    Lanteria HR is a great product that has even better team behind it. I enjoyed working with Lanteria's product consultants, project managers and the support team very much. It has never been "no, it can't be done" situation when it comes to Lanteria. And this is amazing. And as for a SharePoint-based product the Lanteria HR system looks very modern and runs quickly. Implementation took a few months, but we had some custom requirements, so this was expected. Use a Help on Lanteria's website! It really helps a lot :) Before Lanteria, we used Excel Spreadsheets and did all HR tasks, like onboarding and time tracking, manually, in a very old-fashioned way. Lanteria became a real game changer for us. We moved all our employee data to Lanteria, and lived happily ever after. No, seriously, it became such a relief for the entire team - register and approve absences automatically, see who's out of the office in real time, get all important reminders and notifications, run performance reviews and a study with a Learning catalog with LinkedIn and Go1 courses - and this is just MY personal top of Lanteria HR features, and they have so much more to offer.

    With Lanteria HR, we finally have an overall overview of our HR processes and tasks. The flexibility is great - you can add features, change modules, modify the system as you like, without any technical skills, as the entire implementation is made by the Lanteria team. We used to work with excel and spreadsheets a lot, and now we can simply extract any data or report from Lanteria, saving a lot of time. Self service tools are also very helpful, as employees can access their documents, performance review forms and register absence even from their mobile phones. This HRMS is pretty complex and the setup took a long time. Some reports I expected to find, especially recruitment, are missing - but the implementation manager promised they will be added by the end of 2022. The number of features Lanteria HR provides is enormous - I've been using this software for over a year but still can't say I'm familiar with all its functions. Reducing paper spreadsheets, excel files and increasing security of sensitive employee data. It automates day-to-day tasks like time tracking and time-off requests, onboarding, performance management.

    Two things I like best of all in Lanteria LMS: Integration with LinkedIn learning. You can create learning sets for newcomers and easily check their progress with quizzes. Instant video player which allows creating customer success video tutorials for support guys. Some features are not that obvious when it comes to usability. I wish UI be less complicated. Lanteria LMS helped us to automate 100% of employee learning flow with course builder and quixxes. Also, we saved 50% of learning content creation spends on LinkedIn Learning integration. OnApp growth month to month. Our solution becomes more and more complicated. So we need to scale our customer success efforts. In other words, more stuff in the department and more features to explain to newcomers. Learning Management System by Lanteria provides us with an automated learning solution that covers all our needs.

    The organization of personnel information and candidate/new-hire information is easily searchable and simplistic. It is simple to search for employees and view their salary/hourly wage, compensation and benefits, and new hire and identification paperwork. The report feature is also helpful when creating our own reports to gather data. The best aspect of Lanteria HR is the recruitment page and candidate tracking. This system is much easier to use and a time-saver compared to past systems that have been used. The sorting feature is helpful when trying to keep track of candidates, although we have experienced issues with the search feature. It can be difficult to find candidates on the recruitment screen because the search bar for candidates is often picky and does not accurately pull up the candidates we want. Sometimes we have to click through each category in order to find the employee we are looking for because he/she does not show up using the search tool. Lanteria HR is a much easier, simpler way to do administrative work compared to previous processes and physical paperwork. It is much easier for our company to keep all of the personnel information in one easily searchable database rather than having over one hundred paper files. We have also experienced benefits in recruitment and keeping track of candidates who are applying for the first time or multiple times. The comment feature is helpful on the recruitment page in order for several employees to keep track of what has occurred.

    I attended my very first Lanteria lunch session and found it to be very informative. The system is easy to use and navigate through.We are currently using this tool for onboarding, workforce management and for performance reviews. There are, however, elements we could explore for onboarding, performance and workforce management that would help the business save time and increase retention of our current and future workforce

    Currently, Lanteria is being used by our HR department. The idea was to move from using spreadsheets, physical documents, and Outlook calendars to manage recruiting and employee data. The idea will be that eventually managers will be able to view the hiring process and also external users will be able to apply for jobs.
    Lanteria HR is great for an HR department that's trying to get away from managing multiple spreadsheets or archaic systems. It allows you to store all your data in-house so it's not stored on some cloud server/service. Reporting and workflow setups are great and since it uses SharePoint, Active Directory integration works great as well.
    Reporting, out of the box and custom ones. Customization. For the most part the system can be modified to your liking. Support. The guys that you work with are great! Workflows for hiring/termination processes. Lots of modules.
    As much as I like the reporting, it could be a little more flexible. Can't add interview notes to reporting. Built on SharePoint, so any functionality limitations of SharePoint are going to be there. Support is great, but at times language barrier can be a little challenging. Had a bad experience with the US Sales team here. Wasn't responsive but finally got someone from another region to help us.

    End to end HRMS features that eases the workload at HR departments. Smoothly integrates with Microsoft Office and SharePoint intranets. Enables HR departments strenghts. Includes a Learning (LMS) platform.
    Doesn't support SharePoint on Office365. Performance reviews should be more customizable.

    Lanteria has been a wonderful addition for us. There are other packages out there that could probably do similar things, but after looking at them initially, they were all more expensive. We are still not utilizing the full package, and may never do so. There are so many things that this software does that helped us out the price point was definitely worth it to us.
    It was a homegrown product that was written prior to my arrival by 10+ years as a college software development project. It was unforgiving and had none of the features that were needed for an HR software package because the developer had no knowledge of HR and only built what was asked for, albeit most of the time with deficiencies that could not be overcome.
    For the price point, the software can not be beat. It is extremely flexible and allows you to use the software as your company functions and does not force you to change your company to function how the software works. Their training, development, and project management staff are superb.
    Since it is based on top of SharePoint, there are limitations on what you can do with making tweaks/changes to the product. This is more a limitation of the underlying platform than the software, but since that is their chosen direction, it does play a factor into your consideration.

    Its a very good HR Software that covers most of the HR topics. Its functionality and user friendly approach is amazing. The ROI is very high. For the value of money and time resources invested in implementation, you will get most out of it. The support team is great and they are always available for help!
    - SharePoint based software; - User Friendly; - Easy to implement and start using it; immediately; - You can set up modules one by one to ensure proper implementation; - Great Lanteria support team; - End users are very happy to use it and high acceptance of change from employees; - Great Time and Attendance module; - Brilliant Performance module and its functionalities.
    - It's standard functionality doesn't always meet the requirement of organization and additional settings/customization is needed. In case this is needed, the customization of the system might disturb its functionality. - Notifications and alerts are not always working properly and it requires a regular check up. This is the case always when system is being upgraded/updated. Testing is always required. - Compensation and Benefits module doesn't serve the "real" purpose.

    We have been using Lanteria HR for the past 5 years now and it covers the overall HR processes and offers a great range of features all-in-1 for an efficient price. Having an HRIS system is a great benefit for us as it allows us to have all our assets data in one database , ease the visibility on our workforce , provide self-service management, simplify and standardize our HR processes. The team supporting the implementation is constantly ready to understand our needs and issues and always offered a good solution ( standard or custom made ) to meet our expectations. I recommend Lanteria HR for all SMBs.
    Our users find it quite user friendly, with a nice web-based design .
    set up can be sometimes quite technical, not all HR can do it , it requires some design knowledge. Options/Alternatives for the set up are not diverse especially for performance.

    This helps business owners get more organized, we should not worry anymore if the HR personnel resigned and all the documents are gone in our case, employees files are very important for it could save us from legal matters when there is a dispute between an employee and the management, with this system everything is intact from hiring to firing. plus it is very easy to navigate so teaching people is easy.
    The tracking for people dashboard for this really helps us help our people to do their job better and also this helps identify problems to the process we have and create a job description that is easy and will make employees feel safe and productive.

    Complexity - Lanteria can be your only HR tool with various tools like recruiting and e-learning.From a technical point of view, I must mention the possibility of custom development (special fields and new functions), the ability to automate most processes and integration with other systems. In addition, I appreciate the access to data in the SharePoint interface.I have also had positive experiences with Lanteria's support - communication is fast, and they really try to accommodate.
    Combined with complexity, SharePoint also has its drawbacks. The setup of some modules is not very intuitive and it takes a while to get into it (evaluated from an admin/owner perspective).
