    First of all, we must know what Bitrix24 is. It is a multi-operations software that allows multi-tasking in different ways: Creating selling sites, automating sales, or project management with rich communication features. Thats why it is called the All-In-One. After logging in, we will directly notice the well-designed dashboard with tabs clearly separated. We can click on any tab we want from the left corner of the screen. It is very straightforward and navigation-friendly. The principal tabs on the dashboard constitute the things that I like the most about this software: - The Activity Stream from which we can see the employees of a given project with whom we can interact through chats (both video or text) or comments; theres a comment section for the different projects. While writing, we can share files and use emojis. This particular feature shows that the software keeps up with the technological trend, because emojis mean alot to people; - The Employees tab presents the organizational chart with the names of all the employees. And, we can organize it as we want by adding new members or removing some, creating different Departments, and sharing the roles. It just makes team management highly efficient; - The Tasks and projects tab allows us to create tasks and manage the different teams working on them. What is even more fabulous with this tab is that Bitrix24 gives us an Analytics kind-of-feature that shows in real-time the performances of the different projects, the timing from the beginning to the ending planned, the ongoing tasks, the completed ones, and the total; - The CRM which means Customer Relationship Management. This is the key element for any company to thrive in the digital world besides SEO (Search Engine Optimization). We cannot dig deep around it, since it is not our aim topic here. Just know that CRM is a tool that helps companies stay in touch with their clients by analyzing their needs to increase sales. Not only Bitrix24 has it. Microsoft, Salesforce, Zoho, to name just those, have it as well.     Lead Management, Gives Access to 50 people at an economical price, but it's useless without an employee performance report. Humble request to please look into this. I have been struggling for almost 2 months on the reporting part Bitrix24 is good for CRM and Business Develop, but when a sales CRM where 50+ employees work, the employee performance report means a lot for any business irrespective of big or small. Before sales, there are various processes, and actions that result in success or deal, and those steps involve Lead Management such as Lead Validation, Email Sent, Telephonic Calls Done. All these are lead management and engagement stages, and after that only success comes. It takes weeks/months/years to get a success, until then what each employee is putting in their effort - a report on same marks the employee's seriousness during their daily work, Bitrix24 does not have any such report. There is no custom report of each employee like what activities they have done, their lead efficiency management - no accuracy on the report, the number in Lead Funnel shown is incorrect. Let say in an organization if there are 50 employees the report should show the top performer and the non-performer according to their activity-based rank analysis, which should be how many emails sent how many calls done. Bitix24 does not have a system to give all employees performance report, which the Business Head can look at it. This is where I feel, Bitix24 is a very immature sales CRM when it comes to employee performance custom reports as the report fails to capture the lead custom fields. Your team lacks a basic understanding of the sales process. I wonder how can your development guys miss such vital information? It would have been wonderful for any Business Head or CEO to have all their employees report in a horizontal way in a single window such as Employees Name - Total Inactive Leads - Total Email Sent - Total Calls Done - Success - Failure The Lead Validation process counts for Email sent on work email id This is an important report for any service industry, as they are not selling products, they are selling services, so its matter of success means truly churning and validation of leads, follow-up by email sent, and telephonic calls. If each salesperson is sending 50 emails in a day and doing 50 calls, that means the salesperson is validating the leads. If your system there is no way to figure out if the emails are sent through Britix24 server and through webmail, if it has bounced back there is no way to figure out, Without having the clarity on Lead Management Efficiency how would one assure success every time? I have not seen the vision of your company to help your customer grow, your product development vision and values are not aligned to bare sales basics, it's aligned on public demand. For the customer who has paid for two years in advance, you don't have any respect and value for their business needs that too the basic sales report and employee performance report. For the service industry where the fields are custom, then your system reports are a disaster and big failure. People like us only end up with regret and disappointment. It is a lesson for me that don't go for cheap rates, look at the things which make business sense for us. Sheer lack of employee lead management efficiency has put has to big-time failure. The thing which the sales team has shown about the lead funnel, in practice it is not working. Finally, a sales CRM without the basic reports of employee performance, what value does it bring for us. Please do not cheat your customers as they come with trust in your brand and then only to regret it. We have worked on other brands they are not what you proclaim to be worlds to 5 brand but they know the basics of what can be done to help their customer grow.     My life before I started with Bitrix24. I remembered that i had fun and could focus on my own business. Now I am licking my wounds and are stuck in a vortex of zero help and losing lots of money. Zero customer support, zero soft skills. The management is either on a holiday or doesn't care too much about their company. Worst is when they haven't replied for hours until that moment you want to go to bed. This is in the 2 decades i am involved in customer support by far the worst company i've had to deal with. Don't get involved with this company. As soon as they have your $$ you are on your own. Terrible service and literally lost thousands of dollars by a failing management I have realized that Bitrix24 is not a professional company. If you want to use their free services go ahead. However as soon as you want to use their professional services, that is when the troubles start. I've spend literally days and nights with them on the chat (no phone number) for something that could have been solved in 10 minutes. You will always receive a reply, however most of them are automated replies. They say that they are real humans but the answers you receive are making me doubt i am talking to real people. When you file a complaint and ask to speak to a manager, he is either on a holiday or he's giving the same generic answers. !!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I LOST LOTS OF CUSTOMERS AND MONEY BECAUSE OF THEIR LACK OF INTEREST IN THEIR CUSTOMERS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

    It is a good idea to have project management software, and Bitrix does do the basic job of tracking hours, tracking tasks, tracking projects, measuring productivity, among others. The community/group board feature on the homepage is nice in that you can interact with colleagues and even shows your colleagues' birthdays. There are so many things I dislike! 1. At the top of the page, where you turn on and off to track hours, when you aren't tracking hours, the section keeps flickering, which is so annoying; 2. the site is very heavy and uses a lot of computer memory; 3. it's just very clunky as a whole. It's not intuitive at all how you can track hours by project; even when you just want to pause the project, that option is not on the home page, and I've clicked check and accidentally finished projects when I hadn't completed them. 4. Productivity metrics are annoying; the list goes on I am sure there are other solutions that work so much better than Bitrix24. Tracking hours, tracking tasks, tracking projects, measuring productivity are the main problems I am solving. Benefits - at least the team has a centralized platform where we are tracking projectp progress

    If i could provide a lower score, I would. The company falsely advertises integrations with Quickbooks Online, it does not work. The software is a shell, meaning that the purchaser has to "create: every document and infrastructure in order for the application to even come close to working. The very thing that it appears it was designed for ( CRM) fails miserably. You wont even see your deals or opportunities move to the "next stage" without some form of manual manipulation. Telephone integration does absolutely nothing other than clog up your leads with calls with zero info on them. Top all of this off with the complete lack of support ( even in the paid version). They will take days to respond and then its with a canned response about going and researching the answer your self in a pile of some of the worst help files I have seen in my more than 30 years in business. Then, finally capped by this...once you have wasted the $1000.00 for the access to the software and the countless hours and thousands of dollars to try to get it to work with just basic day to day operation....you finally decide that their are much better options available (like Salesfoce) they will refuse to refund you any part of your remaining subscription. BUYER BE WARE- complete and total scam of a solution. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Definitely Not at all a matured technology with the failure to understand basics if it comes to the custom tab. Humble request please understand and Learn the basics of sales, what is important aspects to measure in every organization in sales is employee performance and lead management efficiency, The customer service you keep on banging your head but their support is like if they want they will give else you keep on reminding Hope you understand and trust your customer's hard-earned money, understand their problems, help them grow with the right kind of solutions, rather than just with your patient reply, "SORRY we don't have this feature right now, new development request has been created."

    I've tried a number of project management/collaboration tools including Asana, Basecamp, Wrike, Wunderlist, Zoho, Salesforce, etc. I can't speak to the customer support of Bitrix, as I haven't contacted them. So far, the system has been fairly reliable. The desktop Windows client is somewhat limited compared to the web version, but for most offices, I can't imagine this is a big deal. I really haven't used the CRM or telephony options, so I can't comment on them.
    1. Price. The free version offers a fantastic feature set for up to 12 users. Better yet, when you finally outgrow the 12 seats, the pricing model is the cheapest I've seen with this level of all around features. How can you beat an unlimited employees option with 100gb of storage for only $99 per month? It blows away the competition when it comes to the pricing model. 2. The feature set is very deep. One of my problems with tools like Asana is that it is absolutely fantastic when it comes to project management for small groups, but lacks Gannt charts, CRM functionality, etc. Don't get me wrong, Asana is a great tool, but a limited one to a specific use case scenario. 3. The developers of Bitrix have added additional functionality via Zapier. Zapier is similar to IFTTT, only it a paid program to connect 3rd party apps. 4. One-time cost option for on-premise organizations that need to satisfy specific regulatory or security requirements. Can add additional users to the platform for a one-time cost.
    1. Not as "snappy" fast as Asana and other super streamlined AJAX apps. Page loads and menus are heavier sometimes in functionality, but at a sacrifice of speed. It isn't terrible, but compared to the instant loading of other competitors, it is noticeable. 2. More work needs to be put in on the tutorials, FAQ's and general knowledge base. The system itself is actually more mature than the documentation describing how to use it. You will spend a bit of time learning how to find your way around. Hopefully they'll flesh this out as time goes on. 3. The user interface isn't as "slick" compared to some other options. To me, it just seems a bit busy. There are lots of powerful features within Bitrix, but things need a bit of cleaning up and "gloss" to make it really beautiful.

    l had a chance to use bitrix24 at an internship for cold calling to customers it recognizes and picks up old numbers from previous calls which is handy when you are making bulk calls it allows for other incoming calls whilst you are own call, recording of phone conversation and keeping of a list of contacts its the good to go platform if you have WiFi and you need to do bulk calls it allows web conferencing which is just great at a work place. its easy to use too, and you don't need to maintain anything at all it can be configured to give voicemail and instructions to clients you only need headphones, and a computer it does not necessarily require a telephone to make calls one can monitor calls directly at the workplace, no need to wait for the service provider to give you a call log at the end of the month like we used to do with Telone and other Zimbabwean service providers

    Our company implemented this company-wide. Its "Facebook" like features (posting updates and commenting on them) and chat are OK, but all the rest is messy. As far as project management goes, it's clunky and outdated. Not intuitive, not user-friendly, the wiki is 80's style, no clear overview of projects and tasks (everything is organized in workgroups which is a mess).
