    After testing several CRMs, Bitrix24 provided an outstanding number of features with the ease of use that we need in our accounting firm.     The emails they did say hid the warning messaging so far in the subject & email, that you wouldn't have been able to tell them from marketing emails from the company. Their customer support was RUDE, unapologetic, and defensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    Zero customer support, zero soft skills. The management is either on a holiday or doesn't care too much about their company. Worst is when they haven't replied for hours until that moment you want to go to bed. This is in the 2 decades i am involved in customer support by far the worst company i've had to deal with.     They increase prices, and they deceive you!! When you want to downgrade your plan from a commercial plan to a free one, they locked your account & all your data, and a message appears that they can't bring you back to the free plan!!! Even if you try to disable all the paid features! My 8 months of experience with them was good but now, I believe this software is a piece of s***t. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    We initially locked in a forever pricing option that they said will never change on the ad copy. A few years down the line they denied this was ever the case. Watch out -they are dishonest.

    after pay 1500 dolars for only usefulable plan, I needed to pay 3000 dolars for developers to integrate that, all the developers tells different stories, its startup we have, its extremely abusive , AND ONCE YOU PAID , THERE IS NO REFUND, SO THATS A TRAP

    Our company implemented this company-wide. Its "Facebook" like features (posting updates and commenting on them) and chat are OK, but all the rest is messy. As far as project management goes, it's clunky and outdated. Not intuitive, not user-friendly, the wiki is 80's style, no clear overview of projects and tasks (everything is organized in workgroups which is a mess).

    Our team use Bitrix24 as an all-in-one tool for our business needs. CRM, task management, communication tools are really awesome. New features are also quite useful, like facebook open channel and CRM forms. Recommend to use for small and medium businesses.
