud software so we can easily log in from any device and supports the proper UI in most of the device like Macbook, Windows Machine, They also have a native android app and IOS app. The email sync works flawlessly and syncs all the emails from my email provider. Very helpful in adding the calendar invite to the calendar based on the activity or the demo scheduled. At times the product gets slow and takes time to recover, needs multiple hard refreshes to fix this and their status page is not updated at the time of the incident and they don't have a proper track of product down incidence. The email tracking could be more accurate, it also shows the open history of the person who sent the information, also the email tracking shows the location of the server not of the person using the request, this is something that can be improved better. Enhancement of reports would be really helpful, it would be nice if we could export data periodically from the tool on a scheduler basis. We use it for inbound sales, outbound sales, customer success, and partner deal management. so overall the entire customer journey is managed in Salesmate across various teams in our company. Our sales team use salesmate to manage all the prospects and convert it to closure, similarly, our partner team uses this to convert parter lead to closure. CS team uses it for customer onboarding and churn management.

    The ease of use, features for what I need it to do and the support when i'm stuck or need alittle help, their right there every time and quickly via Chat, love it! I'm not a "write a review guy" but these guys and this product is becoming so valuable to my company and our selling efforts-easy 5 STARS! Well done and thank you, rarely do you find a product that gives you back more than what you need and expected t took alittle time to get comfortable, but really, that was days (maybe hours) and not a hard process. just familiarity as with anything new, so not much to complain about... (maybe the app could be improved, however, i really haven't used it/needed it much?) If this product is close to meeting your needs, i would not hesitate, buy it! The pipeline is adequate for our needs and helps keep things organized and visible. By far the single biggest feature is the email tracking. We are starting new website and marketing campaigns and to see who opened your email, clicked on your link to your website is very valuable to understanding our reach and exposure, etc. In addition, to be able to quickly log a task to help keep organized all on a single page view, really helpful tool.     We are a motor finance broker generating leads from our website via API integration, our previous CRM provider, who we have been loyal to for 11 years, was lacking in certain areas, mainly in the successful delivery of emails. We needed a solution to not only provide us with reliable email delivery, with Gmail integration but also enable lead distribution across our team. Salesmate not only gave us this but various other methods of communication too, enabling us to reach out to our customers using email, SMS, Whatsapp, chat, etc.. this gave us everything we needed. We had trials with the so-called "big boys" in this field, namely Pipedrive, Zoho, and Hubspot, and whilst these products were all good, they didn't offer an "out of the box" complete solution for all areas and to get something workable was going to be expensive. The real kicker for us with Salesmate is their level of support; it is by far the best I have experienced using any "SaaS" provider, they guarantee to respond in 3 mins on chat, and most of my emails were responded to [with a solution] also within 3 mins, which is brilliant and very important for us as a small business, helping us configure and customize the perfect environment for us to work with. The interface is intuitive, very clear, and uncomplicated and provides a solution to any business niche due to the endless configuration and customization options, using their automation module, you can literally configure the system to do pretty much anything! If you are looking for a CRM that is configurable to work with any business, with first-class support, Salesmate is definitely one to consider.
    Salesmate gives us everything we need as a small business, with a clear interface, and can adapt to any business. If I was being ultra picky, I would perhaps suggest the ability to remove or hide certain modules not applicable to our niche, e.g., we are a B2C business, so the company module is not really useable for us, but this is not a negative by any means.

    I have looked at trial versions of most of the major CRM's most of which did NOT have a VOIP component. The ones that did poorly worked and were buggy. I extensively looked at Bitrix24 (lacks certain functionality), worked with LessAnnoyingCRM integrated with SIMPLII VOIP (buggy). And I reviewed and/or used dozens of other CRMS. Salesmate VOIP (phone integration is very good). Don't be afraid to port main number through Salemsate just make sure you have good WIFI and/or CELLULAR DATA Plans.
    I use it for tracking, organizing everything I do for clients. It allows me to do billing much easier later and it allows for me to keep track of what is going on for each client.
    For each client, it tracks emails, text messages, activities, files, calendar events, phone calls, to-do items. Customization is quite good -- you add fields you need. Like was discovery received, full payment, partial payment, etc. You can later run reports. Integration with other apps is good; I use QuickBooks and DocuSign. Customer service is very good.
    They need to allow for exporting/reporting of text messages and emails. On the mobile app, allow the linking of incoming calls to deal(case)/client. The mobile app could be easier to use, but still very good. Search functionality on emails could be better. Ability to attach files greater than 10 MB to emails - noting most email apps have a 20 MB limit.

    Very similar in overall layout and user experience...but the features blow these others out of the water. Where alternative solutions had features either lacking or as an upgrade (ie having to spend an extra $10-$30/month/user) Salesmate has these features out-of-the-box.
    Nothing is perfect in life, but to give this a 9/10 wouldn't seem just as it's just such a good system. The features you get, for the price are just unbeatable...and I looked into a LOT of different systems before pulling the trigger on Salesmate. The app is smooth and works well, there is plenty of customizability and unlike most systems where I think 'It would be great if it did THIS' - with Salesmate 95% of the time, there is a way to do it, workaround or it is in the pipeline of tasks to implement. This is really well-architected software, at a great price, with great support. Not much more you could ask for. If you're looking at others mid-range software like Pipedrive, Freshsales, Agile or the like - I would strongly recommend Salesmate as the best solution...not sure how it would stack up to the Salesforce/HubSpot of the world, but the price to value ratio would likely put Salesmate in at #1.

    Salesmate gave us the tools we needed at this particular time for the best possible rates. It is not overly complicated, the service levels are great and it provides us with insight and features that we use most often. Others were too big, too complex, too expensive for our smaller group.
    I think Salesmate is really suited for the small and medium sized markets to manage and track sales activity. It provides you what you need and is not overloaded with all the extras you won't use, and you are charged appropriately for that. I would see Salesmate being a little too scaled down for say a larger enterprise organization where multiple organizations within the company need access to handle customer care, sales pricing like a CPQ, other more intricate processes that enterprise organizations have.
    Service is Awesome! The people handling the Chat are REAL individuals who are responsive and strive to provide you with every insight and nugget possible to help make the user experience simple and pleasant. I like the email sequence functionality where i can reach out to the masses quickly and be able to track their response rate, open rate and a few other stats that can tell us if our message is being received or ignored. The simplicity of the program makes it very easy to log activity. Although I do wish the activity feature would include a dropdown option for sending an email, the rest of the system is easy to navigate and nothing is more than just a few clicks away.
    If emails have failed to be sent out (because of server constraints) you can resend them to those people. However to do so, you have to click on each one individually to then select to re-enroll them in the email campaign. this is time consuming and I would recommend an option to "re-enroll ALL" when sending out bulk emails it would be nice to have the stat of those emails that came back as undeliverable. With people changing roles so quickly nowadays, this stat is critical to understand why open and response rates may be so low if this is the case.

    Amazing. Simply awesome. All I needed was a CRM that could 1. Send and receive emails in 2. Contact new leads from 3. Track email opens 4. Have a pipeline tracking feature 5. Have a way to create tasks 6. Allow me to use my signature. Those aren't crazy requests I don't think but out of allllllll the CRM's I tried they all either wanted way too much money for 1 of those features or didnt do them right. Ill say more about this in the next section.
    I was using Hubspot pretty exclusively and honestly they were great until I had issues. Then it went up in flames. My emails started going to spam whenever I sent them from Hubspot (not anywhere else). After finding 5 different forum threads about this and talking with 3 different reps at Hubspot I got nowhere. So I had to switch. And I am SO happy I did. Hubspot was great and the fact it was free was awesome but the second I needed help it became a nightmare and I had to then transfer alllllll my data from years of work over to a new platform (still doing that...). So I highly recommend just starting with a great platform like Salesmate and growing into that.
    I tried literally every CRM I could find on Google and nothing worked until I found Salesmate. I'm honestly struggling to write this review only because I keep rambling on about features I love that it gets way too long. Bottom line for me is this just works! It's so easy to use, easy to set up, every feature works (which may sound weird but I have had at least 10 other CRM's that features didn't work right or I had to do some kind of workaround to have a basic email workflow), the layout is fantastic, the mobile app works great, the price is good - I can't fault this! And when I say I tried every other CRM I could find, I mean it. I didn't try Salesmate sooner because I couldn't find it sooner. I can't recommend Salesmate enough and again - I have tried SO MANY other CRM's including Hubspot, Zendesk Sell, Nutshell, Pipedrive, Keep, Salesforce, Monday.com, ClickUp, Airtable, the list goes on and on and on. This is honestly the best. Just sign up for Salesmate. If you are still reading, just do it!
    The only thing I can say is within the deals page when you click on a deal I wish that was laid out a little better. But I am truly nitpicking here. You can work everything just fine, I have had no issues, it's so easy to keep track of everything, I just wish this one page was a little easier but in my opinion that is not a reason to avoid this platform. Again, just sign up. I love everything about this platform. I will say, I haven't experienced the customer service yet but there is a chat icon right at the top of the screen and already that is better than a lot of other CRM's I've tried.

    Fantastic value for a CRM platform with easy staff onboarding and great back-end webhook integration support
    Salesmate is a great software platform for small/medium businesses. We're in the process of building a highly automated sales / project management workflow, and Salesmate has by far the most powerful and user-friendly workflow automations (via Webhooks) that I've come across in testing many of the popular CRMs. Theoretically Salesforce is more powerful, but is also astronomically more complicated to actually configure - where Salesmate is straightforward and with only a moderate level of programming experience can be customized via Zapier or other web 2.0 services. I've had many deep-dive technical conversations with the support team, and they've been absolutely astounding with fast and knowledgable responses to my questions about the platforms and the API. The platform is very user friendly and took little time to onboard a team of 10 - far better than previous CRMs that we've worked with. The card view for deal progress is great and really helps visualize your sales pipeline. Also, while it still has a few minor quirks, Salesmate is by far the best CRM value across any platform that I've tested (and I've pretty much exhausted the list of CRMs!)
    We transitioned from Base CRM, which has phenomenal email tracking support when integrated with Gmail - every email was associated automatically with the correct contact or deal automagically. Salesmate is working on this functionality, but at present only incoming emails are connected to contacts. (Outgoing emails sent through Salesmate are too, but outgoing from your desktop mail client or Gmail aren't). I've had several great/productive conversations with the support team and they're actively working on this however, and at the rate they're improving the platform I'm looking forward to having this functionality in the not too distant future! Minor nitpick is the API documentation is also a little lacking, but actually has had some updates while I've been writing code against it and is getting a bit better. The acceptable API docs are offset however by the absolutely fantastic support, so if you ever are scratching your head or not quite getting the API response you'd expect, just ask!

    We have been using Salesmate for 6months now. They helped our team transfer our entire database from a previous sales crm that was in place. The team at Salesmate has always been prompt to response to any questions we have and fix any minor issues that we have had. Onto the product... I've used existing sales crm's such as Salesforce, Base, and HighRise. We wanted something a little more light weight since we have a small sales team. Salesmate fit the bill perfectly. The dashboard give you a great snapshot of activities, sales goals, and current forecast. The UI is easy to navigate and is broken down by Activites, Contact, Companies, Deals, and Reports. As I mentioned previously, this is a light weight crm but still has some features that are built for larger sales teams and enterprise clients. Salesmates' workflows are particularly useful from an automation standpoint. They are seemingly endless possibilities especially when you bring in Zapier to the mix. They have a top notch tagging and email set up as well. It's very easy to search and find the data. The team at Salesmate is constantly adding new features and are great at taking feedback from customers.

    In fairness, I used Zoho CRM in my previous company, and i just found it to be too much, too clunky to move from screen to screen. Salesmate keeps all your info on an individual on one page!

    I've been able to be more productive, follow up with more customers in a timely manner, and close more deals because of Salesmate! It's priced well, especially for a start up company, like me, and I truly feel they care about your overall success, both with the CRM as well as your business.
    I pick companies to work with based on their functionality and support. Is this software going to enhance my business and can I reach someone in a timely manner if I need assistance? The answer is YES with Salesmate! I can do things now with Salesmate that I only wished I could do on other CRMs. It is a seemingly robust system, and although a fairly new company, they are making system enhancements along the way, on the back end, and these system changes or upgrades do not negatively impact me. The best feature of Salesmate, however, is their IT support. Wow!! They're amazing! They instantly respond to the online chat feature and will ask you if they can remotely take over your screen if you're in a bind. For this reason alone, I will continue to support Salesmate. 5 stars!!
    A little cumbersome in some ways. Intuitive in some aspects and a little confusing with other modules. Good thing there's tech support! Their IT support is top notch!

    Our sales and retention department use Salesmate. Sales have an easier time tracking presentations and deals along with a number of contacts made with the client while tracking calls, too.     Salesmate allows you to run campaigns through the platform to help with tracking the number of clicks along with your open rate. It's easy to use for follow-ups and scheduled activities. The deal pipeline is easy to use and easily viewed. Salesmate also syncs well with Google calendar.
    The adopting of Salesmate was easy to transfer. Our company had an easy time integrating with Google Calendar. Salesmate often has trouble with syncing with RingCentral so there are multiple times that you have to re-authorize in order to track and log calls/ recordings.

    Salesmate had a lot of potential, but I couldn't find information about the company that was creating it, or any info on the executive team. I tried contacting them and asking, but they kept redirecting and stalling, and eventually stopped answering me, so I deleted all my information from within the product and I will be looking elsewhere.
