    We used PeopleStrategy and it was used for a trial period in our company department. It allowed employees accessibility to view personal information. We had programs that were much more efficient to work with than the people along with the system that PeopleStrategy claimed to support. I didn't really have any type of component in the selection of this system as it was in the area before I joined the team. The covering tool was really poorly made. When running reports, the only alternative that worked successfully was to run a generic record of all comprehensive individuals and also pair it in Excel based on the information you were trying to remove. No user information was offered when changes were made to specific areas on the HRIS side, so when someone changed something, there was no other way to later identify who the change was initiated by. This made it very difficult to identify high quality issues. Unless PeopleStrategy has really renewed the high quality assistance it offers its users, as well as the system they support, there is no scenario in which I would certainly recommend them to an additional Human Resources specialist. I would choose to save them from the frustration and problems that I wish someone had provided us with. Third party linking to the payroll was inadequate and, in some cases, did not really convey accurate information, in addition to consisting of payment modifications, address adjustments, various updates. The annual benefit registration process took months to prepare outside the normal negotiations that take place with our suppliers. After the implementation was actually done, the coverage we had to produce was unreliable, which forced us to double check everyone. It was time consuming as well.

    In fact, I was asked about the use of PeopleStrategy in my daily work activities, both from colleagues in the Human Resources sector and from large and small companies. In fact, I have never found a system that does all the little things that I need to do. The program's functionality is above any type that I have needed to use in the past. Yes, we were able to make extremely likely upgrades to PeopleStrategy on the payroll, as well as onboarding human resources and also tracking locations compared to what we had before. We were performing a number of manual actions that we no longer need to do. Excel reports can use a minor redesign to make them less complicated to check and work with. I wish that supervisors can authorize requests for modification of various activities through e-mail. It is feasible for pause demands, but not for puncture change demands. If you are a small business and have a payroll status, with no continuous changes over the years, you will be gold here. If you are a larger company, you are likely to have difficulties, especially today in all the restrictions of the pandemic, where companies are becoming leaner and their payroll staff has declined. Before PeopleStrategy, workers would certainly need to warn us or other supervisors when they were going on vacation or if they were more likely to be ill, in addition to leading to a shortage of staff at various celebrations. After we started using PeopleStrategy for indiscriminate demands, this problem is gone and it is now extremely easy for supervisors to approve the break without having to manage a paper schedule or Excel spreadsheet.

    This is one of my company's most functional HR sources. Taking care of individuals and the workforce may have been a nuisance, but the HR group has had a very easy life with PeopleStrategy. It also helps us when hiring. Our recruitment plans have been excellent since we used it. Easy implementation and excellent assistance are provided by the company. The user interface experience should continue to be refined to make it simple and easy to use. I have been using PeopleStrategy for the past few months and I am very pleased with the consistent improvement in product functions and performance. The efficiency and reliability of the system has been impressive. PeopleStrategy is involved and listens to our suggestions, as well as addressing our issues in a timely manner. The product has the full function of the service to meet the organization's requirements, interest and take care of the employees' life cycle. PeopleStrategy has been really encouraging to pay attention to us, understanding our needs. It is a good partnership as long as the item continues to progress and grow together with us. Fantastic product and assistance, we have changed laborious spreadsheets and also the individual experience is excellent, the essential element is to have an excellent managed services contract. Select an excellent managed solutions contract and also check the referrals of the treated solutions and also of the execution team.

    We didn't use a time clock prior to going with PS so that was helpful and the tracking of PTO with in the system was very much needed.
    Random Error's occur with the payroll system at least once a quarter. Employee's hourly rate change even when I NEVER touched that person account, If I do change someone's hourly rate I need to go to 2 places to make sure it reflects on the PTO, and Holiday hours too. System paid an employee a pay cycle after I terminated them. I guess we didn't buy the "onboarding" part of the system because we do NOT hire that often so I still must gather a bunch of info manually form the new employee before I can get them in the system. I think there are TOO MANY report options so I can never find what I want to do. I a-only use the same 3 or 4 reports on a payroll week and that's it. I wish I could use it for more employee management related reports but I don't have time to teach myself.

    totally integrated HR administration from applicant attraction, qualifying, on-boarding, payroll, etc.
    i can't think of any negatives, except the suite doesn't include multirater reviews (i.e 360's) an integral part of people management.

    ADP and Oracle are systems I have used and the GUI of Oracle even as antiquated as it is was vastly more efficient to work with than the people as well as system that PeopleStrategy claimed to be supporting. I didn't have any part in the selection of this system as it was in place before I was part of the team. We promptly began looking into all in one systems so that we could convert to a better experience for us as administrators and for the employees and their use. We ulitmatelt converted to ADP this year and even though the process was not as seemless as promised I would still take this process over using PeopleStrategy any time.
    Unless PeopleStrategy has made improvements to the quality of support they give their users as well as the system they support there is no situation in which I would ever recommend them to another HR professional. I'd prefer to save them the headache and hassle that I wish someone had provided us.
    It was easy to navigate Easy to read Document upload was very easy and quick User Access was really easy to manager and reset passwords.
    The administrator support was very inadequate. There was no urgency in the responses we received and they were generally very unhelpful. The customization for our company was lacking. There was no way to make it appealing to view. The reporting tool was very poorly designed. When running reports the only option that worked sucessfully was to run a generic all encompassing people report and pair it down in excel based on the data you were trying to extract. No user information was provided when changes were made to specific fields in the HRIS side so when one person changed something there was no way to identify later who the change was initiated by. This made it very difficult to be able to identify quality issues.

    PeopleStrategy was decided upon because of the custom features and integration options. Additionally, there were many packages available to purchase as needed. The customer service team was amazing to work with!
    PeopleStrategy is an excellent product if an organization is growing in the right direction and wants to improve HR processes. The software has many different packages depending on the need and can be purchased separately if something in addition is decided in the future. This is a benefit because not all organizations may need all features right away.
    All-inclusive software which keeps everything in one place Excellent user interface and very easy to learn how to use Custom reporting features Plethora of integration options
    Certain functions cannot be integrated unless you have purchase that specific package
