One of the great features of Sage People that almost every user is appreciating is its ability to automate employee communication. Also, the real-time performance monitoring tools it provides to understand the employee's performance are highly appreciated by the companies. In short, everything from managing employees' data and activity to communication, can be handled in this single platform.

5.0Its not the best but it gets the job done. The features and functionality are easy to use and easily integrated into any organization. I love the employee management aspect of the software as I can set goals and monitor them when needed.

9.0Sage People is used by our entire organization as our primary HR information system. We use it for our online recruitment and application process as well as for current employees. It provides self-service functionality for current employees, including features such as timecards, vacation/absence management, performance reviews, and online forms and benefits.
It is completely web-based so both employees and HR administrators can access the software from anywhere with no need to install special software. Sage People is based on the Salesforce.com platform so it has a robust API which is well documented and easy to integrate with other systems. Sage People can integrate with almost any payroll system using their "Payflow" interface Customer support is responsive and helpful.
9.0Worldwide uses Sage People across the entire global workforce. We have two business units, and operate in over 30 countries and manage all on Sage People. We use it as our holistic HR enterprise system, which includes Recruit, Data Management, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Merit and Bonus Planning, Manager and Employee Self-Service, and On+Off Boarding. This system allows us to have a system of truth, global processes, and enterprise-wide HR data and reports.
Sage is highly flexible and configurable, allowing us to manage the variety of geographies and functional units in one platform. Sage is highly customer focused, with great CSM support. Sage People will be able to integrate with other Sage pillars such as Accounting and Payroll.

All our company documents and policies can be found in one place which is extremely useful considering we're working from home. As a manager, it's helpful in tracking and managing productivity better. Overall, I feel it improves business efficiency.
Easy to configure, set up, and integrate with pre-existing tools we use on day to day basis. Since everyone is WFH, it can get confusing to know who's who. Sage People eliminates this process You can get access to employees in other departments like sales, development, etc.

Training manuals are not much useful. You always need a helping hand to move forward. When you have to look up employees, we have to provide their job title which I feel is not an efficient way.

We found out-of-the-box configuration and fields for employees and salary to be lacking and had to do extensive customization especially for salary. Basic salary functionality like uniform pay grades and automatic calculations based on FTE are lacking. This makes simple things like COLA adjustments to be a chore. It is very easy to customize, which is a "Pro", but also means that you might have to do quite a bit of customization to get it to do what you'd like. The employee Self-serve ("WX") interface can be a bit slow at times.

Sage Support is sometimes tricky, as the system is so configurable that each client's setup is unique. Sage is so configurable that at times it is a challenge to make use of all the functionality. Sage US Benefits functionality is progressing now that the company is building out the US based resources - CSM, Support, and Systems.

4.0We selected Fairsail as our Global HRIS solution 18 months ago and firmly believe we made the right choice for our specific business needs. The key positives being: ' Ease of configuration, enabling us to control/action changes internally and not rely on outside support ' Ability to tailor globally (to meet individual country's local requirement) ' Reporting functionality (using the Salesforce reporting engine) ' Cost effectiveness, compared to other similar products ' Speed of implementation ' Expert support My only small negative feedback would be that one or two of the modules within the product suite (e.g. Recruitment) still need further development in order to bring them up to the quality of the core HCM product. Having said that they are aware of the restrictions and are working to significantly improve them. Overall, having reviewed many other products, I would suggest Fairsail is one of the leading products for mid-size, multinational organisations.
4.0From start to finish the customer service from Fairsail was outstanding, in particular our account manager Dave Gulliver. The software has been easy to use and has all the appropriate fields required for the information we wish to store. There were a couple of issues in understanding the full capability of the system as design phase is done without using the system as a basis, therefore you have to define requirements without having experience of the system or being able to see it during the process. However, overall it is a straight forward fully functioning system for both employees and our HR teams to use and the reporting tool is also a good asset to have.
5.0Fairsail is simple to learn and easy to use and configure. It is powerful - includes all the core functionality most people will ever need across the entire employee lifecycle. Integrates really well with existing / other systems. Can be implemented rapidly. Sits on the salesforce platform which is very robust. The staff at Fairsail are fantastic to work with and offer outstanding service. The system is priced very reasonably, especially compared to bigger names in the market. Cannot recommend highly enough - by far and away the best HR software I have ever used!
5.0The software is great. I can usually set it up exactly how we need it to work, with few exceptions. It's intuitive and flexible - exactly what we needed. Really, my only source of frustration is with the documentation. It often isn't able to answer my questions and I either need to contact a support person or play around until I can figure it out. This is tough when trying to self-implement.
5.0Sage People is ideal to manage people, however it also allows staff the visibility of leave availability, pay slips, KPI's and reviews of performances. Highly recommended.
4.0The Sage people sales team were great to work with. we talked with them on several occasions and we developed a nice relationship and worked towards a resolution.
