What I like most about Viventium is the accuracy of the calculations from Wage Parity Benefits to payroll taxes. The previous payroll system we used was not calculating taxes correctly and every year we would get calls from employees about the taxes not being taken out correctly and them owing to the IRS. This system uses their home address and pairs it with their address on the NYS department of finance address lookup to accurately determine their tax liability. One of the upsides is that it is superfast to learn and process payroll. I went from taking 4 hours to do payroll for 1700 employees to 30 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it's simple to use and holds all my employee data. The onboarding package saves me 3-4 hours a week easily. The system is customizable and I was able to set up my onboarding to get exactly what I need from my new hires. Employees have access to all their data on the app so they can get their W-2, see and request vacation time, update direct deposit, review pay stubs, etc. We don't have to field those requests anymore. When you are on a specific employee, instead of an x on right of the window, there is a trash can. If you click that, the employee can easily be deleted - too easy if you ask me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When the time came to start using their service, and we were in the implementation stage, they were never ready to fix the issues we were having. In every meeting we had, we felt we were starting at square one. They were not professional and could not deliver the services as promised. I had to cancel and ended up staying with ADP, and now they refuse to refund me a measly $400.If I were them, I would care more about my reputation than such a small amount of money.During our implementation, even though we were no where near ready to go live, they were rushing us to do our first payroll with them and we felt as if they cared more about securing us as a client than making sure we were happy.

Where do I start? The person assigned to set up my payroll was brand new. My overtime was set up incorrectly and I lost thousands of dollars, but it was "my fault". They put the wrong state on all my paychecks. I asked them to correct it and it was never fixed. One of my employees was missing a day of pay on every paycheck and no one could tell me why. She ended up quitting because she thought we were shady even though we reimbursed her all the missing funds and corrected the issue. The person assigned to my account after we were set up wouldn't respond to my emails for weeks at a time. You have to input all deductions, wage garnishments, and health insurance. I've never worked with a payroll company that didn't handle these things. It ended up being so much more work and more headaches for me which was the exact opposite reason I signed up with them.

We use Viventium for our payroll software as well as for talent acquisition. The talent acquisition side feeds directly into payroll with new hire information and the payroll side integrates well with our scheduling software. The support and sales team are knowledgeable and supportive. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting all-in-one software. It has been particularly useful during the pandemic when we really had to reshape the way we interview and hire employees. Viventium allows us to handle everything virtually and it has been a lifesaver.
Feeds your job openings to several different job boards. Allows onboarding to be sent electronically. Payroll is able to be integrated with scheduling software. All new hires are automatically uploaded from the talent acquisition side into the payroll side.

We originally had a bigger company payroll system but when it made me cry, we knew we needed something else. Viventium showed me what they had and it looked too good to be true, but I tried it. I LOVE VIVENTIUM! We are in home health care and it is made perfectly for us. It doesn't have all the extra stuff that we don't need that gets in the way, it is pretty easy to learn, and it stores all our employee file documents so we don't have to have another secure storage system. I can get help quickly when I have a question, the reporting options are vast and I can even build my own if I need to. I brought Viventium to my corporate franchise owner and now most of our franchisees use it. My favorite part is the onboarding. We load our personal onboarding docs in their system, tell it where we need signatures and it does the rest! When I hire someone, I add name, email, and payrate to Viventium and the system takes care of ALL their paperwork for me! It even stores it automatically as they complete it. I only have to touch it one other time to verify the I-9, which is super simple through their system as well.

Viventium Software is used across our whole organization for multiple things, such as tracking our timeclock, assigning our PTO, payroll, etc. It is user friendly and offers us guidance when needed. It truly helps our Finance team keep track of the employees.

We are currently using Viventium software across our entire organization for HR and payroll purposes. It specifically addressed our lack of trust from our former payroll vendor. Our former vendor was very complex when submitting payroll, which caused confusion and errors; Viventium is very quick and agile to use in regards to processing payroll. We were also looking for a more user-friendly platform for our employees.

Viventium is top notch. The software meets all of my company's needs and then some. The integration and setup was seamless and the staff was there every step of the way. Having owned a home care agency for 14 years, my one and only regret has been partnering with Viventium. The concept is great and can be easily sold, but it is a skeleton company. They set you up and disappear. It's alarming that a company can be so novice, unprofessional, and clearly value you as a number over ensuring the accuracy of your payroll and the well-being of your business. If you are only looking for a platform and don't mind doing all the work, they might be a match for you. If you are looking to alleviate any of your workload, and hope to find a competent payroll company, I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. I don't like to complain, but I've never had such an awful experience. I switched to Centex Bookkeeping and Payroll and the level of knowledge, experience, and professionalism has been phenomenal.

Overall, I love Viventium. You can tell them that you want to see something or suggest an improvement to their software and they listen. They will work on the suggestions and roll out updates to the software. They ensure that any updates they roll out there are training aids for you to access. If you need a live person during business hours, you can get one.

Overall it is a great system. In the past we had a payroll system that took 3 employees 4-6 hours to complete each week. Now I do it by myself and it takes less than an hour to complete and also calculate my wage parity benefits for me instead of doing it manually.
