Shape's UI is intuitive, and the setup process was pretty easy. We love how you can create and manage email and text campaigns and track everything. Also, any changes, even if it is of the smallest type, have to go through their "engineers," so you have to pay a premium to make any alternations handicapping you and your IT/web development staff. We use shape to aggregate paid media spend from all platforms and pace that spend to meet client budgets. We also use it to provide budget-related notifications and warnings to make sure there is plenty of visibility on the team when it comes to each client's budget.
