    The design of its interface is quite simple and easy to use, which allows me to perform a large number of tasks in a fairly simple way and without generating major complications, the fact that it is 100% customizable allows me to adapt it perfectly to my company, in such a way that I can adapt it according to the needs that we require within our company, the customer service is quite fast when answering my questions, the fact that allows us to upload our files in a fairly simple way and fast is something especially useful, especially when we load our payroll files in .CSV format, the fact that it allows me to make and generate detailed reports of the financial reality of my company is something quite simple to do and especially useful at the time of taking decisions that may impact the future of my company. Generating reports individually and in detail is a very simple task to perform, however if we want to generate several reports in a single file this is quite a difficult task to perform because loading the filters with the necessary information to loading the complete information can be quite complicated. It has been a great help to us to organize and plan in a much more dynamic, simple and practical way a large number of tasks and processes within my company, it has been especially useful for the human resources part with the calculation of payroll and financial analysis, where we can import the data loaded in an excel table and it will automatically do all the calculation in detail, optimizing time that we can use in other activities.

    Viventium has coma a long way from the company I started off with. Back then I practically had to call them with any change or instruction I needed. No more. They have gone high-tech with a sophisticated, yet easy to navigate, website that allows me to process my payroll the way i want and need. They are, of course, still there for me in case I need them. Their customer support is wonderful and attentive to my requests whenever I call them. Some minor occasional bugs. However, they are attentive and quickly fix any problems before they become costly. Switch to Viventum. You will be saving time, money and potentially costly mistakes. The ease of use and the in-depth software solution is the perfect match for me and my employees.

    This software is easy to use and makes processing payroll simple and quick. I don't like that customer service isn't always responsive to your questions and/or needs. The software itself, I don't like that it doesn't have a place for "reimbursements," but only has a place for deductions. You can put the reimbursements in the deductions as a negative amount, but that tends to confuse some employees. I haven't really noticed many issues when using the software. Viventium does allow for quick easy payroll processing.

    We used to spend 45 minutes with every new employee (we hire 5-8 a week) just doing paperwork. Then we had to scan that and store it digitally. We had to then shred the paper documents. It didn't make our new employees leave excited. They were tired of paperwork and having to write the same info on every form. Now, I tell them they'll have an email from us by the time they get home and they can log in and do everything on line. Once they put in one piece of info, the system fills that in wherever it shows up. Viventium stores all of that for me online (HIPPA compliant) and I can add additional documents that are unique to each individual whenever I want. Payroll is quick and easy. I understand the programs and I know I'm getting people paid correctly. I love the interface and how easy it is to understand.

    Having owned a home care agency for 14 years, my one and only regret has been partnering with Viventium. The concept is great and can be easily sold, but it is a skeleton company. They set you up and disappear. It's alarming that a company can be so novice, unprofessional, and clearly value you as a number over ensuring the accuracy of your payroll and the well-being of your business. If you are only looking for a platform and don't mind doing all the work, they might be a match for you. If you are looking to alleviate any of your workload, and hope to find a competent payroll company, I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. I don't like to complain, but I've never had such an awful experience. I switched to Centex Bookkeeping and Payroll and the level of knowledge, experience, and professionalism has been phenomenal.

    We used Paylocity previously to Viventium. I would say hands down, Paylocity has better functionality and more power. What they are lacking is customer service and accuracy. When it comes to payroll, those are the two things that are critical. Viventium has the backing of a long history of a payroll company, it all depends on what you are looking for. An HRIS, or a payroll company. I wanted a mix of both. I also wanted to move away from the per transaction pricing structure, with Paylocity, we were charged for every little thing. It got to be a hunt for the over charges.
    Love Viventium, can't say enough positive things about our experience. Of course, this is really in comparison to our old vendor. It was easy to implement, has been easy to maintain on a daily basis. There is some functionality that I think could be changed, however, it is minor. Processing payroll, which was our one main pain in the past has become very easy to do, errors are non-existent. While our main payroll person was out, the substitute didn't submit payroll, the error wasn't noticed until 9 am on the day of payroll. The Viventium customer service staff saw to it that everyone was paid that day by 5 pm. Win! Functionality moving around in Viventium has been great, it is easy to move from one employee to the next, or even one screen type between employees. Customization is easy and wonderful. I would say that Viventium is great for a company that wants hands-on customer service in the implementation process. Budget wise, paying per employee per month was a much better pricing model for us, it has saved me in the long run. I am able to run extra checks in the year without having to worry about the expense.
    User-friendly, easy to navigate around the system. Employees love it. Payroll is very fast and quick, logical steps. Customer support is great.
    More items that employees can change (address/withholding) HR having the ability to cancel leave (vacation/PTO/sick) instead of just the manager Ability to show when deductions dropped/started

    After 2 weeks of one-on-one phone calls with my "trainer" from ADP, I ran my first payroll by myself. They called me the next day and asked if I needed help and I said I THOUGHT I had done it ok. The trainer was floored. He actually said to me "NOBODY is ever able to run their first payroll on their own!" Doesn't that just say it all??? It was SO confusing. There was so much to navigate around and things that I did not understand. With Vivenium, they did a 60 minute walk through on video with me and I was ready to go. I had questions after that as I hit unique situations, but I had someone to call and email and I always got my questions answered. They would fix the issue for me AND tell me how to do it myself so that I could learn for the next time.
    I love it for health care. It does everything we need including auto pay, auto deductions, API's to incorporate with other software, and I can always find the info I need. If you're a super large company (big box store, major chain), you probably need more than Viventium can do. But I haven't run into a single thing yet that we need it to do that it can't. And since we've been with them, they've added new features so they're always improving it.

    My biggest complaint is that one search feature shows results as you type and the other requires you to hit enter to search. Seriously. That is my biggest complaint.

    Viventium is top notch. The software meets all of my company's needs and then some. The integration and setup was seamless and the staff was there every step of the way. Whatever we need - reports, changes, updates - the team is always on top of it. It is very user-friendly and you are able to move in and out of the areas in the program with ease.
    The number one aspect of the software is that it meets all of our DOL requirements and regulations. We were out of compliance for many areas, but the software helped correct those areas for the future, and helped us to make the corrections for the past. They were able to integrate our old software seamlessly.

    Viventium seemed more Home Care focused and I liked the idea of all on-boarding on one site.
    I really loved the idea of having the entire onboarding process online and on one site. Going paperless and having all documents stored online seemed like a dream. That probably should've been my first sign... too good to be true.
    Where do I start? The person assigned to set up my payroll was brand new. My overtime was set up incorrectly and I lost thousands of dollars, but it was "my fault". They put the wrong state on all my paychecks. I asked them to correct it and it was never fixed. One of my employees was missing a day of pay on every paycheck and no one could tell me why. She ended up quitting because she thought we were shady even though we reimbursed her all the missing funds and corrected the issue. The person assigned to my account after we were set up wouldn't respond to my emails for weeks at a time. You have to input all deductions, wage garnishments, and health insurance. I've never worked with a payroll company that didn't handle these things. It ended up being so much more work and more headaches for me which was the exact opposite reason I signed up with them.

    I cried trying to submit payroll using ADP. After I was able to run payroll all by myself (on the third try), my rep said "Wow! Nobody ever gets it done on their own that fast." That's not ok! It shouldn't take 2 months for me to learn how to pay people. Viventium showed me their platform and made sure all my questions were answered before I ever switched. Then they made the transfer process almost painless. They did all the work.
    I am a believer. Viventium customer service has been unmatched. I get help right away, anytime I need it. The system is designed for my industry and so it doesn't have hundreds of other parts that get in the way and confuse me. I feel like payroll is easy to run and the onboarding process is a life saver. I cannot say enough good things about Viventium.
    I wish it integrated with my other business programs behind the scenes, but there are hundreds of those out there so I'm not surprised it can't talk to each one. They helped me set up personal reports which make that communication quick and easy.

    Overall this is a great product and the Customer Service team has done everything they promised and more. They were able to custom setup up our payroll and has really saved the company lot of time and money. The UI is easy to use and has real-time saving, so we never lose changes. I would recommend this product to everyone.
    This software has very user-friendly UI that anyone can pick up. I love that it is in real-time, so when you make changes or add data, the software saves it. their customer service is great! My Client Service team answers questions immediately and know their product really well which is great since we never get bounced around by support techs. Since we are a medium company we import multiple CSV files per payroll and they were able to custom map each file for us so that we completely eliminated manual entry.
    The only con that we have with this software is that it isn't always available in the google chrome and safari browsers. We do have individuals that e to use macbook laptops that have trouble utilizing this software.

    I am very unhappy with their lack of professionalism and customer service.
    What made my team and I want to switch was the advertised time savings we would have in processing our payroll and the detail in their paystubs but they were not able to deliver what was promised.
    When the time came to start using their service, and we were in the implementation stage, they were never ready to fix the issues we were having. In every meeting we had, we felt we were starting at square one. They were not professional and could not deliver the services as promised. I had to cancel and ended up staying with ADP, and now they refuse to refund me a measly $400.If I were them, I would care more about my reputation than such a small amount of money.During our implementation, even though we were no where near ready to go live, they were rushing us to do our first payroll with them and we felt as if they cared more about securing us as a client than making sure we were happy.

    We looked into a few different software providers in the payroll space when making a change from our original provider. Viventium stood out to us because they were able to speak our language. They specialize in the Home Care space and understand our industry-specific needs and concerns and how to address them. The Electronic On-Boarding was a game-changer. In this Pandemic, this platform allows us the capability and flexibility to continue to bring employees on in a safe and streamlined manner. The customer service and the overall ease of use are wonderful. Viventium is a great addition to our growing company.
    Currently, I think there is room for improvement for HRMS functions. While they do not claim to be an HRMS platform, some of the basic functionality like interdepartmental controls and managers being able to access only their team's info within the system would be helpful.

    I would highly recommend Viventium to anyone who is planning to hire a payroll company. I believe they are the best solution to any firm's payroll needs.

    Every once an a while there is some minor bug in the software. However, it is becoming better each time.
