    Our company Becker First Responder Co. found Prospectsoft Ltd as we we were in the search for a new inventory system. We liked the ability to integrate this CRM with our inventory system, email system and accounting system (QuickBooks Online). We have been tremendously impressed by the implementation team as we set the entire system up. As we rolled out the new inventory system, adding Prospectsoft into it was a simple process and all the information came in and didn't require any additional setup. We love the ability to customize the platform to make it work for our unique terminology and process. The entire team has been tremendously helpful and would highly recommend. Being a UK based company the support hours are a little limited for our USA based hours. Their live chat support provides quick responses to us via email if they aren't available. Order Management, Sales Team Ranking, Inventory integration/tracking, Forcasting, Quickbooks integration to view accounts payable, customizable to our specific business.

    The interface is very user friendly. A variety of built-in dashboards allow you to easily track, monitor and action opportunities/quotes giving us great oversight at any time of current sales and lead generation. It integrates with software for producing quotations and marketing communications which are then visible within the CRM providing visibility for all staff members allowing us to provide the best service. The team are super helpful and responsive to any queries we have and do all they can to find an appropriate solution. Nothing other than a few initial teething issues that were quickly resolved by the team. Better oversight of the business due to the built-in dashboards allow you to easily track, monitor and action. We also have better transparency as a team across customer communications allowing us to provide a consistent service.

    Prospect has without doubt created a seamless platform for our drinks business where we have greatly benefitted from this fantastic CRM software. It is integrated to Sage and is now central to our daily ordering, stock and invoice system and we wonder how we managed with out it before! I used Prospect in a previous company but it has now evolved into a user friendly system with a fantastic back up support team, always on hand to help and answer queries. From the onset full support is given and the team really know your business. Highly recommend Prospect as a value added tool to any business! Overall there is no particular function I can find fault with. Really allow the team to get to know your business and prioritise your needs. We are able to co ordinate and manage sales and stock levels to a much more effective manner

    A number of expected benefits plus some great unexpected capabilities. We implemented Prospect at a point where the company grew beyond the capacity to manually track our leads and quotes. Prior to installing Prospect we couldn't track monitor and follow up on quote status and a practical manner. A lot fell through the cracks. Prospect delivers great analytics we couldn't do before. Time since last order, conversion rates, customer productivity and potential etc. The system forces the user to assign tasks. What we thought was annoying at first is in fact a great project management and communication tool as it automatically alerts whoever the task is assigned to and allows me to have the overall view at a glance of who is supposed to be delivering what and on which day. Subtotaling quotes, moving line items around - super easy. The template and document layouts between Prospect and Unleashed don't quite line up but that's manageable Some of the terminology and processes are a bit counter-intuitive but once you know how to do it it's easy. The support staff at Prospect helped us solve every query. Much better tracking of quote status, task assignment and client purchasing analytics that we could not do prior to Prospect. Unexpected bonus and time-saver: We can calculate the weight of an order which is critical for preparing a shipping quote. Hadn't even considered this when we purchased the software. Simple yet impactful.

    - We've been using Prospect365 CRM for a few months - it works brilliantly with the connected apps - the hookups were quick and easy, and we're already reaping the benefits. - Linked apps were easy to set up, and have provided valuable insights and streamlined a load of our processes. - The team at Prospect are quick, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and they took the time to understand our business during the onboarding. - Massively recommended! There is almost to much customisation possible, but that's prob not a disadvantage. A hookup with Apple Mail would be really useful, but there's a workaround we can use for the moment. Streamlines quoting and lead generation process Enables quick sharing of leads amongst sales team Pipeline management is really easy Sales forecasting is much better than our previous systems API hookups to connected apps we use (Xero & Unleashed) means all parts of our business are always up to dat and always accessible in the cloud.

    It is good the fact that it links to other softwares like an erp system or website. It does not have consistency and most of the times it gives error messages to the user and just shuts down. You might lose your work. It keeps a database and history of orders, customers and products. Hi, thanks for the review. It looks like you are using our integration, which is obviously one of our cornerstone USP's but it also sounds, from your comments, like you are using our older, on-premise platform. Many of the issues with installed windows applications are a thing of the past with the new browser based web applications. There is a relatively straight forward migration path for on-premise customers. Even if you've looked in the past, we'd love if you could get in touch and we can show you the latest version of this new product. With a new release every two weeks (yes, really!) our new product is already streets ahead of our older on-premise solutions.

    10/10. Product, training, and all aspects are second to none. I can remember the first Outlook add ins from Dynamics. I have used M Dynamics, Sales Force, Zoom (I think), Smartsheets, and now this. Prospect is by far the best if you are actually selling stock that exists.
    It does not waste space on things that are not needed. Very little customisation is required, yet if feels like its tailored to your business
    Any issues (only a few to date) are managed through the customer service platform. The rare issues are resolved quickly, and they have a suggestions platform that allows their partners to put forward ideas that can be voted on. If an idea gets enough votes they will implement it. Amazing process that more companies should offer.

    I have had an awful experience with this company and I would strongly advise any other business owners to stay away from this company. I tried this software out in good faith and once i found out it wouldnt work with the 3pl I switched too the company refused to let me go. I had even paid for 10 hours training that was never used. The software wasnt even live or active. Its nearly a year since I started paying them and they are still insisting and charging me every month despite repeated attempts to contact them.
    Nothing, never got to use it so have zero idea if it is any good.

    As a Sales Manager in a fast-paced industry where inventory is constantly moving and customers ebb and flow, I can safely say that Prospect CRM has really streamlined our approach and really allows us to manage our customers more effectively.
    I like how easy it is to use and how it integrates with other systems we use for manufacturing. I am able to qualify leads set tasks and get a real snapshot of the business as well as track inventory and look at peaks and troughs.
    We had a few teething issues which were sorted out by the Prospectsoft Team all in all we have not come across any cons.

Other key sales areas where Prospect.io does a great job includes report analytics , contact management , feedback collection, and key productivity controls like task management , emails , note-taking etc Its major flaw is its poor integration capability for me.

    When it comes to third-party business intelligence and sales solutions that we use in the workplace , Prospect.io greatly struggles with integration provisions.

    I haven't experimented too much with other programs, I know a lot of people that recommend HubSpot as the go-to service for this but I really like Prospect. Their customer service is pretty good as well.
    Great for mid-size and small sales teams and great for self-employed folks looking to connect without having to pay for LinkedIn's expensive suite of services.
    Scraping emails - great Google Chrome plugin that doesn't get the email address all the time, but it's worked great for me. Drip campaigns - super easy to set them up and forget about them, with follow-ups. Integration with CRM - I haven't used this yet but it integrates well with all current CRMs.
    They could work on getting emails more accurate and guessing better. They could work on changing the drip campaign setup a bit to make it a little more user-friendly. A mobile app would be fantastic.

    It is rather similar to Aeroleads as a Chrome plugin.
    We appreciate Prospect.io when we need to create a campaign for a specific audience, whether cold outreach or existing customers. We like that we can find e-mails through the Chrome plug-in. We like that it connects with our CRM, however, we wish that was a bit more seamless. We appreciate the e-mail tracking and how people are moved out of campaigns.

    The key problem we were trying to solve by using Unleashed was to have a way to record our interactions with customers. We are able to do this. But it is crucial that this isn't at the expense of making other basic tasks, such as adding an order, more complicated when fields do not integrate with those in Unleashed. Many of the fields and forms in Prospect are not relevant to us, and so we leave them blank. Examples of not covering 'the basics' include the customer type not integrating with the customer type in Unleashed, the inability to search for a sales ledger by company name (instead having to search by code). We do not unfortunately memorise the customer code of all of our customers!). As Prospect has grown, the support offered has become more generic and less personable. The team doesn't seem very joined up. An example of this was a customer relationship manager noticing some 'bugs' during a zoom call (which we were very grateful for), raising a ticket on our behalf, only for the response to the ticket to be a link to the Prospect academy articles.
    The ability to organise our customers into companies, divisions and contacts. The search functionality The reports, and AI aspects.
    This software has plenty of features and ideas, but it seems to have lost its way as it has developed to neglect the ability to customise and use some of the very basic features - creating quotes and orders. It is true that the reports and data analysis are important, but the fundamental thing for us is to be able to create a quote, or enter an order, and for this to integrate seemingly with Unleashed. We have had issues with all of these and as a small business, the amount of customisation that is possible is a bit overwhelming without support. We want to spend our time solving our customer's problems with our products, selling items, and operating an efficient business We don't want to spend our time reading endless manuals, articles and trying to navigate around complicated set up processes. The software has felt a bit buggy in places and slow to respond. As a result of this, we have reverted to adding orders using Unleashed, because it is quicker and easier.

    It helped us grow sales.
    Needed specific B2B functions that were not natively present in other CRMs and would have cost a lot to switch. Also, it was very important that our CRM communicate with our accounting software.
    4.5 out of 5 stars. Prospect soft is the best CRM for B2B sales: period. That said, they are still improving the CRM and releasing updates every 2 weeks based on community feedback. Does the CRM do everything you would hope: no, but those things are in the pipeline. Does the CRM do 90% of what you need better than everyone else. Yes! Prospect is particularly strong at tracking customer changes in habits. Has one of your loyal customers went too long without purchase: you will know. Is a particular category underperforming amongst customers on the West Coast, Prospect will let you know. Prospect is first and foremost a customer relationship management tool and second a lead management tool. Most CRMs are merely for tracking leads and closing sales. B2B is different and needs a different CRM. We need to know our customers habits, trends, etc. in order to maximize sales and this is where Prospect stands head and shoulders above the rest. If you are B2B - get this CRM. If it's missing a feature you want, just wait: it will be added soon as they do an EXCEPTIONAL job of listening to and responding to customers and making the CRM better.
    The hierarchy structure of the CRM is both is best feature, and, at times, it's most annoying depending on the type of customers you work with. There is a slight learning curve here but once your team is used to it, it works very well.

    Overall, excellent experience thus far with Prospect CRM. It has solved headaches from multiple roles within our company that have seem to really tie in some bigger ideas that we seemed stuck on before. We are excited to continue our partnership with Prospect!
    We had major issues with customer service support. After countless efforts, we only ended up with a blog link from an online chat. Our training was not customized from the onset, leaving major gaps within our workflow and no education on how to solve the issues. It was very frustrating after much time had passed.
    In out short time frame from the launch of using this software, we have already found that it has easily bridged gaps to problems we longed for solutions for. This includes small details tracking through pipelines, lapsed customers, and detailed sales tracking on numerous aspects.
    I love to simplicity of it. The learning curve is small and the training was bountiful. Once we gained a rudimentary level of understanding, we were able to navigate quickly. I will also add, as impressed as we are, I will admit we have not yet tapped into the full potential Prospect can provide us.

    We switched inventory systems and wanted full integrated CRM

    Very positive. As person who likes things to be clear and organised i think that ProspectSoft is a brilliant tool for the whole team - especially sales & marketing to work together and communicate when working with customers.
    We weren't getting on very well and we wanted to be able to track more and get more information from our CRM system. we also wanted the system to link to unleashed & mailchimp etc
    Easy to use, you can track so many different things - really helps a busy team keep communication at bay. Very useful tool to help you look after customers to the best ability possible.
    Its quite a new software and they are a very adaptable team so if we ever find anything that needs improving etc they are quick to take it on board and the changes are actually made ! ( you would never get this with a big corporate company )

    As a company we have had a positive experience using prospect, that integrates with other software we use, and assists us in tracking our sales and customer journey.
    We made the switch as Prospect was able to intergrate with other software we use and had more functions that our previous software.
    The software is easy to use for daily management of our customers. Its clear and captures all the relevant information we need. The software is excellent from a management point of view, the overviews and report functions assist with planning of stock and reviewing staff performance.
    There are few small functions that the software does not provide, however the function of reporting/suggesting an idea is a great way to overcome these.

    I'm a Prospect.io customer for several projects. I love that their interface is fast and easy to understand. I also love their Chrome extension, now working with LinkedIn and AngelList. It can't be easier to get emails for interesting prospects. I know that they are working on custom fields and Zapier integration, which are must-haves!
