This platform is useful, reliable and accessible as an employee who consistently needs to take in calls or doesn't have enough time to consistently check for your weekly attendance and important documents. PeopleStrong helps us achieve it in performance appraisals, goal settings, and workflow with approval. We have quantitative KPI goals that can be set by the employees. The notifications available for leaves and approvals, that has various modules and are location-based help a lot. Specifically, the check-in that also comes in with location helps us in field tasks. The continues reminders of pending tasks are a life-saver, you can never simply forge through the system.
