    It is backed by various brands that love this software and inspire confidence in everything they do, it is wonderful that they can feel proud that they do a good job implementing this software. The request desk module helps me respond quickly and easily and have everything organized. PIM simplifies human resource data making it much more practical and effective. license management is simple and without so many complications. I can monitor my employees in their performance continuously and with advanced metrics. Time management in companies is essential, with this software it helps us to care of this valuable resource that we have and this improves the efficiency of employees in their daily work. Recruiting new talent is essential, we never know when we need to streamline the hiring process, in these times it has been a great help for the company to have this tool to hire new people. Role management and user system is very well thought out, I would like that it could connect with more external services, the world is moving very fast and I think the next step is artificial intelligence in all the modules that allow us to automate everything that other companies do not know this wonderful software, I think the only thing that disgusts me is that it does not have as much diffusion as other renowned softwares that I do not want to mention but that have a better brand recall. Little information about the facilities and functionalities of the modules is a great tool, but there should be more information on how to implement in the cloud and how to connect this with artificial intelligence. Modular solutions that improve your human resources experience, it is incredible that this software has much more options and makes it easier for my team to grow with how well it is developed, it is perfect for what it performs. We still have problems that the software can solve, but we require better trained professionals to implement its modules. I am not clear how long it could take to implement the modules according to the type of company and how I can optimize the times to do it better, if I have other software how the change will be and if it can be better in the future.

    Orange HRM has many very good qualities, among them are their multiple tools that make it a multi-function product from which you can track the performance and recruitment of all staff, as well as the assistance, the permits and the management of the time sheet of the same. To top it all off, it's a fairly easy-to-use software that makes it easy for any employee to handle regardless of their experience in products of this type. There are several details that reduce some points to a new software although it is seen that it still has a lot to develop and improve, there are versions that do not have a proper benefit management module, which speaks of a great advantage in the field, besides it usually incur in downtime as well as inexplicable failures with which the simple fact of approving applications, becomes a tedious and complicated task. It is a software with a simple to use, which does not require long ornate special training for staff to suit him, however it tends to incur faults that make it not a software at all reliable and creates a certain mistrust of him. However, everything will depend on the size and time of your company, as this product offers you to completely forget the hiring of consultants and the reduction of time and costs of configuration and handling at the price of being a little inconsistent with your processes. All human resources services are managed from OrangeHRM, without the need to migrate to other sites, creating a centralized job with many benefits and where everything rests in one place.

    Covers all the bases. Has all the required modules like Employee database, leave data , recruitment , training etc. Being cloud based, it can scale up fast and has all the regular benefits of scalability. Software has been built in a very uncomplicated manner and has a very simple approach with clear separation of each of the modules. Leave configuration types are plenty and allows to accommodate many different type of leaves Bad UI and inability to make reports and dashboards in the system. Employee social media is not well built and needs to have more features. Onboarding system is not integrated with background check ,tracking of background checks etc. Customisation like creation of some sample reports for workforce analytics is not well built. Addition of new features by adding a script based UI changes should be allowed on the system. Very good software for covering the basics of HRMS and is of excellent use in case of SME kind of enterprise. Has a generous evaluation period and is cloud based that enables scalability OrangeHRM has been used for our internal product comparison in the past. We have used OrangeHRM as a comparative product for build/buy kind of scenario. The software managed to fulfil most of the criteria , but was lacking in UI and general appeal. The overall product coverage is impressive and this is highly recommended for organisations that are about 1000 people strong

    The variety of modules offered by OrangeHRM. There are a lot of options on offer which allows for a full-service HRM system using Orange. Overall, it allows for nearly every aspect of HR at our organization to be covered by the software, although this does require the use of the professional version over the Open Source. My biggest gripe with the software is despite the options available, they are held back based on the version of the software you have. While I understand the thinking and strategy behind it, we should have access to the full suite of features no matter what version we use. Additionally, getting information on the pricing/costs of each version is a bit of a challenge as well. Finally, without access to some of the reporting functions, it limits the usefulness and value of the software. Consider each of the different versions and what will work best for you. You may only need certain modules, which means that the Open Source version might be sufficient. If you require more, though, you'll need to look into the other versions and hopefully obtain accurate costing. In the end, truly consider whether the limited functionality will actually add value. Our main business problems, as with most HR software, is to find ways to minimize paper waste and implement a full-service HR solution to assist in optimizing our HR processes. At this point, though, we have not fully realized any benefits due to the limited functionality of the software.

    I was using this while working at my first employment. It was used for most of the HR related activities such as time tracking, leave application ad tracking, performance evaluation of employees etc. It was an easy to learn tool and helpful for all the employee to keep a track of their performance, leave like important matters. I would recommend it for any one who wishes to have all in one HRM.

    We feel like we've wasted a year of resources trying to make it work. Complaints fall on uncaring and slow to respond ears. There are some great features in OrangeHRM, but not much attention is given to the essentials. We are walking away before our 1 year contract is up.
    OrangeHRM offers an on premise option if you prefer to keep your data in house. The mobile interface is nice and easy to use.
    We were promised features that do not exist. It is difficult to use the system for timecard tracking. With the paid version we are only able to export timecards by person rather than in a batch for everyone. Employees are frustrated trying to track their hours throughout the week. There is no easy way to see how many hours you've clocked and holiday and PTO hours do not show in totals. Employees that work overnight have incorrect totals. Support is very slow to respond. We feel mislead about how easy it would be to integrate with our payroll provider. We are a small company with about 70 employees and no desire to export 70 files each payroll.

    I liked mostly the fact that it has lots of features compared to other HRM tools I have seen. As an employee it is really easy t focus on HR things with that one tool. As an employee we can track our performance at the same place is something really matters. So this tool can be recommended for any organization who wish to have proper HRM system.
    I would say it is better to focus more on UI/ UX things in this software. It seems to have some alignment issues as well as kind of packed look for people

    After a test phase (kind of a Proof of Concept), we decided to use OrangeHRM Open Source + LDAP plug-in. Employees were upset with old leaving request procedures based on documents, forms and email. Now the system has been running a whole year, and everybody loves its simplicity.
    Functionalities included in OrangeHRM Open Source are very useful. Simple and clear database schema. Online demo environment. A good channel in YouTube.
    Lack of a clear release policy (i.e. quarter or year updates). The last two versions of Open Source edition are 3.3.3 and 3.3.2 published in 2016-09-28 and 2015-08-04 respectively while commercial versions are in 5.2 branch. Forums do not work (http://forum.orangehrm.com) and wiki is not updated (http://wiki.orangehrm.com). The Spanish translation is not usable in Spain. We have maid our own translation but we have no official place to share it.

    This one solved our basic need for Applying leave and Time sheets.With the limitations we are using this for long.
    Very user friendly and we can have all the basic details of us and even with trial version they are providing Check in out to capture attendance also can apply leave to get approval.Can view all the employee details and can update our qualifications,etc. Time sheets functionalities are there. you can track project and task with employee or subordinates.
    There is no functionalities to track employees movement like promotions, increment,etc.Also Time sheets are there but can't assign to a particular person. Can only add to the project

    I'm able to track my day to day activities by using the system.
    1. Can track the checking in time & checkout time of the employers. 2. Employers can apply the leaves & management can approve the leaves immediately. 3. Can maintain employers detail profile. 4. Can integrate with the fingerprint machines. 5. The system receives the emails both employees & management.
    1. There have some small bugs like When you add check in & check out manually through the system sometimes it not save at once. The user has to re-enter the information again.

    thank you for this great software , which makes it easy for starters with no sweat. i was looking for a software which helps to allocate our workers leaves & the current attendance, so that we can make the week & month planning. we are a small group with small works which take only a few hours and large works which take many months. We want to be able to easily create our planning day by day without forgetting any of our 30 workers (which happens sometimes....)
