Customers love Salesmate's for its intuitive design and user-friendly navigation and powerful features such as task automation, calendar sync, and automated emails that are built right into the system. 5.0Salesmate packs a ton of value delivered with unparalleled simplicity. You get the usual contact and sales pipeline management software for the same price or better than most competitors. On top of this, they really stack up the value. I truly wanted to like both, Zoho & Insightly, but the value and simplicity were not there. On top of the basics, they pack on multiple pipelines, which I use to run various side gigs since I can use more than one email with the CRM. From scheduling software to webforms forms to marketing journeys to web chat apps to calling and texting built into the software, Salesmate is a unique value proposition in the marketplace and is a true game changer. 4.0While using it more than 4 months i didn't find any issues with any feature. But i felt its G-suit integration process little bit difficult. Also i would to mention its community support which is less impressive than other CRMs like Pipedrive or TeamWave.

10.0We currently use Salesmate throughout our organization. Initially it was implemented for our sales department only. Salesmate has so many great features that we have now expanded it throughout our organization. The use of different pipelines, customizable fields, automation, and customizable sharing features has allowed us to expand its use within our company.

10.0My husband and I own a small online marketing agency and we finally got to the point where we needed a CRM. We had used Hubspot, Salesforce, and some others in previous jobs and there were things we didn't like about all of them. I came across Salesmate about a year ago and I was blown away by all of the features. It was a simplified version of Salesforce where they stripped out all the stuff an average person would never use. Salesmate is so intuitive and I love how they are adding new things (like multi-step automation) all the time. It also integrates well with Zapier, so we can connect it to the many other systems we use in our agency. We use the phone number features, texting, the mobile app, and have started digging more into email sequences. My favorite thing is that there is always a tech support person a short chat away. I click the button, type my question, and within a few minutes, I have an answer on how to do something. That level of support is basically unheard of in a software company. Salesmate has been a tremendous help in keeping us organized.

10.0I use Salesmate to manage the entire sales process for my organization. The application allows me to strategize the best outreach when I am looking to connect with new clients and will enable me to streamline communications with existing clients. I have used several other CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Copper, and Pipedrive - this is by far the most robust and user-friendly. On top of its features, it comes at an incredible value. I can't recommend this platform enough to other people; I love it.

Nutraceutical Industry is a booming industry these days and there is no proper CRM solution for this industry. I tried with many renowned CRMs, but they couldn't satisfy my needs which are basically to monitor sales in a well-organized way. I came across Salesmate in a youtube ad and thought of giving it a try. It actually gave me the solution to almost all of my issues. Starting from a properly organized client list to well-planned activities, I can now do all the things via Salesmate without missing a follow-up. And I can efficiently observe my sales team also. 8.0We first set out to locate a CRM system that would help us streamline our sales and support processes while also providing improved reporting. After reviewing the functionality of Salesmate, I quickly realised that it could be used for more than simply sales. It could also be used for customer support and marketing. With the addition of forms, automation, and bulk-emailing, we decided to use it for all aspects of customer relationship management in order to gain a better 360-degree perspective of our prospects and members. We've been using Salesmate for our complete operating suite, and it's been great so far. Excellent UI, features, and customer service.
8.0We use Salesmate as our CDP and rely heavily on its API and use of automated workflows to help make our sales funnel more efficient. So far, we've found it to be a great tool compared with other CRMs/CDPs.
Salesmate could improve its API documentation. Salesmate could have account-level settings which default for all users.

5.0Salesmate has revolutionised how our business operates. Our systems have been simplified and become much more efficient. The ability to send bulk email and bulk text/SMS messages is critical to our business and Salesmate does this seamlessly. The comprehensive search capabilities have allowed us to speed up our processes and stay on top of our client data, ensuring that everything is always up to date. I wish we had found Salesmate years ago! I highly recommend Salesmate.
5.0The pipeline is adequate for our needs and helps keep things organized and visible. By far the single biggest feature is the email tracking. We are starting new website and marketing campaigns and to see who opened your email, clicked on your link to your website is very valuable to understanding our reach and exposure, etc. In addition, to be able to quickly log a task to help keep organized all on a single page view, really helpful tool. 5.0Amazing. Simply awesome. All I needed was a CRM that could 1. Send and receive emails in 2. Contact new leads from 3. Track email opens 4. Have a pipeline tracking feature 5. Have a way to create tasks 6. Allow me to use my signature. Those aren't crazy requests I don't think but out of allllllll the CRM's I tried they all either wanted way too much money for 1 of those features or didnt do them right. Ill say more about this in the next section.
5.0Our sales and retention department use Salesmate. Sales have an easier time tracking presentations and deals along with a number of contacts made with the client while tracking calls, too. Our retention department uses Salesmate to schedule calls with current clients. Helps with scheduling follow-ups and activities in order to contact our current clients multiple times.
5.0My business was able to use salesmate to eliminate all of the complex systems we were using, simplify and streamline. Our business process has gone from long and stressful to easy and fast--- and fun! Salesmate is fun to use, and it makes our jobs more fun to do.

1.0Salesmate had a lot of potential, but I couldn't find information about the company that was creating it, or any info on the executive team. I tried contacting them and asking, but they kept redirecting and stalling, and eventually stopped answering me, so I deleted all my information from within the product and I will be looking elsewhere.
