It is customizable and there are many approaches to searching for projects / tasks depending on the client you are viewing. Gantt, for example, is very useful as a summary. You can add custom fields, so you can easily add the data you need. Multiple perspectives that show tasks for each project, person, etc. This allows you to track the time of your entire organization. The most useful thing about Scoro is that you can plan projects that occur frequently. The biggest advantage is that you can track jobs throughout the job process and track all deadlines and outcomes in one easy-to-find place. This allows everyone to access the same page. Another advantage is that you can use the Gantt chart feature to quickly change schedules and results. Clients love to see the visual representation of a project plan, and Scoro provides the ability to share it with clients. Scoro time monitoring function is most likely one of the most in need of enhancement. It has all of the essentials for project time tracking, but not much extra to make it more comprehensive. Aside from that, the ability to create forms lead to other forms in job creation would be another enhancement that would make job opening much more efficient. Some of the connectors are simple to use, while others require customer care assistance to completely integrate with my system. Because it is so customisable, it may be a little intimidating at first, and I discovered that we didn't have an optimal underlying fix. Scoro is a wonderful option if you need a project management software that is simple to set up and use. Its timesheet tracking and reporting features are really beneficial. I've used other applications, such as BaseCamp, which is a fantastic homework and daily task manager but cannot handle large projects. Scoro's performance is far better, which is why I suggest it. We have client and team timesheets, and creating client timesheet invoices and team timesheet reports with Google Sheets has always been a time-consuming and difficult procedure. Scoronovel timekeeping and reporting tool solves that challenge. Scoro is all I need to manage my projects, tasks, and the launch of our product; each stage of development is highly detailed so that we don't miss any important steps in between. When I discuss notification at each stage of the progress, I may tag all team members to take care of the progress and vice versa.

I appreciate how you can manage the process in as much detail or as simply as you need for different internal teams to complete their projects and duties while maintaining transparency for everyone. We also like the option to conduct evaluations and approvals online rather than in person or on paper. It greatly expedites our work because several of our project stakeholders frequently travel or are out of the country. Because you may access the documents from anywhere with an Internet connection, this review function helps us to collect input and approvals quickly. While the new style makes logic and looks attractive, I like the old one since it appeared to be easier to work with. Project management has become more challenging as a result of new upgrades. Some previously simple components of project management have grown more difficult to handle, necessitating more clicks to accomplish the same amount of labor. The program also has certain restrictions for what we are utilizing it for. Examine what you truly require in a project management solution, then meet with the Scoro team. They were able to address any issues we had while we were researching our alternatives. Some of what we thought we required turned out to be wishes rather than requirements, and we discovered that Scoro could handle anything we asked of it. Learning anything new isn't always simple or enjoyable, but if you put in the time to learn and utilize Scoro, you'll immediately fall in love with it and wonder why you didn't find it sooner. Getting several internal teams to operate on the same system with various workflows has always been difficult, but Scoro has allowed each team to manage their work in their chosen style without affecting any other internal teams in the process, providing for transparency. Scoro helps us coordinate tasks and keep different team members organized so that each assignment is finished on time. We also utilize Scoro to submit projects and papers to team members for evaluation. The digital review procedure works effectively for us since it allows our teams to continue working and projects to progress even when personnel are vacationing or stationed outside of the nation.

It's easy to use, it is well thought out, with access to other areas of the system in any window. I love the planner with auto planning assistance, the video tutorials, and help, actually do just that 'help' unlike some other software companies. The support you get from the team is second to none. I am a visual person and like aesthetics too, plus being able to use drag functions within the Gantt chart to be able to make changes more quickly The reoccurring tasks don't feel integrated. They are in a separate list and only pop up when they are due. You need to see them to avoid a conflict when planning. I also need to be able to unplan a series of calendar or planned events and would like to be able to edit a batch of timed entries easily. you have to go in one at a time if, say, you wanted to change the activity type. I would like to put put the work report as the filtered view to prevent having to manipulate the output file Priced competitively; very responsive staff; always being improved, very user-friendly; easy to find help information; excellent videos on how to. We have many projects and need to see availability more easily for planning future events, and we use the output reports for invoicing clients, as support materials. I am about to ask for a new feature to be able to issue multiple invoices at once. I am also going to pose an issue we have and how we best use the system. In essence, we need the system to calculate past activities in number of hours and deduct the amount that had been invoiced in the 50% up front invoice from the previous month without any manual calculation

One of the things that I most like about Scoro is the reallocation of tasks to different team members so that the management of activities is more dynamic, saving time in resetting a specific task. Alerts functions are very useful for remembering tasks or events to perform that you previously configured in the calendar. The invoice tracking is done in a great way giving you a complete overview of all the information I need. Searching for contacts is sometimes complicated as they completely disappear from your list for no apparent reason, the lack of synchronization of your contact list with some of the most important email providers such as Gmail. There is a steep in the learning curve so it is not a software to use immediately, it takes time to be able to understand all its functionalities and make the most of it. Everything related to employee performance tracking, task and project management, invoice systems, suppliers management, everything you can think of Scoro has. Your daily work will be enhanced by software that simply and efficiently fulfills even the most complex tasks you may have, delivering high-quality performance while at the same time it gives you different organizational options with a robust list of features, all of this centralized on one platform. I help us solve complicated projects of remote sales teams with the help of a modular dashboard where we can see all the activities planned for the week that provides me with a constant feedback on the progress of current goals as well as the performance of the sales agents. The ability to adapt to the specific requirements of each project made Scoro a fundamental part of our company's workflow, with clear evidence of productivity gains across entire teams.

I really like the function of managing contacts in scoro and more specifically the ease of viewing contracts, assigning the contracts to projects and keeping an eye on invoices. Great to assign tasks to different people. It's great that you can make your own front page view with things that are important to you, including paid invoices, unpaid invoices and active proposals. Managing IT related projects is rather bulky there or we have just not gotten to a point where we have a solid and unified system to filing all the information in Scoro. It's sometimes hard to find information about a related client from the client view and it might get a little messy if different tasks are completed and time entries are inserted. When someone assigns a time to the calender to a certain client profile, them there could be a different view for assignments from calendars rather than being in completed stuff under the client. I sometimes use this completed list to look what has been done but mostly to search for recent tasks. In my opinion, in terms of web development if the projects get large then it gets difficult to filter all the information and see the progress of the project. Managing a project with different team members. Assigning tasks and keeping track on deadlines. Finding information about clients from Scoro. Creating contracts and sending out offers; creating new projects. It's nice to see when a team member, for example a developer has completed some tasks then I can quickly see what has been done by the developer, when and how much there still is to do. Another great thing if every person fills their tasks in scoro correctly, to see references for future projects for how long some task or project might take time.

Mainly the software is used for an administration of our work flow, it has very good tools that help the seller to make budgets and customer segmentation planning. The CRM system that we implement with this platform allows us to improve our sales and solve problems in general to improve the control of each project. It has a good interface and you learn to use it very quickly, the tools in general provide a solution when talking about sales, it seems to me a complete and pleasant software with the aim of attracting new customers and sales. We have not had negative experiences with Scoro, some problems yes, but they were solved thanks to the help of the support team who were very kind and are always available to the user for a better performance within the platform, however improve optimizations or updates of the services allow to give better results. Fully recommended for all companies that want to improve their CRM, it is easy to handle, you will speed up your tasks, you will save time, you can use its automated system, to maintain a constant flow within the work team and use it in other areas. We use automation for business processes, follow-ups and reminders, this system really fits our needs and way of working very well, it allows us to have a work harmony, good administration and billing in addition to improving our CRM. The data we analyze can be found quickly without having to search so much, the work reports keep us updated and provide us with accurate information.

Scoro combines all of your needs into one program. It covered most - if not all - of the needs for the programs listed above, but unfortunately the cost was simply too high. We ended up using another program; however, I would have chosen Scoro over these had the cost not been such an important factor. I would have chosen Scoro because of this level of integration, too!
Scoro would be ideal for a larger business who is truly interested in developing a stronger and more efficient workflow. I honestly would have recommended it had it not been for the cost, the hidden fees, and the fact that I'd have to upgrade to an even more expensive plan if I wanted to get the most of the program for our level. We only needed one item, so would have ended up paying much more to not use a great deal of additional features. So, if you want to increase your workflow and have the funds, use them - absolutely. You will not regret it. But I cannot recommend it to someone who is on a tight budget.
Platform. This is why I looked into the program. You can create a unified platform which suits your needs, and aren't stuck with something a programmer insists you should be seeing. Ease of implementation. It was by far the easiest to introduce during the trialing phase. It was quick to learn, and I found that employees adapted more quickly to it than to anything else. Data and the small things. Planning, time tracking and management, even budget management gives you the chance to step back and see the big picture rather than using one platform to analyze time, then another to see budget.
Cost. I ended up not recommending this product simply because of the cost alone. There are hidden costs you will not know about until it is too late. Their pricing model is geared for bigger businesses, and can cripple smaller ones. The pricing is by user. If you get the most basic of plans (with a 900 onboarding charge), you will realize that all the things you actually need to make the program effective are on the next tier up... Quickbooks. At the time I was exploring this, Quickbooks was not very well integrated. If you wanted to include billing (which they do show promise for), then you will have issues here.

We prefer Scoro as it's faster and easier to use and learn. Also the fee structure makes a lot of sense for a smaller company.
Perfect tool for an SME, probably also for a large organization. We are very satisfied with it and the cost is low for the value we get.
Great interface and user experience Fast, informative and compact platform Great invoicing and reminders system
It takes time to set up the sync with Outlook Would like to have sales tunnel option included in its standard version

The software has completely changed our efficiency and allowed us to turn around quotes much faster. We know at just about any given time where our projects are from a cost perspective and where are margin will end up. It has been a very positive change and we could not do business without Scoro at this point.
The quoting and opportunity tracking is the reason we gravitated to Scoro. It drastically improved our ability to turn around quotes and track the status of all our opportunities. Our largest sales cycle has a cyclical time period, and Scoro's API allowed us to automate the creation of opportunities without any manual intervention. The pipeline helps us visual track our sales cycle and make sure we don't miss any deadlines.
There are small features that are missing from the software. I would like to see some dynamic capabilities in the software and custom fields. IFTTT functionality so that forms can dynamically change based on different scenarios. There are also some small searching and sorting annoyances that could easily be fixed. I would also like to duplicate multiple items on a quote. Doing it one line at a time does not save time.

Ready day 1 to automate our business processes, both main that bring money in and supportive , eg reminders for unpaid bills; time tracking, labor cost tracking, calendar oversight vs resource, mobile phone usage, integration with other platforms.
Very well-thought interconnected "modules" of the system: all main functions any company would need are all present. I like a lot visualization of dashboard, re-usability of filters and views, ability to click on anything you see and being redirected directly onto another part of Scoro where you can do more work in what you clicked on. Also comfortable to use with smalls screen devices as interface is restructured and you still see all your data but in an optimised screens - very handy for smartphones.
just 2 things come to my mind after extensive use for 1+ year. 1. Absence of contacts synchronization with gmail - really annoys. 2. sales pipeline does not track time when status of quote was changed, so no way to know how long did quote spend in each status, eg. time from contact to deal closed is 4 weeks, from them 1 week for quote preparation, 2 weeks for customer feedback etc.

There is complete granularity down to the client, user, and task levels. On top of that, you can see the broad picture of everyone's schedule. In addition, you'll have complete control over all facets of your content management system. There are a plethora of additional benefits, including improved task management, involvement, time management, communication, and integration.
Projects can be broken down into manageable chunks with the help of a Gantt chart. In addition, there is a planner that provides a bird's-eye view of the entire team's responsibilities.
The next obvious step was to track out Scoro. Scoro's unique features and advantages include a more user-friendly calendar, an overarching perspective, contacts, reports, and communication options, among many more. You might be put off by its ungainly appearance at first, but stick with it.
I have to constantly remind my coworkers to record their progress in writing because they often forget to do so. Further, the Scoro financial management features are unnecessary for our company's operations.

Nothing. Scoro makes working very confusing and unintuitive.
Everything. Scoro is by far the worst application I have used in twenty years of management experience. Scoro is uncredibly antiintuitive a extremely confusing for most of the team members. Even you extensively study this programm for several months, it still has a lot of hidden weird problems. The user interface is really bad and not understandable. The whole app design is complete crap.

Project module in Teamleader was not good enough
I like that Scoro provides a real all-in-one package, from quoting to invoicing a project and everything in between. No more needs for extra software.
Sometimes, I miss a few extra drag-and-dropp options. Also, it is not easy to keep up to date with all the new functionalities and software updates.
