    Use of Machine Learning Algorithms in Software which allows HCM software to do generate Analytics and interpret insights which company can benefit with planning and implementing strategies in company. This software has unique features to automate the recruitment process , encouraging employee engagement activities which establishes good work culture in the organization. It provides complete transparency across the hierarchy. The problem of Recruting right talent for the position is solved using this software, as it automatically copies the data from resume with the use of this unique feature called resume parsing, also it has hiring funnel in which you can locate all the candidates and monitor each and every task so that entire hiring process goes smoothly, After the hiring process is done , it provides the insights with use of machine learning algorithms in which it interprets the analytics about the things which took time in hiring process, from which interview procedure the most and least candidates selected so that in the next hiring process you can modify or change the hiring process.

Not just being the Best HCM platform, it is a great value for money product across the globe in this domain. nothing to dislike in specific, it resolves for all HR purposes it's simply a one-point solution as mentioned above

Having everything in one place- ATS, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Core HRIS, Payroll, attendance management- has made management and daily tasks' execution very efficient. Few terms used in the platform can be made easier to understand like NPS, Engagement Index. Recruitment- Resume Parsing, selection probability- can schedule for relevant applications first Attendance- Easy clock-in and tracking Performance Mgt- 360-degree Feedback: unbiased appraisal cycle, easy feedback submission, one-on-one Engagement- Easy company announcements, peer recognition, surveys, polls Payroll and HRIS system Leave Management

    Our association with PeopleHum was for a brief one year. When we signed our agreement there were multiple commitments promised by them which they did not deliver even after one year and during the course of our association there were many situations where their team was incompetent to solve problem, where our team provided a solution and still, they could not deliver. They were too keen to push us to their new user pricing by either leveraging our employee data or by sending email threats.
    One of the features that was interesting was Employee recognition
    The Measure performance feature was not upto the mark.

    It was like I was testing the product for them however the market understand is require by the product team. User manuals and testing guides should be available from day one, support needs a lot of improvement because of time difference. System is overall good and can be made better.
    features are good but need more understanding of the market where the customer is coming from.
    Too much bugs like testing, something that should be tested before releasing the product.

Because of this, it is not solely used by one department, but rather to connect the departments through one platform. It allows communication to be spread without having to contact several individuals to get information. It saves time and makes everything so easily accessible!
    It is well-suited for companies driven by communicative skills and organization. It may not be as necessary with companies that have departments that do not require direct communication to be navigated.

    As consultant and training for Digital Transformation in Europe, I get a lot of questions about HCM suites. That can be startups which find themselves with a fast growing workforce, or multinationals which need to consolidate a bundle of solutions into an integrated platform, and basically everything in between. The team of peopleHum matches the suite: there is not a standard answer and there is not a standard process. You will see that in the way they build their solutions, and in the way that they treat their customers. You are special, your processes are special, and most of all, your people are special!
    peopleHum managed to develop a HCM suite which is conversational in its usage, covers all critical processes in Human Capital Management, and supports every user in the organization in an understandable way. The feedback I enjoyed the most is "this is how I work" where with many other solutions the users have the feeling that they have to adjust their workflow to the system.
    The sneak-preview of the roadmap covers my concerns and those of my customers.

    We switched the moment they violated our contract terms and tried to leveraged our employee data to get us to switch to their new pricing, to top it off their team even sent out an email threating us.
    One of the features that was interesting was Employee recognition
    The Measure performance feature was not upto the mark.

    The solution is easy to use, covered off all of our requirements, the staff are friendly nothing was to much trouble, they are knowledgeable and able to answer all of our question, they are quick to respond to emails in fact the whole process is covered off in a timely manner.
    The old system was disjoined, resource heavy and very costly
    If you are looking for an end to end HR solution thats scalable, automated, ahead of the times and very good value for money People Hum is the solution for you - The solution is easy to use, implementation is quick, support time are fast, employees will love using it, it's control at your finger tips.
    The solution does not have any cons apart from we did not find it sooner.

Great for Employee Engagement & Measuring Alignment. 2. Holistic Performance Management. Integrating OKRs, KRAs, KPIs, Balanced Scorecard, MBOs 3. Succession Planning 4. 9 Box Talent Grid. 5. And more.

    -Digitalization -Friendly User Interface -Fast and convenient-assessed via mobile apps
    -Previous software was hard to use and not user friendly
    -Attendance is very fast and easy to track -Employee profile is quite detailed with the information required -Easy the manage the HR matters such as recognition, voice, appreciation & announcements -Considering the nature of our organisation, allows to post vacancies with proper clartiy.
    -Performance management is not aligned to the meet and expectation of business -Payroll is not integrated within PeopleHum, we use separate payroll system to facilitate for the payroll in line to attendance record

    peopleHum is a user-friendly HRIS with a great ESS experience. Our employees love the convenience of applying for leave at the push of a button! Hiring managers are delighted to have a one-stop-shop for all recruitment activities! We can now translate our talent management strategies into action through people Hum's Hire, Engage and Perform modules! The people Hum team is responsive and friendly. They have journeyed with us thru the implementation to months after. Whenever we have an issue, they sort it out quickly and effectively! They are open to feedback and suggested improvements Highly recommended!
    None so far. It has been a great experience!
